When i posted food photos in my FB album Exploring Banawe, some of my friends couldn't help but recommend this restaurant, one of the oldest in Banawe.
Dined here twice already and my favorites are their cuapao (must try)!!!) and fried bean curd (crunchy on the outsife and soft on the inside). Ordered also Coral Bihon, they fried the noodles to form a crunchy shell. Lomi was good also!

Sarap! Loved the fried bean curd so much though I think yung sauce lang ang nagdala. The lomi was yummy too! Especially if you'll mix a lot of chili sauce with it. This combo was definitely a winner 128588

prices here is a bit steep.

the cuapao gets smaller and smaller whenever i order. but i think it's still one of the best cuapaos in the metro.

their crispy tofu is one of the best too. special if you put their special tofu sauce. simply the best.

the coral chicken and coral bihon were good as well.

Don't let the sketchy looking facade fool you. I'm not a fan of Chinese cuisine but this has got to be an exemption! My family has been a fan for as long as I can remember!

Must try Coral Chicken, Coral Bihon, Coral Supreme and my all time favorite Almond Gulaman 10084

I have yet to try the Eastwood branch for a more presentable place 128076

I once warned a friend to write his name down before he took a bite from "The Best Cuapao in the World" coz it's got that "makakalimutan mo pangalan mo" effect.

It really does. It's got that perfect mix of really juicy, soft, tender, and flavorful meat (is it spareribs? not sure, kasi walang bone). Add to that peanuts and kuchay. Then the fresh and soft Pao bread itself. Bam!

But wait there's more!

They also have "The Best Lomi in the World".

I kid you not. The noodles are nice and thick and the sahog. Oh the sahog. Hindi sila nag-titipid sa sahog! Lots of it all over! From the pork slices to the shrimp the atay etc!

Then they have another one of my faves you can see, the Crispy Bean Curd. Perfectly fried. Thin crispy breading and soft on the inside. With some really yummy sauce on the side that I can't explain but it's kinda sweet but not too sweet.

So there. You MUST GO.

They also have a branch in Libis - C5 near Eastwood.

PS: don't forget to write your name down

PPS: for the adventurous, they have fried frogs legs. Tastes like chicken ;)

The restaurant that never changes its menu but never fails to satisfy new comers or loyalists like myself. A meal for one can comprise a cup of their hot and sour soup, their famous kua pao, then a tall glass of black and white gulaman!

For the family, Coral will not disappoint with their cha misua, seafood caserole, fried todu squares, coral chicken, frog legs and coral crab!

A hole in the wall in the far end of Banawe approaching E. Rodriguez, a must try for people in the area!

This is place where we often go to ages ago,so this is sort of a preview cause i have not been there for the longest time. Crossing my fingers that the food is still good and if i recall correctly their tofu dish is one of their specialty
