If I got it right, it's being run by Army Navy. So, these are what we tried.. Chicken (the one piece and 2 pc are both priced the same Php195) The tamarind ice tea, laing, bbq and kare kare bagnet. So..
Fried Chicken - if you like Army Navy's chicken, you'd like this. Comes with the same gravy too.
Bbq - pork was tender, taste was ok
Laing - don't bother trying. Bland.
Kare Kare Bagnet - This was worth it. Good for sharing (2-3 persons)
Tamarind Ice Tea - water or soda would do

I did not like my experience at Coco Hut. The chicken was alright, and I didn't find anything special about it. Also very little gravy. I also tried their Coco Shake, but found it VERY expensive for what its worth. At 99 pesos, it's pretty much just ice.

The fried chicken and gravy with a lot of pepper is surprisingly delicious. Nothing special with the drink called "teamarind".

My workmate and I were supposed to try The Lazy Bastard on Jupiter assuming it was still open at 2am as it says in their entrance sign that they're usually open until 3am but unfortunately it was already closed, otherwise I wouldn't be writing this review. Lol. Huhu. Bitin ang takam. So we started walking back towards the main in this suddenly dark and daunting street not knowing where to go and eat when we saw bright lights *cues sound effect* coming from Coco Hut.

Hungry and curious, we walked straight to the entrance without hesitation. It's open 24/7. Their lighting is adorable. The ceiling and the counter give you that island-ish feels. I especially liked the hanging bulbs lined up above the tables. I loved that they have their name on the wall. It's a perfect background for your instagram shots.

We ordered Pancit Palabok (P115), Tapa Ala Pobre (P165), Chicken Tocino (P155) and large Teamarind (P75). My friend and I shared the Pancit Palabok; it was almost good - only if weren't too greasy. I only had a few spoonfuls while my friend devoured it enthusiastically. The rice the comes with the beef tapa is like only half a serving but it has some sort of butter on it so I think that did the trick and made me feel full. Quite enjoyed the tapa but I think the price is too much as contrary to the Chicken Tocino which is more worth it. I looooved the Teamarind. It was neither too sweet nor too sour, just the right blend of the two flavors. We had Banana Ala Mode(P65) for dessert. You can choose between Langka or Vanilla ice cream to go with the saba. Loved the idea. The vanilla ice cream was good. I wish the saba were softer though. Overall, I enjoyed the food and the ambience. #loolooexplorerpackgiveaway

This 24-Hour store offers "from farm to plate" freshness. Famous for fried chicken, I insisted on trying their version of the good old fish and chips minus the chips plus rice. The crispy fish and rice comes with a pumpkin puree soup/gravy whick i think is crazy but they actually pulled it off.

They also have Galunggong which they claim to be the poor man's fish. I would akways choose Crispy Galunggong over chicken anytime.

Since medyo natry ko na halos lahat ng makita kong kainan along makati ave near jupiter. Parang awa nyo na umay na umay na ko sa lahat ng fast food stores so Me and my friend decided to explore other places.

We discover Cocohut which looks very refreshing! Woooo! Ibang ambiance naman! With all fairness, I super love their style. Very summer sa tag lamig!

The place is cool and clean and I believe 24/7.

My friend ordered Chicken Adobo flakes which he didn't like. Its too oily. I ordered laing which is okay. I didn't expect too much so I wasn't disappointed.

I'm still looking forward to go back and try their fried chicken 128513

One of the best fried chix. Moist and crispy.
Medyo limited lang din choices nila
Value for money.
Nice place.
3 stars? Just being honest. Just okey.
The fish fillet (dory) was just okey.

Food lacks in taste. Poorman's fish, clam chowder, monggo and kani cakes does not have any taste at all. I had to put salt and pepper on the monggo and clam chowder. Soy sauce is needed for the poorman's fish meal.
Chicken and pepper gravy was too salty.
I just like their teamarind.

Their new branch just opened few weeks ago so I decided to give it a try. I got the 2 pcs chicken meal set, and chose leg and breast part.

I like their chicken and somehow reminds me of an improved or better version of McDonald's chicken which isn't a bad thing at all. I also like the pepper gravy and gives an interesting flavor to the chicken as a whole.

Will surely go back whenever I crave for chicken but was avoiding fastfood style, and when I'm on a tight budget.

One of the best tasting fried chicken in town! Gotta try their Spicy chicken. Love the ambiance, it has an island feel where you can eat your favorite island food like barbeque, galung-gong, etc.
