Best place to work out and get back into shape especially for people with busy schedules. One workout, or WOD (Workout Of the Day) as it's called, will only last you an hour and 15 mins at the most, and that includes warm up AND cool down. Contrary to popular belief, CrossFit isn't just for really strong people. Anyone and I mean anyone can do it, because all the movements in the WODs are scalable to everyone's capabilities! And there's no need to be embarrassed as to what you can or cannot do because the people there are very supportive and friendly and even they help you out when you need it. Quick high intense workouts that'll get you really tired but at the same time make you keep wanting to go back for more. Great way to get in shape for the summer!
If you don't want to do the heavy lifting, you can also enroll in Bootcamp classes, which are super-cardio workouts. All cardio and no weights, but still guarantee awesome results! CFMNL South has trial classes every Wednesday and Saturday, and give free Bootcamp classes in Filinvest every Sunday morning.
