Love Craft Coffee!!

For some reason, this Craft branch, although small and sometimes uninviting, reminds me of Tagaytay's Bag of Beans.

9749️ Quaint, chill place. Great coffee and food pairings.

[Funny backstory] Craft tambay is what happens when you're locked out of your house.. Soooo, winding down with an iced mocha and beef pie. Yums!!

Amazing amazing ube crepe cake! I understand that we have a hype for crepe cake now and I can't wait for looloo's list of the best crepe cakes in the Metro. I only tried a few and this one from Craft this not disappoint.

Not really big fan of really really sweet cakes so this ube cake from Craft is just on point. It is not sweet and not too creamy, and the texture and thickness of each layer is just perfect. You can't expect this cake to be oozing with cream and flavor. It is just mild and really heavy to finish even just a small slice. Perfect with a cup of black coffee and rainy afternoon. 128525

Sunday mornings be like
“where's my cup of coffee?” that's why i wake up early in the morning to catch a cup of coffee to some new place and still make it for the 10am service at church.

This time, Craft.
Craft is a small place along hemady beside la creperie. It's a chill place where you can relax. Nobody except us and 3 baristas during our visit. Mood was alternative genre vibes. There were a few reggae songs played. The seats were wooden but cushioned by some uncomfortable and awkward cotton-filled mattress, whatever you call that, it keeps on misplacing from the seat.

The tables were nicely prepped with some condiments, a glass jar of water (who knows when they fill it up), glasses, and generous amount of tissue paper, anyway, i think the water was fresh cause we did not have any stomach ache that afternoon.

Between my choice of flat white and this latte, the barista recommended me this because i chose the coffee to be bolder. And true, the body of coffee is much more appreciated in this latte rather than a milky taste or what.
That latte art was made by barista FJ
128204croque madame
When it was served, i quickly remembered the croque monsiour of the curator's. Well, madame is served with a sunny side egg. And the presentation is less beautiful that curator's. They used wheat bread so it adds more texture. The ham and cheese were quite subtle. The bechamel sauce predominantly made the taste. Man, i was so full i cant accomodate the potato chips. Php195 for this meal. Much more affordable than curator's.
128204craft clubhouse sandwhich
Here's a clubhouse that can be eaten by one person. Well, can be shared for light eaters. Wheat bread used as well. There's lettuce, ham and cheese.. And mayo.. That mayo sure was refreshing to the taste.
The CR was quaint. Mejo mabaho buti nlng may active air freshner.
Overall, i liked it. Not much extraordinary though so it remained 4 stars.

It was rainy afternoon when my friends and I went here and had coffee. Love the place like the one in Katipunan. Friendship goals shot, feeling artsy and the like. 🤓 Too bad none of us ordered coffee where they can show how good they are in making artisinal coffee.

I ordered Flat white and it was really good. One of the best flat white I ever had. It's creamy and a bit strong not bitter which I prefer. I don't put sugar on my coffee unless it's americano. Haha

Jaizen had their Piccolo Latte. He did enjoyed it. I never bothered taking a sip on his coffee because I have different taste in terms of coffee. He put on too much milk and sugar on it. Haha

On the hand, Kat is not a fan of hot drinks so she ordered Iced Mocha. It was good, a bit chocolate-y for me but she liked it.

Frozen Brazo. Not in included in the photo, it came late. 128533 It was heaven but serving was small. 128530

Definitely going back here but at the Katipunan branch just with Katie since Jaizen's already in Qatar.

I was supposed to get hot choco from a restaurant nearby, but they're already closed by the time I got there.

I got a cup of Cafe Mocha and it was good! Same rich taste, not too hot nor bitter and not too sweet. It was balance and perfect :)

There’s something about the refreshing, rejuvenating taste of coffee that settles your nerves like none other.

And tonight, I'll leave Craft with a smile on my face and probably sleep like a baby. 128118🏾

Cheers! 127866

If you choose to stay in a coffee shop where in it really is quiet with good coffee, this is the place to be. Students can really study here :) i love this branch even if it is small 128077🏼

Craft is one of the pioneers of the 3rd Wave coffee explosion happening today. So after being told that these guys make the best flat white in Manila, I went up north to check out their original branch along Broadway. And yes, their flat white is probably the best I've had so far!

The ambiance is very quaint and homey, nice place to chill, have conversations over coffee, or even do some work. Going inside made me feel I was in some little coffee shop up in Baguio for some reason haha.

They make a mean pizza, and their croque madame and carbonara is delicious! If only I lived up north, I'd definitely be a more regular customer 128522

I have nothing bad to say about this 3rd wave coffee shop. Great coffee, reasonable price, and the superb ambiance.

Driving all the way to QC is definitely worth it 128077🏻

Yay for finally hitting the 300th review milestone! 128525127881127882127881127882

Last night, after having crepes at Cafe Breton, I was too lazy to go home yet because I have to go to the airport by midnight. Thankfully, Isha S and Kath A were 'willing' (Thank God for peer pressure) to join me and try Craft Coffee- one of those talked about third wave coffee shops here. 128077🏻

Place was quite small with some good display of coffee machines and other tools, and there were some paintings and artsy stuff on the walls as well. 128513

I was not in the mood to grab some coffee so I got their Hot Chocolate at 120php. It was good, not too sweet. 128077🏻 Also got their frozen brazo at 140php. Just okay, nothing really special. I still like Parvati's more, so far.

I do plan to go back to try their Cafe Mocha. Hopefully soon because it's quite near my condo. A new place to do some reports? Hmm. 128521 they have pretty fast WiFi too!

Finally! Another third wave coffee shop in PH after a long time.

Way before omeprazole and acidity caved in, I had a long list of third wave coffee shops to visit and Craft was one of them.

Since my tummy was not acting normal that day, I had to restrain myself from having the good aromatic cups of joe they're serving. Nonetheless, their hot chocolate was very delicious and warm, and even had art on it! Giddy! So happy at least it was worth as the alternative.

I also had Croque Madame Sandwich as my dinner and boy, it was so heavy and the hollandaise sauce was generously smothered on the sandwich! Nom!!

This is definitely worth coming back for and next time, I'll have coffee too (their flat white is good, I hear!)

To coffee reexperienced! Cheers! 9749

P.S. Jacy L, I found a workaround to Apple's bug! Well sorta. I'm using Repost app to place my photo on another layer so it won't crop out the edges especially when it's a full photo. 128513 hope it helps hehe!

I've been reading about this place from every article of 3rd wave cafes in Manila so we decided to give it a try. When we got there, all those few tables were already occupied so we didn't mind sitting on the bar. It was actually a perfect spot because we got to watch the baristas do their thing 9786️ anyway, the latte was great but I had to put a little bit of sugar on it (I want the right amount of sweetness in my coffee). I wish I've tried their desserts but I was already full from dinner! 128586

If artisanal coffee is what your looking for, then this small cafe in New Manila is one of the places worth visiting. Their selection of original coffee brews are what one may not expect despite the familiarity of some of their names. Of course, their ambience sets the mood for just chill coffee drinking or studying (whichever suits you for the moment). Only trouble here would be getting a good parking slot especially in the middle of the afternoon.

The best tasting Cafe Mocha I've ever had!

I'm glad that I finally tried this place after reading so many good reviews about it here on looloo. It's a small coffee place along Broadway beside La Creperie. The coffee was not too bitter, not too sweet but very flavorful! Now I know why they keep getting good reviews!

I'll surely be back to try other flavors! 128522

Great place to study or just take a breather from the busy city life! Awesome interiors and ambience! My favorite would have to be their Latte! They also serve a yummy carrot cake! The downside is they close a little too early compared to other coffee shops I go to, show it's not a place to get sober in after a handful of buckets.

I heard they will be launching a food menu this month too! Oh, and did I mention you are never setved a cup of coffee without adorable Latte Art? Join the Revolution!

One looloo Eatup night, someone was talking about the principle of telling a few people when you have a good experience and telling more people when you have a bad experience. While that could be true, I don't think that's how it works here on |. Imagine if majority of what we see here are just bad reviews. 128532 So, thanks to this community who share (more of) the good and the bad. 128521

And because of so many good reviews, I went to Craft and got a cup of pretty Cafe Mocha! 128525 The place has a bit of a dark and "chill" vibe, and the menu's pretty simple: coffee, pies, and dessert cakes.

The friendly owner was there this evening and he even said goodbye to the customers when he left, as if he knew everyone and had to say "Una na 'ko." 128516
