This place is so quiet and very peaceful.
Good for weddings, birthdays and family gatherings! They have a Bali inspired villas.

If you'll avail in deal grocer, day tour package will cost 1390php buffet lunch is included. For DIY i think it will cost you 1500php buffet lunch is included as well.

We had our day tour last sept. 2 (it's under an agency: VanTrippers - we paid 1549php for the whole tour of batangas to tagaytay.) The place is spacious and clean. Like i've its family friendly they have 4 swimming pools and large villas as rooms with 3 beds inside. The buffet lunch was very delicious.

So we planned this visit after looking for an Instagram worthy vacay. We weren't disappointed!

We prebooked our stay since January. It was 6k for an overnight stay. It was on the top end of our budget for a couple's overnight stay and with a breakfast buffet but we still took our chance because of its online recommendations.

Travel time: 2 hours
How to go there as a commuter:
Ride a bus to Lipa - you have lots of options.
1. Drop off at Lipa exit (when you ride an ACTEX - Startoll bus)
2. Ride a jeep to Lipa proper and drop off at Big Ben.
3. Look for the jeep to Tanauan. Take it and drop off at Levitown, Marawoy (10 minutes, Jollibee as landmark)
4. Take a trike which is 100 pesos for 10km ride. Drop off at Cintai.
5. Walk to the reception.

I think their rooms are strictly for reservations only because we were asked to present our reservations at the entrance. I might be wrong.

While walking from the entrance to the reception, we slowly had a change of scenery from the busy highway to a very lush scene of forestry. We got excited to look around. Our reservation was for 2PM, we arrived at 12NN so we decided to walk around first. We were greeted with complementary drinks to quency our thrist!

This place is not very friendly for kids and oldies because the pathways are often downhill or uphill. Its going to be painfully hard for kids or grown ups with walking disability to move around.

So they have 4 pools, a couple of aviary, a horse, some ducks.. not sure what else was there.

But the exiting part was having two queen size beds for myself and my partner. Its been a while since we slept in our own comfy large beds. We had a good sleep! No tv, limited wifi. The best that you can do is rest and relax.

Dinner was bit expensive but was definitely worth it. We had roasted pork sinigang and we had barbequed pork. Imagine have dinner in a very quiet veranda. We would have tried watching a movie from their theater/movie room but it was used for a function.

The breakfast buffet was limited but still very delicious. We had soup, crispy tawilis, beef tapa and scrambled eggs. The local kapeng barako was free flowing. We also had pineapples and watermelon.

We liked the very quiet environment. We loved the lush green forestry and their Thai inspired design throughout the area. It was a memorable stay that we'd book again in the future and recommend for those that want to relax and get away from the city's stressful scene. You'll surely feel rejuvinated.

Cintai Corito’s Garden is a Balinese-inspired sanctuary situated in Batangas. It’s 1-2 hours drive from the Metro depending on traffic.

My friends and I went here for a day tour. What I can truly say about the place is it is BEAUTIFUL. I love all those artsy spots everywhere. According to their website, a day tour costs 1850php per person. However for this visit, I used the vouchers I bought from a deal site which saved us 500php per person.

We arrived at Cintai past 9 am and there were a lot of people already. It was not crowded though. I think this is because they limit the maximum number of guests per day. Reservation is a must. We were given welcome drinks upon check in. Since we’re only on a day tour, we didn’t have a room to put our stuff but there are cottages and tables around the area.

Everything in this place is IG-worthy. And they stick to their Balinese concept – even in their Shower and Changing areas! Very cool! I loved the Balinese split gate. As per my research, this is called Candi bentar, and is commonly found at the entrance of religious temples, and palaces. I loved its symmetry and it serves as reflection to each other. I also like the guardian statues around Cintai. I read somewhere that these are Dwarapala. After 2 hours of picture taking, we headed to their in-house restaurant for lunch. We were served Chicken Inasal. It was okay, but not remarkable.

We tried their swimming pools after lunch and a few photo sessions after that. Before heading home, we had their Balete Suman + hot tsokolate dip. This was heavenly. I’m not a fan of suman in general but I loved their version.

Overall, I loved our stay at Cintai. All the murals, statues, and split gates are amazing. I like how all these artsy spots were meticulously done as seen in every detail. I haven’t been to Bali tbh, but at least I now know what to expect. I would want to go back here for an overnight stay as I heard they also have beautiful villas. Also did I mention that their service was great too? All the staff were accommodating and all-smiles during this visit. Good service, beautiful place, and the perfect set of friends made my stay here all the more relaxing and fun-filled.

P.S. Day Tour is from 8AM to 5PM. Adult rate is 1850php with access to all open pictorial sites, swimming pools, playground, and shower and changing rooms.

Bought our day tour from deal grocer for only Php 1,375 per pax and that includes welcome drinks, packed lunch and merienda.
We arrived in Cintai around 9am as I forgot to print the direction to their location. My bad 128513 but still we arrived safe and sound. We were greeted by their staff with a smile and directly head us to the bar for the welcome drinks. Place is really huge I guess 10 hectares or more. What I like is the feeling of being relax surrounded by the trees and fresh air.
My son went for a deep in their clean pools while we just sat and have kwentuhan with the family. It was indeed a nice place. Lunch was quite ok. Though you have to add Php 300 to avail the buffet.
Super love their brewed coffee and suman for merienda.
Maybe will come back to try their villas to spend more relaxing time with the fambam. 128522

Continuation of my solo Batangas escapade… 128526

I was already decided to include Marian Orchard to my itinerary. While looking for another place I can visit.. I found out that Cintai Coritos Garden is just nearby. I looked for ways how to go there from Marian Orchard but didn’t found any. Again, “bahala na si Batman” ang peg. 128552

Once or twice a week I visit coupon / voucher sites like Deal grocer, metrodeal, cashcashpinoy and ensogo to score great deals and discounts from different restaurants and hotels. While browsing deal grocer’s site I stumbled upon their discount voucher for Cintai Coritos Garden… wooo hooooooo!!!!!! Perfect! They offer day tour and overnight vouchers. I called them if I can use the day tour voucher on this particular day and when the person behind the phone gladly said I can, I immediately bought one voucher, called them up again and had my reservation. Everything is going perfectly. I bought the voucher for only php 1350 instead of the normal price of php 1850, that was already a php 500 tipid. The voucher is only available Sunday to Thursday. It allows you full access of the amenities of the resort, and lunch and pm snacks. Day tour is scheduled 8am – 5pm.

I still didn’t have any idea how to go there when I was already in Lipa. I decided to search the net again when already in Marian Orchard, but to my surprise…. While on my way to MO we passed by CCG!!! I was really happy when I saw a big gate with a really big sign of CCG beside it.

After my almost 2 hours stay in MO,, I already decided to go to CCG. I hailed a tricycle outside MO going to CCG which costs me php 40. Entered the gate and was asked by kuya guard of my name to check if I had my reservation. The place is really big, I curiously asked kuya guard where the reception area was as I cannot see anything aside from the guard house and a little kubo, then he told me that I still have to walk to get to the reception area. Took me around 5 mins to reach the R.A. The place is full of trees and flowers therefore, fresh, cool air will greet you right away. 127802127799127800127811127801There were also different animals freely roaming around the resort like the chickens, peacock and geese to name a few. 128019128020

I was greeted by their nice receptionist, hand her my voucher and I.D and I was guided to their receiving area. I was given fresh mango juice while waiting by a lovely girl which was also the one who repeatedly asked if I have someone with me!!!!!! HAHAHA “Ate, may nakikita ka bang di ko nakikita?” haha She told me everything I should know, from where the pools where located, the lunch and pm snack time and also had some random chitchats with her. She told me to not worry to just place my things and leave on the cottages as there were roaming ates and kuyas from time to time so safety here is not an issue.

I immediately looked for a place where I can stay. I found this cozy circle couch with nice view of the pool. Stayed there and took a nap. Lunch time, I went to their restaurant and was immediately accommodated by the sweet ate girl from the receiving area. She first gave me refreshing iced tea, followed by chicken binakol soup which was really tasty. Didn’t know what is binakol but this soup had some coconut meat and some chicken bones. For the main meal, fried liempo with rice was served with some special sauce. The liempo kinda tasted bland so that’s where their special sauce comes in. Serving was enough though. Then chocolate panna cotta for dessert. This was heavenly!!!!! Panna cotta topped with thick dark chocolate.. yum yum! 127861For the merianda, two suman and chocolate dip was served. They gave generous serving of the chocolate and for the drinks, they offer coffee or iced tea.

The place is really beautiful.127794127795 They only have four pools but Ate told me that this never gets crowded as they make sure to only accept several day tours so that there will still be privacy for all their customers. They offer several villas wherein one has its own Jacuzzi pool. The place is big enough for several families. When I went here, I think we were only 9 guests, 3 couples, 2 girlfriends and me. Therefore, I had one of the pools to myself. I chose the pool near the famous big bali inspired door. I spend most of my time there swimming.

They have many cottages for the day tour guests. Some of them also have electric sockets wherein you can freely charge your gadgets. 128241I once left my phone while charging and voila.. it was still there when I returned. Everything went really well during my stay. The people were really nice and friendly. The place is well-maintained. Though I suggest that they should put some direction signs as the place is really big and I got lost several times. There were also lots of stairs which I think is not kids friendy. There were different kinds of flowers some were I’m unfamiliar of and just saw it there the first time. Perfect place if you want to relax and unwind. Nature lovers will also have a nice stay here.

Cintai Coritos Garden is a Balinese-inspired sanctuary located in Malabanan Balete, Batangas. Cintai /pronounced as “CHIN-TAI”/ is an Indonesian word which means “LOVE”. 10084128511128511 Everything here is perfect; from Bali inspired sculptured wall murals, to big split gates, to giant statues and even the design of the washrooms were jaw-dropping. The details were just astounding. I have never been to Bali but I think I have an idea now of somewhat how places in Bali look like.

People here are really friendly. They make sure that every stay will be amazing. Whether you are just there for a day tour or decided for a long stay. They treat their clients fairly. You will have every reason to come back.  Accommodation rates are quite steep but the relaxation and the services that the resort can offer will make every penny spent worth it.128184128184

Have you ever been to Bali? If not yet, well me either. But, this little hideout in Batangas will let you feel like you're in Bali, minus the beach. With roughly 2 hours away from Manila, you can feel what would it be like in Bali. The place is called Cintai Corito's Garden. The place is beyond beauty. All the decors, and arts are Balinese inspired, with most even imported. They have different villas to accommodate varieties of groups. The place is good for families and friends who wanted some quiet time away from the city. The villas are big with huge beds and fluffy pillows. They have 3 pools; one is for the kids, two are at least 4 feet and above. Though when we went, only 2 are currently functional as the other is under cleaning. What will add excitement about this place are the animals freely roaming around the area. Expect to see a peacock in action and just enjoying a free life around the area. Their packages include a free breakfast. They offer a simple buffet Filipino breakfast with some fruits and coffee and juice. You can also bring in some snacks like chips and alike you can eat at your villa. They have dinner buffet on weekends too but we didn't get to try it as we opted to go out at the nearby SM Lipa. The overnight cost is pretty pricey but you can go check dealgrocer from time to time for discounts and they usually have summer family promos. I'd say for someone who hasn't been to Bali but dying to go there, this one is a good alternative. You can find peace, you can think, you can just sleep, or maybe give yourself a chance to be free like most animals who lives here.

I thought of going somewhere near the vicinity to go sight seeing and I saw Cintai over the net. Since I don't own a car, it was hard for me to locate it.

Overall it was a great stay. With fantastic statues that will make you feel that you are in a different country. The staffs are also accommodating.

Going senti? This is the best place to go.

This place is heaven! If you want to escape the busy city visit this place. It really is a paradise that makes you feel like you're in Thailand. The travel is quite long but it's part of the adventure 9786️. The scenery is very stunning, the place is carefully constructed and planned and you will see some animals roaming around the place. The food is also delicious and is served on fixed time. I gave it 4 stars cause it is a bit pricey but the stay there is worth your money 9786️.

Had our company offsite here. Place is really nice and resembles Bali very much, but..
1. Food wasn't so great. Just ok to get by.
2. No maps whatsoever and the place is huge!
3. Too much contour, landscapes and small steps. I say, accident-prone if you don't focus on the path, which is both intuitive and not. 128563
4. Unreliable signal for SMART subscribers

At the same, it's nice because it's the perfect place to reflect. Rooms do not have televisions and are rather spacious! 128516

Hands down one of my top 3 in the south. Fuego is still my top choice since im a beach bum but this is a super super close second128077

How do i love thee? let me count the ways.
1. Bali-Inspired: awesome interiors and authentic wood carvings. No corner was spared, from the main entrance to the shower rooms you will really appreciate the intricate details in each nook and cranny.
2. Value for Money: the least expensive villa was at P6000, not bad for a 60sqm area with 2 king beds (with the softest comforter and blankets) and a 15sqm toilet and bath and super cold aircon.
3. Comfort: i mentioned the amazing rooms already but they also had a multimedia room and you can book it for at least an hour and they deliver drinks and snacks while you focus on your recreation
4. Water Therapy: they have 4 pools. Four. Each with a unique theme and a picturesque background. Drei (our water baby) enjoyed frolicking in all 4 pools and we spent the afternoons just playing with her and teaching her how to swim
5. Close to Nature- its hectares and hectares of trees and greenery and the cool air really gives you a relaxing feel and you get to appreciate the environment even more
6. Animal Sanctuary- there were peacocks, horses, im pretty sure they had an eagle, several sheep and goats to name a few. We had fun having Drei indentify them and mimic the sounds they made

On their food, i think they can do much better. We had the buffet breakfast but they had limited choices. We also availed of the dinner buffet but only saw 3-4 common Filipino viands. The villa also didnt have TV i guess they really encourage their guests to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of reality and just enjoy the place- this didnt bother me as much as it bothered Ren haha. Also, the wifi signal was almost nonexistent so we had to go to the lobby or the restaurant if we wanted to go online.

I still give it 5-stars because the good waaaay outnumbers the not-so-good, and we had one of our best family vacations since we were able (forced!) to enjoy each others company10084

Overnight with the family! Beautiful resort' best to be on the fit side' plenty of walking required! Perfectly maintained swimming pools dotted around the resort! Small play area for kids! food was varied! Saturday lunch was brilliant we had 10 dishes all good to very good! Service was very good! Dinner a little different not bad but clearly a differed crew at work' despite my clear instruction not too add all food had MSG!!! Breakfast was total disaster! Another problem was the cleanliness of the room! Could be much improved!! Simply too much dust! Despite this all four star! We did enjoy our time' we will be back! Great easy to reach destination to enjoy time with people that count the most in once life!

This 5-hectare Bali-inspired sanctuary is indeed gorgeous. 9786 Areas are picture perfect though, some parts are still under construction.

We stayed in the Garden Villa, which was really spacious and of course, had great interiors. Though, I would have preferred if the villa has actual bedrooms since it was just one big studio unit. It would actually have been comfortable for 7 people (1 Queen canopy, 2 standard beds, 1 day bed as a couch) but it's hotel policy to pay for an extra bed beyond 6. Extra bed was just a mattress, which felt kinda odd. There's no TV, no Wifi, and no cellular service inside the villa. 128521 It actually made for good family bonding being in just one space with no working gadgets.

There's 2 pool areas: the main one near the villas and a smaller one near the events venue. They have a small playground, mini zoo (dear, monkey, eagles, goat, chickens, peacocks, free-roaming peahens), game room for drinks and TV, bike path, and free bikes for use too.

Be ready for some serious movement when you're here as it's quite a hike to get to places. Another big tip: slather a ton of OFF lotion as there are quite a number of mosquitoes & insects especially by the pools. This might seem funny but the insects are actually pretty too, red/purple dragonflies and mosquitoes even look healthier. Lol.

Most Trip Advisor and Agoda reviews said the food here ain't great and boy, was it pricey! Food was around 300-500 for a dish. Being so near Lipa and because we badly needed OFF lotion, we decided to have dinner outside.

Breakfast was complimentary and was pretty good. Choice of tapa, longganisa, sausage, corned beef, or bangus served with rice, 2 sunny-side up eggs, some greens, fruit cocktail dessert, pineapple dalandan juice, a pot of hot chocolate, and another pot of their famous kapeng barako. All this set against their immaculately designed restaurant with the serene ambiance and fresh, clean morning air revitalizing you.

Let's talk about cost. The Garden Villa plus an extra person set me back 18k+ for an overnight stay. I kinda felt the price was too steep for what you get. Perhaps opt for the day tour instead?

Experience Bali in Batangas. This quaint private resort epitomizes luxurious Balinese -modern living perfect for a wedding, a family get-away, or a couple's romantic haven. Top of mind, It's like putting the Julia Roberts movie, Eat Pray Love, into reality with all the luxurious comforts.

Both my cousin and her French fiancé were in town. Typical of Filipino tradition, she introduced her soon-to-be lifetime partner to the clan. She plans to have 2 wedding ceremonies : one in France (for the fiancé's side) and one here (to accommodate the local-based branch of her family). The couple did not like a typical hotel wedding. They wanted a tropical, resort themed wedding. Hence, this place came into the picture as one of the couple's options for their local ceremony next year.

Due to miscommunication and other glitches, we were not able to set an ocular appointment with the establishment. Since time was of the essence (the couple was leaving next week), we took the chance and drove some 1 1/2 hours to this place hoping that the resort would accommodate a walk-in inquiry.

We were lucky. The establishment's staff were very accommodating in having our group even if we just practically walked-in unannounced. We were not even charged the day-tour fees (Php 1500 which includes lunch and use of the facilities).

Cintai (pronounced as Chin-tai) means "Love" in Bahasa-Indonesian dialect. The estate is boasts of beautifully manicured gardens exploding with tropical blooms, a koi pond, and dotted with Balinese statues, garden fixtures, and resort facilities. There are 18 Villas that guests can choose from. All designed with Balinese flavor but equipped with modern fine comforts. They have 4 swimming pools, 2 function pavilions , a children's playground, and an animal sanctuary. They have cabanas dotted around the estate that can be used a lounging or massage venues. Everything tied with the resort's theme without being gaudy or overdone. Peaceful, Zen-nish, Tropical, Authentic.

We were shown the inside of one of the Terrace Villas. It was lovely. Again the Balinese theme was present with the mask wood carving wall fixtures, batik paintings, and quaint touches.

We were invited to try out their restaurant but since we had to get back to Manila immediately, we politely declined. But we did check the dining area and the menu. Their food listing was a mix of Filipino, Thai, and Indonesian selections.

Overnight accommodation starts at Php 7000 per Villa.

A lovely themed-resort indeed perfect for a get-away or for intimate functions. I do plan to check this place out again , this time with a proper booking, just to experience Balinese luxury living right in Batangas.
