This hotel is situated right along Calle Crisologo which means all the great things about Vigan is just around the corner. :)
You'll really get the "Heritage feel" inside the hotel. The staff were so approachable and helpful. :) If you have questions about Vigan, the staff are willing to help make your vacation fun and interesting.
The breakfast takes place up the penthouse so you'll really get a good view of Calle Crisologo. In terms of food, nothing beats their bagnet and Ilocos longganisa! :)

Got the Standard air conditioned room for 2,500 pesos a night. I went with an officemate. Very clean. Spacious for two. They provide the usual stuff: toothbrushes, soaps, glasses, complimentary bottled waters, towels and tissue. The bed was big enough for 1 person. They have hot and cold shower. Quiet, which ensures a good night's sleep. The room has TV with cable, a closet, a small coffee table and 2 chairs.
Staff were friendly enough.
Check in is at 2pm and check out is 12noon the next day.
Includes complimentary breakfast. You could choose from vigan longganisa, tapa, daing na bangus. All served with rice, scrambled egg and atchara. Forgot the rest but there are continental choices too (spam, bread, bacon, you get the picture). Comes with coffee, I think the other choice is tea.
The place is beautiful. Old mixed with new. Heavy furniture, lots of old decors but the place itself has been renovated.
It's located in Calle Crisologo.
You could rent their hair dryer for 50 pesos an hour.
All rooms are non-smoking.
Sorry for the rushed review. Just wanted to share in case someone out there needs information about the place.
Stayed in room 17 between April 23-25, 2015.

Longganisa Breakfast Set (Php 140)
As you can see, it ain't the best thing in the world, but my family of four each got a plate and we shared 2 extra rice and a good serving of Pinakbet. Yum yum yum!
We only ate breakfast there, but boy that place was great! There are dining areas on the 1st floor, but the one you have to go to is on the 3rd floor. Beautifully furnished and the soft morning light just made everything better.
Best thing: 5/5 on the free wifi! No kid!
-streamed 2 episodes continuously
-listened to 6 tracks on Spotify (all of them playing immediately after the other) DOWNSTAIRS, OUTSIDE THE BUILDING, IN ANOTHER SHOP RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET.
