When we arrived in Paracale, it was already lunch time and our lunch is pax account so we roamed around the area to find nice cafe to dine in.
I was the first one to saw the sign, "Cowboy" then under it's name, placed a "Food Gaus". bingo!
We went inside and found that it was kind of a "tapsihan" places, only in here they also serve pansit and arroz caldo. I ordered Arroz caldo since I'm not hungry that much and my friends ordered tapsilog.
I realise as I look at the wall, that they have US kind-made plate numbers, and I think the whole place associate a Texas feeling. Maybe that's the reason it's called Cowboy. They also have tags placed in the ceiling.
Our orders came and boy, I just wished that I ordered tapsilog also, because the fried rice was amazing! It tastes soooo good my friend ordered 4 in one plate!
My food taste good also, but their fried rice is just the bomb! Lasang shabu, nakaka adik.
We dined here again on our last day in Camarines Norte, and ordered tapsilog again. God, it didn't even changed its taste. The fried rice mixed with patis and their uber fine bawang (na may shabu ata) is sooo good, you'll be craving for more.
We're the only customer that time so the staffs are in full mode in our requests.
Don't forget to dine here when going to Calaguas!
Thanks Pam for adding this. And hooray I got new badge!
