My Darluhhhhh-approved Tinapa Pasta.

**Darluhhhh is my bestfriend Lorelei**

After a long afternoon in QC for work, I made a quick stop at Connie's Kitchen on my way home. I was just itching to cook something. And honestly, pasta is one of my favorite comfort dishes to prepare...

Gourmet Tinapa, Sun-dried tomato, Kesong Puti and mini French bread! I actually forgot to get some organic duck eggs so I just got regular ones from the grocery.

So easy to make but super yum Sabi ni Lorelei 97869786

Connie's Kitchen offers a good range of locally produced and manufactured products. It's nice to see a venture who uplifts local entrepreneurs by carrying their products in their shop. And owners who will talk you through their products or give a little bit of a background on their success story is always a plus for me! (Like that one time I met the owner of Patio Vera, he was so nice to share the story of his ancestral home now a restaurant). It reflects how much "puso" they have for their products or venture. Swear!! And nakakatuwa naman talaga pag ganon yung nagaasikaso sayo.

My cousin who is a chef told me that simple dishes are sometimes the hardest to prepare....NOT when you have the freshest and the best products and ingredients it's not.

And I got the best for my Tinapa Pasta!

Try out their Kesong Puti Lasagna..... Just like mum's 128076128076128076

Youll surely love this place because you can find good products and good food. They serve sandwiches, pastas, and pizzas which were all delicious 128525 The ambience was really relaxing, I even saw one customer studying. Service was fast and efficient. Staff were friendly. Price is reasonable for the serving size which was good for two persons. Aside from good food, this hidden gem sells hard to find products. From their sardines, tuyo, and tinapa all in a bottle (which is good for gift ideas), they also sell bucky's, theo phil, zin salt, whisk products, and many more. Plus, they are pet friendly. 128525

Thanks for adding Ms. Gwen!
Wow, I'm really surprised that this is not on Looloo yet...I mean I've been seeing this Gourmet house exists for years now! Even during my St. Luke's days pa since 2007. 128540

Hubs and I used to attend the Sunday mass here when we were living just across the hospital. But this is actually our first time din to try this. T'was two weeks ago when we visited the wake of Kuya Germs together with mom-in-law.

They have a lot of ready to eat food and packaged foods available and Gourmets too!
Here, we had this Grilled Cheese and sun dried tomatoes Panini (soo good!!) with (I swear) one of the freshest brewed coffee I have had.128523
