Nice airconditioned gym. It has a lot of equipments and the place is huge compared to other gyms. They offer group classes such as bjj, crossfit, kinesis, and even capoiera to name a few.
Their shower room is clean, has a number of shower stalls as well as toilet cubicles. They have lockers which you can use free of charge, you just have to bring your own lock.
And if you attend a class or use the gym, you can get a free parking pass.

Let me tell you why I check Deal Grocer, Ensogo or other group buying sites every now and then... It's because I look for deals like this!
For PHP 1,500, I got a 5 class (either crossfit or kinesis) pass at Crossfit Halcyon! I thought it was a good deal cause I've been wanting to try this gym since it first opened early this year but I wasn't sure if getting a membership agad agad was a good idea. At least now I know that the money I'll be paying for (if I do decide on joining) will be worth it.
The place is HUGE. They have separate spaces for crossfit, kinesis, martial arts, yoga, Pilates and Zumba classes. So even if there are a lot of people doing crossfit or the kinesis class, it still won't be as crowded. You'll see people running around the track, people doing wall balls or burpees in one corner and people getting ready for fat death aka warming up for crossfit. You'll really be pushed to move or continue whatever it is the coach is making you do 'cause of it. Plus all of the gym equipment are new and well maintained.
BONUS: their shower rooms and restrooms are spacious and nice.
I just finished my second kinesis class last night. My body is currently experiencing DOMS but I love it 'cause it makes me feel fit LOL. If you're wondering what kinesis is, you're not alone. I don't know how to explain it but it's basically like circuit training with a number of stations with cable machines combined with a lot of cardio and weights. I've been under coach Kris for two classes now and she's awesome but you'll probably hate her most of the time in class like I do LOL. I wanted to try out their crossfit class but it's been a while since I last did a WOD and all the crossfit goers here look like pros... Ako magiging kulelat bahaha.
The only thing I probably don't like is how it's inside a mall. You have to pay for parking and you'll be tempted to shop around and eat. But that won't stop me from finishing my class pass and probably becoming a member here.
