"Kung hindi ako para kanya, Cow-Wowa naman siya." Hahaha chos 128514🌭127859127834

Whenever I visit UST, I always search for new restaurants/cafes to try and make a list of the new must-tries before going. However, I changed my mind and ignored my must-try list when I walked along P. Noval last week and saw my comfort food place – Cow Wow. I used to go there with my friends after a long stressful day.

The German cheesy sausage with egg and rice was my favorite comfort food / reinforcement especially during internship and board exam review. I was surprised that they have two branches already but are only a few meters (2 stores) apart. Hehe. It was good thing since it means shorter waiting time to be seated and more people to accommodate. This place has been jampacked ever since.

They serve different sausages: German sausage (this is their best-seller, you can choose between cheesy and cheesy spicy), Hungarian, Polish, Schublig, Chicken, Beef Bangers and Sausage steak. It costs Php 60 if served with bun or rice, Php 70 with rice and egg and Php 75 with mashed potato. When I visited recently, they have new items on their menu such as tapa, burger, chicken nuggets and pasta served with sausages. However, they removed their only dessert buko sherbet and replaced it with taro ice cream. Nakakamiss! Despite having new items on the menu to choose from, I ordered my favorite. I was supposed to pair it with mashed potato but it was not available that time. The cheesy German sausage with rice and egg was as heavenly as it was during the first time I tasted it. Ninamnam ko talaga every bite kasi namiss ko talaga. Haha! Super sulit and nakakabusog!

Service was okay and ambiance is like the usual carinderia around UST. There are still children who ask for money/food but it has been like that in the area ever since kaya carry lang, it can’t stop me from enjoying the food. Hehe. Just take care and be mindful of your belongings while in the area. 128512

Got to drop by UST area since my exam was around the area. Love the feel of the area lots of memory. Feeling college student again. Lots of UST girls 128076. Lots of cheap food find. One of this is cow wow which has a great review in looloo. The place is just a simple small carinderia looking place. They serve various type of sausage. Sausage+Rice/Egg is just at 70PHP. The hungarian and spicy cheese german sausage that we tried were good for its price. This is what I love about places near universities cheap good food.

BTW we passed the CCNA certification exam yehey! 128513

This is my ultimate fave may it be breakfast, lunch or dinner! Sadly, they have increased the price a little. And for the first time, I didn't like the way it was cooked today. It was kind of rubbery and hard to slice (just a little lang compared before). I also noticed that their Hungarian sausage is smaller now. Maybe bc of the way it was cooked. I would try it again some other time just to see if there will be changes again.

Only a Thomasian knows how inconvenient it is to get to P. Noval from Main building or St. Martin building. So if you frequent a place in that area, it MUST really be that good to be worth the long, hot and humid walkathon.128131🏻

Cow-Wow serves legit sausages which taste like the ones from Santis minus the steep price tag! Hindi lang match with the setting nor the set-up but it's definitely a no-frills-kind-of-meal for those on a tight budget. My ultimate favorites are their Cheesy German and Hungarian but if you prefer something spicy, get the latter.

If going there is a hassle, you can just buy the packed ones to take home too! Yay!128522

It was my first time to try and it was really good. Except that you had to struggle in order for you to have your seat. You have to wait for long queues because there are a lot of orders on dine in and take out.

All time favorite sausages! Best known for their big servings at an affordable price! With just P70, you can get a meal of sausage of your choice, egg and rice. A must try if you're within the area.

P.S. Try out their Cheesy Spicy German Sausage 128077

Sausage place around UST. Big and delicious! I ordered their Hungarian Sausage served with rice and egg (you can also order it with bread if you don't want rice and egg). The place is small and very crowded at times. But the sausage can make up for it 128155

I usually eat at Cow-Wow with friends for dinner and I've already tried several of their sausages, including Beef Bangers and Hungarian.
However, I personally prefer the German Cheesy Spicy Sausage because it is somewhat larger than the others and I like spicy food. haha
Their Potato Balls, similar to hash browns but in ball form, are to die for as well!

Very wallet-friendly to students trying to save cash but are still looking for a greasy, mouthwatering meal!

I felt like eating at Big City except for the location of course!

First time here, since I've heard great reviews I decided to go for it before my freshman year ends at UST.

I was rushing so I just ordered take-out for Hungarian Sausage+Fried Egg+Rice for 65php only (55php without egg) and let me tell you, it did taste like Big City for the sausage per se.

I can't wait to try their allegedly "to die for" potato nuggets only for 20php and their bestselling German sausage for the same price as the Hungarian.

Very sulit and allowance-friendly!
I don't recommend dining in because they have a very very very small place. I suggest take-out and go to the 2nd floor of the newly opened 7-11 in P. Noval and just go buy a drink and then eat it there. That's what I did! Hahaha :)
