As a coffee lover, seeing coffee shop turn my eyes into hearts so when I first saw the Craft Coffee while strolling I promised to go back and try them out. I was only able to go here last April 9. I was with my friends and urged them to stay in there while chitchatting.
Questions burst out of my mind when we got there; WHERE IS YOUR MENU? WHAT ARE YOU EXACTLY SELLING? HOW MUCH? Unlike usual food shops where their menu & prices are put on the top of their counters, Craft doesn't have one. They do have a board on the side with a drawing of different type of coffees (capuccino, white coffee, etc.) but this one is more of a decor. Their menu is placed on the side of their cash register that you won't have a clue unless you ask.
Their staff? 2/5 C'mon guys! Enlighten us on how to act within your store. I mean, is it self service? Do we call you over for the menu? We asked & that's it. At least be more approachable. Smile! And to top it all? It is expensive in here given their serving & the taste. One coffee with the size of 'tall' in SB is 160. One CUTE-SQUARE-LITTLE SLICE of their Frozen Brazo is 160. There's more to your money.
But the thing I liked about this place? Its ambiance. Very cozy & relaxing. :)

P.S. Mind that this is only based on my experience. We may have different preferences and you can go try this out for you to see.

Thank you Craft Coffee for having this new store down south! I can now treat myself to really great coffee!

And since its freakin hot outside, I got myself a java chip frappé! Indeed it is a treat with that really strong brew and all the Java chips you just put in my cup. Hooray for a great cool coffee afternoon!

It's my second time to try Craft Coffee but my first time to try brewed coffee and first time here in Nuvali (first time was along Katipunan and tried some fancy iced blended drink back then). Here, I tried their Brazilian beans brewed using Aeropress, a device for brewing coffee wherein coffee is steeped for 10–50 seconds and then forced through a filter by pressing the plunger through the tube. It had an intense aroma and the taste was weird. I put a very little amount of muscovado sugar and non fat milk to appreciate the rich taste of the coffee in its basic form. Initially, it was bitter and as I sip through, the taste became a bit sweet and better. I highly recommend this coffee shop most especially if you did wale boarding here in Nuvali. 128556128556128556128556128556

Their Frozen Brazo is LOOOOVE!

Super like how the crust complemented the sweetness of the ice cream and creme filling.128077🏼128077🏼

Fell inlove with their Cafe Mocha. Not too strong or too sweet just perfect for me (reminds me of Magnum Opus and Tobys) I also tried their Chocolate fudge cake but it's so so. But their coffee was really good! Place was spacious and the wifi connection was good too 128077🏻
