Disclaimer: I'm not fitness expert, but here's my two cents on fitness in general.

I think when you go to crossfit dapat malakas ang loob mo. Beginners are super welcome, but the reason they don't come back is cause they base it on their first class, which is always hell. But, if you just have the right mindset and make sure to go back, despite the soreness that sometimes comes with a good workout, then you're bound to regain or gain the fitness you've been longing for! Hehe

It also really helps to talk to old-timers and the coaches. They will answer all your questions and even motivate you with their own personal experiences. 10024

I came back here for a month again this year, after a month last year. I wanted to do something different from my almost routine personal training. I just wanted to be surrounded by more people who are doing the same work out with me, which is really motivating. I mean it's one thing to be cheered by your coach, but it's just as nice as being cheered by your teammates or all the others working out with you. 🤗

I admit that there are days when I don't perform as well, but it's just a matter of knowing that we all do get tired. And what really matters most is being able to stand up again and keep going.

It's nice to go in crossfit with someone you know, but it's also nice to be able to make friends with the rest of the crossfit community. Everyone is here for the same reason, and although competition is there, at the end of the day it's nice to know we're all getting stronger together, day by day. 128170

Oh and, if you're going to end up doing this, make sure to always give yourself a rest day. And eat clean, but treat yourself too from time to time! 128076

So I decided to sign up for one whole month right after my trial during the start of May. It's already my 3rd week going here, 3 times a week for bootcamp. I am loving it! I really feel I'm getting stronger each time I'm back.

It's just a bit pricey but I really don't mind. The coach and the other people who come here to work out are the best! I haven't met anyone who's suplada or a snob yet and I hope that never happens. I'm really loving all the good vibes and encouragement I get from the friends I've made here.

I might be the most tamad person in the world to work out. No motivation at all. Hahaha but, last November, I decided to give crossfit bootcamp a try and I died. Haha the days that immediately followed that were hell, the pain!!! I couldn't move, I almost tripped going down the stairs cause my legs had a mind of their own 128557 hahaha people say that the pain and soreness are normal but omg! I'm so not used to it lang talaga. I said that maybe I'd go back again but still haven't hahaha! Oops! The community seems really nice tho, everyone seemed goods with each other and they were all friendly! 128522

If you want to be fitter, stronger, faster and healthier, you would want to try doing CrossFit. It's not just lifting weights, but its also about the community. Doing the workouts and suffering together makes the bond stronger!

We tried this branch's Bootcamp last September. It helped me gain weight 128532 having done this every night made quadrupled my normal appetite. Haha! It did help me with my endurance though which was the real objective of joining. I can now run 10k at record time! (59.57 mins) from my 2.43.54 hours in KOTR hehehe
