(F)ood:
The food here is more European so the menu may be a little too “foreign” for us. I haven’t tried their dessert but are really good to look at. I was able to try their Billionaire’s Hot Chocolate and it taste very good. I was also able to taste a sandwich (I forgot the name) maybe Bacon and Guacamole? But maybe I am not that acquainted with a sandwich with avocado so tasted weird for me. But most of their menu are very eye catching and looks yummy, most especially the cakes, so I would go back and try them.

(A)mbience:
This really is a pretty FAB place to hang out! This branch has a 2nd floor with aa lot of seats. Seems a very good interior designer was hired and did a great job! Most of the areas are intagrammable so better get your cameras and your poses ready. There are a lot of seats for you whether alone or a group. I was not able to check if there is wifi and power outlets.

(B)utler Service:
The servers were friendly and fast enough though I was their first customer of the day.

After our looloo rendezvoos at The Halal Guys inside Eastwood Mall, I felt like having sweets and a hot coffee (or a hot matcha drink). Joy Vee A. told me that Costa Coffee's matcha latte was good. I had not tried Costa Coffee's matcha latte yet so I thought it was a good idea to do such.

And I've read about Costa Coffee's a couple of new "black" cakes which are infused with activated charcoal. Naturally, I was curious to try them, but first I chose a slice of the Black Swiss Roll (₱135) to go with my Green Tea Latte (Primo, ₱150).

As for the taste of my matcha drink, well, it was a bit milky and sweet -- and the relatively light green color of the drink seemed to be a giveaway. Therefore, I concluded that Starbucks so far still has the better-tasting (and better-looking) matcha latte in comparison. But I was surprised and delighted at the size -- it was bigger than I thought. The "primo" is Costa Coffee's "tall" -- that's their the smallest cup size. Kaya OK na rin, it satisfied my matcha cravings, and I might order it again if I happen to be near any Costa Coffee branch.

As for the Black Swiss Roll, I loved the cream in it, but I wasn't too keen on the cake itself. It was kind of rubbery to the bite. I didn't know what made it so.

I felt less guilty, I guessed, because both matcha and activated charcoal of my Black Swiss Roll are supposed to provide great health benefits.

I will try the Checkered Ebony Cake on my next visit to Costa Coffee -- it looked better-tasting.

Servers didn't seem to care about their customers, they didn't greet them. They paled in comparison to Starbucks -- the servers would always greet you as you enter and leave the premises, and they always serve you with a smile and take your orders with a cheerful voice. I guessed the servers at Costa Coffee were tired or couldn't wait to get off the clock, so to speak (as it was towards closing time).

Love the interiors of this cafe. I ordered the Bacon and Egg Toast and Cappucino Primero. They have interesting choices of coffee so will definitely be back for it!

As much as I love the interiors, I think their coffee and pastries should improve. The syrup and chocolate shards on my drink is so offputiing it took away the taste of the coffee. The ham looked like it's one of those ripoffs, bland. 🤦🏻‍♀️

🇬🇧 Flat White. (primo 155Php)

(in my British accent)
Strong. Creeeeeamy.
Sweetness is just right for this thing.
No more sugar... as for me though.

Only available in one size. Primo. 9749
No dozing on this li'l cup! Yes, small but terrible... it has three shots espresso. Not your usual caffeine fix for a small size, huh? But don't fret... still tastes good specially for those latte lovers, which excludes me.

So, i guess i'm trying other blends sometime soon. Looking forward to that one with Caramel. Next would be a cup of Mocha or their Cappuccino (another they say a must try).

I like their coffee blend. It's not too acidic and rich in flavor. I ordered Cafe Latte (Php125) which is my all time favorite.

Costa coffee is a british company and is the second largest coffeehouse chain in the world behind Starbucks and the largest in Britain.

I keep coming back to costa's flat white PhP150. Its smells really good, boosts energy almost instantly, and makes me feel detoxified.

I also like the ambiance, less pretentious, more relaxed, its just about coffee. Simple yet on point.

Finally, Costa Coffee! I've had numerous plans in my head to try Costa. Work and laziness got in the way. Good thing I have so much time to kill today.

Green Tea Frostino. This is now officially my favourite green tea drink. Unlike the other coffer joints, Costa cares about my matcha feelings. I taste matcha on my first sip. Very good, very good indeed.

Dark Peppermint Chocolate Cake. Albeit the lack of aesthetic appeal, this slice of pastry is surprisingly good. The cake is moist and goes well with the cream cheese icing. The peppermint is very subtle, i can't even taste it. I think i imagined i tasted mint. Anyway, with or without mint, i still liked the cake.

And, i still have one hour to kill. I might as well murder it at Costa.

After dinner I went to Eastwood City Walk to meet my friends and make "tambay" at Costa Coffee. I got a cappuccino "medio size" for Php135.00 and asked the barista if he can add a latte art on topped of my cappuccino. And he put a snowman on it. How lovely?! 1285259749️️9924

It was our first time to try this place. Unfortunately their frostinos were a dissapointment. The consistency was too thick. When i lifted my straw, the frosted coffee stood on its own! I liked their pastries though, and the staff were very friendly.

Would we go back? Maybe just for the pastries, but definitely not for the coffee... 128533

Always in this café every month because of an event. And I have to commend their staff for being nice and attentive. The whole place gives off a cozy atmosphere (though, the aircon can get too cold).

Huge fan of their brewed teas, especially the Iced Brewed Peach Tea. But at the moment I got the Green Tea Latte and Bacon & Egg Toastie. Loooooove the Green Tea Latte. The toastie, was good too, although, could use a little more maple syrup. I love that they didn't skimp on the bacon.

Will be back (next month).

Place is quiet any time before 3 or 4 pm. Not really digging the cookie but the Matcha latte was okay. I also already tried their Caffe Mocha during my first visit, it tasted good as well.

Grabbed the chance to try their Key lime frostino yesterday because of the promo. Dragged my friend here after eating at The beef barn.
The drink was not too sweet and you can taste the hint of the lime, they used lime syrup. It's a perfect drink to those who doesnt want sweet frappes.
My friend liked it because of its balanced taste. Not too sweet and not too sour. 128077
Staff were very energetic the moment we entered. The place was packed but they were still very attentive.
We only paid php166 for the two drinks. 128069128069

Still full from heavy dinner at Bigoli, I ordered a 12oz. sized (Primo1 smallest) GREEN TEA FROSTINO 128154 for P165.

I had the mistake from my last visit, I ordered the largest and I had difficulty finishing it ended up with bad case of heartburn (ang takaw kc) 128513

Few customers on a saturday night, they have a free wifi and password is available at the lower part of the receipt, so we settled there first for a little less than an hour.

165 is pricey for a 12oz size but the difference was the consistency of their frostino, it's creamy and smooth rather than with bits of ice and you could taaste the greentea bitter after taste rather than the TOOOOO SWEEEEET greentea frappe from SB 128521.

After this we hangout at Eastwood SB 128513 and I finished my costa drink at around 11. That's worth every sip. Hindi sa tinipid but it's really creamy nakakabusog agad 128513

Service was ok that night. I liked my first visit tho. 128522

160 for the Medium. I just really wanted to tried it. I got their Caffe Caramel which is like their Iced Caramel Macchiato. The barista took so long also, it took 10 minutes to get my drink. I would go back and try their cakes and pastries though.
