Finally got to try it here!!! I give it an over-all 4 stars for the following reasons:
-Parking is limited
-Interior, decor was as is in the photos I've seen on social media - very hipster
-Loved all their light fixtures
-But sitting there didn't really make me feel special or whatever. Like I wasn't feeling the place...
-Items my friend wanted to try were not available
-Food took awhile to get to us, and only 3 tables were filled at that time
-But they had really good Champorado with dried fish (I had the dark chocolate one)
-The Adobo Flakes with egg and rice that my friend ended up getting was superb!!! I wish I'd gotten that one. It was super salty and crispy and biiig serving!
-My boyfriend's waffle and chicken was a bit dry (but I'm comparing it to Diner at 6th)
-The Carbonara I got was traditional type. With eggs more than cream and all. It was good, but I expected something different. It was too wet...
Anyway, the highlights were really the Adobo Flakes and Champorado!!! Winners! I'll be back for the other sweeter version of the Champorado tho and maybe try it with bacon instead of dried fish

Two pieces of huge buttermilk and bourbon infused fried chicken served with four pieces of waffles with butter, maple syrup and gravy on the side. The presentation was beautiful and the dish itself was done very well. The chicken was cooked to perfection; crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and flavorful overall. The waffles were crispy and fluffy. I loved every component, down to the gravy and maple syrup. This is my first time to try the chicken and waffle combo and I am glad I tried it here first. Might be pricy for 320 but I swear, it's worth it. The place also serves coffee and alcoholic drinks. We bought a bottle of red wine for 650, which was more practical than getting it per glass for 210.
Cow & Chicken boasts a clean and spacious area, great ambiance, and very accomodating servers. There is outdoor seating decorated with pretty lights. It is located along United St., on the third floor where more popular ones like Uncle Moes and Taco Vengo are situated. I can't wait to go back here to try everything else they have to offer but I'd be sure to get their chicken and waffles again.

Behind the restaurants along United st., Kapitolyo (Uncle Moe's Shawarma, Longanisa Sorpresa and Nav) is an alley of new chill out places and restaurants, one of them is Cow and Chicken.
The place is located at the 3rd floor serving All day breakfast meals such as Waffles, Tapa and Corned Beef and etc.
We ordered the ff.
* Wagyu Beef Tapa and Rice with Two Eggs - Beef is really good and tender.
* Corned Beef and Rice with Two Eggs - Corned Beef are not the usual corned beef strips that is served at home. Concept is unique
* Waffle Smores - not a fan of marshmallows but this food is good. A little bit sweet in the middle because of the chocolate spread
Available choices for the rice can be Adobo, Garlic and Plain Rice. We learned from the owner/manager that the place can be rented for private parties and their rates are consumable. Price is not too expensive and service is good
