I've only been here twice. Both times to celebrate birthday. I otherwise wouldn't be able to afford casually dining in this place. 128522
Its not intended to be for budgeties. Its a fine- dining Chinese restaurant with private dining areas (although they do have a common dining area.
What can I say, the fish was very good, along with all the other dishes we had.
Its one of those places that you know you cant go wrong. It often referred to as the cleanest in it's category (Im pretty sure they are still clean, but there's a whole lot more in the same category that are as clean if not clean-er. There weren't too many back when they started).

China Place at the first floor of Adriatico Square at the Pan Pacific Hotel behind Gloria Jean's has to be the most 'sulit' Chinese restaurant there is! For just PHP 199.00, you will get soup (that tastes good: today I got Nido soup), iced tea, water, dessert (one of the best almond jellies I've tried), rice and a viand of your choice. How's that for value for money?!

If you're not in the mood for a heavy meal, I suggest you try their dimsum (usually costs less than a hundred). They're huge and not the usual that you will get in terms of taste. Their pork siomai is really good and so is their asado (to think I don't really like siopao asado). :)

I haven't tried anything on their menu that I did not like. This restaurant deserves more attention than it usually gets. A must try!
