This scrumptious photo is called the Katsu Omelet Rice priced at 360PHP.

Add 80PHP and you get two choices of sides. I got the Daily Soup (bacon soup, said my server) and the mini salad with sesame dressing.

I honestly don't think the two sides are worth the added 80PHP since the bacon soup was just a mish mash of potatoes, carrots, vegetable bits (?) and some bacon in an oily clear soup. Not at all tasty or hot. The salad is torn up cabbage with some corn, one cherry tomato and a drizzle of sesame dressing. Something you could do at home, I'm sure.

The 411088️ belongs to the Katsu Omelet Rice and the only one deserving a photo.

The rice, as for all Omelet Rice for Coco Ichibanya's shops, is at 200g, which is more than enough for me. I love the fluffiness of the scrambled egg partnered with the crispy Katsu and the savory curry.

The only difference I can say between Japan's and this franchise is that their Katsu Omelet Rice is served piping hot. 127835

Not a fan of their curry dishes, but love their hash beef omelet. Creamy omelet, flavor's spot on, and the serving was generous. What's not to love? :)

Nothing special. Service was good though; they're very polite and attentive.

I was never into curry. Whenever I visit Japanese restaurants, I don't ever waste a single cent on it because I never truly liked it. But since I've read good reviews on Coco Ichibanya, I gave it a try. I was never a fan of curry until today. Coco Ichibanya has put things into perspective!

In the picture is the Pork Cutlet with Omelette. You get to customize the spiciness of your sauce and I chose the mild one. The sauce occupied half of my plate and it was screaming to smother it all over my rice and pork. The taste was not overpowering at all, which is one of the reasons why I was never a fan of curry. The pork was really tender and yummy. Even more with the combination of the rice, egg and sauce128076🏻

Am a big fan of katsu and curry so was pretty excited to try this place. It's great that you can choose from a lot of katsu types, curry hotness level, and add-ons (salad, drinks, dessert).

We also arrived very close to closing but the staff didn't rush us into leaving. 128522

Had this curry before, and i didnt quite like it. After my visit last weekend, i must say its growing on me. My first time to try their "best seller" pork cutlet curry. The curry is nice. Very flavourful and had the right amount of heat. It tasted like it was cooked for hours, which made all the flavours blend together to the point where you cant really taste the individual ingredients anymore.

The pork was tender and juicy, but the thickness if breading didnt quite do it justice. They coated the meat with quite a lot of breadcumbs - to the point where it became too oily and heavy. There was also a weird gritty texture to the coating. This being said, im glad the curry sauce and beautifully cooked rice made up for it.
