Tryin out one of antipolo's newest resto.. this is also where arielle goes for her OJT..
Place has a hip and modern look enough to lure the young bloods.. they give you an asian-european fusion of dishes.. we got their onion rings and spicy wings as appetizer, ribs and roasted chicken platter served with coleslaw and corn on the side, with 2 small bowls of red rice for our entree, house salad and their celebrity cake as dessert.. certainly didnt disappoint us.. we'll definitely come back to try out the rest of their dishes.. 128525128525128525

We are always on the lookout for new dining experiences. As I searched through restaurant apps, this popped up.

We liked how the place was decorated. It had a simple, industrial, unfinished feel. Lovely details were strewn all over the place.

On the table
🔹Pork Belly Crisp - extremely crunchy and delicious. It was seasoned just right. The appeal of the dish was lessened though when we saw the rice. Hubby likes just white rice.
🔹Beef Salpicao - I prefer the normal salty garlicky beef. Their version had mushrooms and were seasoned with stuff I am not familiar with. Some pieces were difficult to chew.
🔹Poutine - i would have preferred more potatoes. The combination of unfamiliar elements did not wow us
🔹Dulce de Leche - the cake was dry. I liked the almond slivers
🔹Complimentary Bread - a nice unexpected touch. Can't recall what the dipping sauce was but the bread was soft and warm

The only thing that we really liked was the Belly Crisp. The rest were just ok. I highly doubt that we will come back as the food failed to stimulate and impress our tastebuds.

The ambiance is so relaxing. We tried the fruti de mare and my husband tried their burger. I love the taste of fruti de mare, the sweetness is perfect and the tomato sauce. The combination of sweet and the sour taste of tomatoes was perfectly blend. And the salad, i love the crispy dilis and calamares in it.
