Healthy Friday for me. Stuck in BGC again due to very heavy Friday swelday traffic. Been trying to eat healthier and have been on a salad craze so I ended up here again. Second time trying Craft salad. This time I chose Tok-yooo and pumpkin soup.

Pumpkin soup (P80) is just right for one person. With a bit of coconut milk and about 5pcs of pine nuts. The coconut milk is not too strong. The soup is peppery which I liked. Just enough to warm my belly coz I'm starving na.

Tok-yooo salad (P160 for snack size) has lettuce, cucumber, asparagus, red onion, bits of grilled salmon, crab sticks, and sesame seeds. It really has that Japanese flavor, I like it. I might order a regular size next time coz I've been loving these salads.

First time to try this one. It was a bit confusing in trying to order. They have a sort of guide kasi like Step 1 Choose your salad, Step 2 Choose your soup, etc. akala ko tuloy the price is for a combo then I have to choose which salad, soup, pasta or sandwich. Eh I only want salad. So I asked the crew pa yun pala there is no combo meal or what. Individual orders talaga sya.

Anyway, they have a lot of different salads and it was hard for me to choose but since I liked Greek salad, I chose their Greek version. It was okay and I would have preferred more feta cheese and black olives. And sana not too oily dressing. But it's smothered in olive oil. They put the dressing na pala agad and mixed it na when they serve it. It has chicken bits din. Small size is enough for me (P160). Though I didn't think this was superb, I'm willing to try their other salads again.

I was happy to see a salad place in Aura as I prefer to not eat salad in a cup from Slice nor Pepper. But there was just waaay too much dressing. Mejo mataray din si salad maker girl.

MOO and I actually shared a full bowl because we just wanted something light to eat for dinner. Our bellies really cannot accommodate much food at night. But because we didn't enjoy this we ditched this for something else on the floor.

Sayang. Sana they improve.

I wanted something healthy the other day but I was too lazy to walk to Salad Stop. I passed by Craft Salad and decided to give it another try. This time I ordered a salad wrap, hoping it will be better than the sandwich I ordered before.

I had the Tropical Dream wrap. A 12" wrap filled with house lettuce mix, wongbok cabbage, mangoes, cherry tomatoes, apple, pineapple, walnuts, seared salmon and calamansi soy dressing. Requested if they can replace the tomatoes and pineapple with broccoli. It was pretty cheap for P220 considering it has salmon. Salad Stop would charge you P350 for a Salmon Wrap. But tastewise, it was just okay. I didn't put the dressing because it looked weird. The greens weren't fresh too. Some had wilted tips and not that crunchy anymore.

Service was really slow. 20 minutes to make a salad wrap?! Our table was near their stall and I was watching them prepare the orders. They were able to give the order of the guy who arrived after me but they still haven't prepared mine. 128544 The girl preparing the salad was also their cashier, so she would hold the food and money without using a pair of gloves. 128530

Happen to passed by this so we gave it a try for lunch. We got the small sized Tex Mex salad. The description actually does not feel too healthy (bacon balsamic vinaigrette) but it turned out otherwise. The salad was mixed well with greens, avocado, cold cuts, tomatoes & baby corn. The greens tasted fresh & well cleaned with no bitter after taste. The dressing worked well with the whole salad & was not heavy nor oily.
I'd recommend sharing the small size with a friend and making it an appetizer before choosing your main course. But if you're going healthy, the small size is enough to fill you up as the main meal.

Spotted this new stall yesterday in SM Aura. They have same concept as Juju Eats and Salad Stop. You can create your own salad or wrap, or pick from their salad menu. They serve pasta and sandwiches too.

I wasn't in the mood to have a salad so I ordered a grilled chicken with mozzarella and pesto sandwich. For P190, I'd have to say it wasn't worth it. Serving was so tiny, I finished it in a couple of bites. They scrimped on the chicken filling, even the veggies. I found it a bit bland too. 128532

Willing to give their salad wraps a try. Hopefully it won't disappoint. Their prices are almost the same as Salad Stop and Juju, btw.
