When I was staying in Ellis Ecotel, the only accessible restaurant for me is Cisyd. I do not even know what is it called before.
They have this "paluto" option whereas you can see fresh seafood and can request how you wanted them to cook it.
I can still remember the first time I went there.
I was alone and ordered the baby back ribs meal. It was around Php 250 I guess.. enough for a good meal.
The second time I went there was with Leo, one of my work mate and we tried the bulalo.. It was okay..but not so special. Just the normal bulalo taste. Adobong manok sa Gata was also nice.
The third time was with group of friends.
We tried sinigang na baboy, tuna sisig, Bicol express, crispy pata. It was a nice dinner. But not so special. It's just like a normal restaurant to dine.
They also have this promo buffet during lunch. I think it's around 199. The choices are really limited though.. not recommended.
Since I know a lot of restaurants in the city now, I do not eat here that much. I like their Java rice though. There are times I only order rice for take out and eat in my place with simple fried dish.. chicken, siomai lechon kawali and the like.

Haven't seen CISYD from blogs and reviews. We tried this restaurant in Embarcadero because this was the only place that has a good view of the bay.
Servers suggested that we order Nilaing na Pusit and Bicol Express and Tinuktukang Manok? (Ewan bahala na, pinakuluan daw sa gata). Kaya ayun lang inorder namin haha and garlic rice.
Nilaing na Pusit was laing inside a grilled pusit. The squid was well cooked and the laing was delicious. The best! (Dell C)
Their Bicol Express was also the best (Dell C) that I've tried.
Tinuktukan Manok? (Tongue tied) was also delicious. I can't say it's the best (Dell C) because it's my first time to try it but it was absolutely delicious!
Total bill I think was around P450. And that's with three garlic rice and 2 ice tea.
