I like the place because it is hidden. There were mosquitos that bugged us while we ate, not good at all. Because of the Father's Day affair yesterday, the place was full, which led to poor service. Food was ok. The slice of cake at 160.00 was small. Felt it was overpriced.

I ordered their USDA beef salpicao, beef tenderloin cube in garlic sauce, served with buttered vegetables and paella rice. My friends ordered kemon grass chicken, 2 pcs of pan griled boneless chicken thigh marinated in lemon grass, and other spices. Served with creamy cilantro sauce, and salad on the side with garlic rice. Other in photo is chicken roulade, with spinach, cheeze abd caramelized onion served with safron mushroom rice. The Conti's baked Norwegian salmon served with side salad and paella rice. We had mango royale salad and baked New Zealand mussels for starter.

Impromptu dinner at Conti's cos we were able to found a free parking slot. If you're familiar with the area, parking is always a problem here.

I ordered for the grilled porkchops which surprised me when it was served. The chops were thick and big, I had to share it with my mom so we can finish it. You can also choose between garlic rice or java rice. Get the garlic rice! Aside that it's 20 pesos cheaper, it'll really compliment the meat and sauce better (well, at least for me).
My sister ordered roast beef. The serving's also generous. It came with two chunks of beef with a yellowish sauce I don't understand. I had a taste of it and I immediately got the umay feeling when I tasted the sauce.

The famous Mango Bravo cake of Conti's.

Ah.. Sinful indeed! 128512

This cake was delivered to my friend's house on her birthday and up until now, we don't know who it was from, so we started calling it the Mysterious Cake. 128513

Anyway, it's freakin' huge! And of course, SO GOOD. 128522 I don't think there's another place who could compete with this heavenly cake. 128522 I could still be wrong though. Hehe.

Try not to drown in its goodness 'cause it's possible!

It's been a while since my last meal in Conti's so I was so excited to try something new. But to my disappointment (haha), I ordered their Smoked Boneless Bangus. It wasn't a complete disappointment because it came in big servings. The overall taste was so good that it reminded me of my mom's homemade version of the dish.

For dessert, we also tried their Turtle Pie. It wasn't totally brace-friendly since it had a lot of nuts on it and the crust was a bit hard - probably because it's a frozen cake. Still, it was good since it was not super sweet and not super bland.

Food here was delicious, in particular, I liked the Baked Salmon and the Calamari. The Calamari Sauce was delicious.

However, it took forever for them to serve our order. And when they did, they mixed it up with another customer's orders.

It also took them forever to serve our iced tea. We followed up 3 times for the iced tea. It was also difficult to call their attention for refills. And if we were able to call their attention for refills, they would just nod yes but never come to our table to do so.

Similarly, it took them ages to bring our bill. We waited for almost 30 minutes for our bill. We asked for it 4 times.

We also ordered the take out beef salpicao in advance, but still had to wait longer after settling the bill for it.

The food is good but given the very slow service and price, I'm not sure its worth it. Before, Conti's was known for good food and low price. Its prices now, however, have substantially increased.

Went here for my grad dinner with my fam. They gave us their function room since it's the only area that can accommodate all of us.

I ordered their Maple Glazed Baby Back Ribs (Php 390). I was quite disappointed with the size and taste. There's nothing special :(( my family was also not that happy with their orders considering the prices.

Mango Bravo only can make me come back here.

Sorry was half way through my dinner before I remembered to take a pic.

To celebrate my brother's HS grad and my mama's birthday, we had dinner at Conti's right after the ceremony. So we had the ff:

Mango royale salad
Calamari
Beef salpicao
Salmon
Chicken cordon blue
Pesto pasta

Everything was good but I prefer my salmon medium well and the beef salpicao was soo tender but what would you expect if you paid 400bucks a plate for it. Mango royale was also really good!

The service was an A+!

The place was really cozy!

Conti's is always a great option for dessert. Coffee and a slice of mango bravo makes my tummy smile 128522

I like this branch because of the high ceiling, bright interiors and cozy vibe.

Love their newest branch, very homey9786️ we ordered chicken roulade and chicken pastel, I found the chicken pastel bland, I had to ask for soy sauce, they gave me knorr seasoning, roulade was tasty and there's this certain creaminess about it, maybe the cheese? Our ending was the superb mango bravo128077 definitely the highlight of our dining experience

Now on to probably one of my most endearing favorites... Conti's has a new branch along Shaw Boulevard ( yipee!!!... ) a short drive from my crib... The nice thing about Conti's is its got excellent dine-in and take-out facilities... Their large take out platters are a Godsend for those sudden visitors or spurt-of-the moment parties... And their cakes... Oh boy I am merely scraping the surface here... Bon apetito...
