Their honey cake has been a staple cake for our special occasions at home. You'd think you'd be getting a toothache from all that crushed honeycomb and sweet filling but let me tell you how balanced it tastes like that all you need is a cup of dark coffee or tea. We also love how soft the chiffon is but not too airy and boring. Hope you try it on your next parties this coming holiday season! 9786

Finally, I was able to taste the best Mango Torte I think. Frankly I don't know what a Torte is and how is it different from a cake.

The generous scoops of Mango balls are frozen. But I would prefer to eat mango not frozen, but I like it.

Order in advance

Mango madness! What stops me from giving it a 5127775 was the price. A 12 inch cake costs 1k. So pricey but sooo yummy. I can't get enough. Is is oozing with mangoes. Compared ti Dulcelin their cake has more fresh mangoes while dulcelin has the advantage of being ice cream like in consistency. I think Dulcelin also cost around 1k to 1.2k almost the same price as Cuerva. But the cake is definitely bigger. Well, both are really good. If you want fresher fruits go dir Cuerva if you want it frozen and more sweeter then go for Dulcelin.

Had my favorite mango torte again from Cuerva's Bakeshop. It was heralded once as the 'best dessert' in the metro! If you haven't tried this, you should!

This award winning frozen dessert is made of a crusty meringue base topped with sweet and luscious fresh yellow mango balls, and layered and decorated with fresh cream!

We bought this regular size (11 inches) for P1,000. They also have a bigger size (14 inches) for P1,200. Perfect for parties and potluck dinners! Everyone will love you for it!

Located in Petron Station Edsa corner Dasmarinas Village gate, it is a take away kiosk. No dine in. Order in advance to make sure there are stocks.

This is the mini-version of their ever-famous Mango Torte. Bought their pint-sized version on purpose because I was convinced for some reason that their torte can never be superior to Dulcelin's... True enough, Dulcelin remains to be the king of Mango Tortes. :)

Cuerva's Mango Torte: light and nicely crispy thin meringue crust with bits of chopped nuts (toasted cashew?), a thin layer of whipped cream, golden , sweet, succulent-orange mango balls, and more whipped cream laced at the edges. Simple yet exquisite burst of flavors and textures---the light nutty, crunchy crust, the silky whipped cream, and the sweet-tarty mangos. Its easy to forget the calories and sugar content with this fine pastry. A slice isn't enough. Simply mango-love sweet indulgence.

Look! This is the prettiest Mango Torte! But taste wise, Dulcelin is still the best. 128523

Cuerva's Mango Torte is my favorite dessert to bring when invited for pot-luck dinners. It never fails to wow people.

Who can resist a refreshing chilled/frozen dessert shaped like a pie with a crust made of ground walnuts, layered with fresh cream and topped with sweet and luscious Philppine mangoes, and more mangoes?

No one.

Two sizes: Regular at P1,000 (good for 8 pax) and Large at P1,200 (good for 12 pax).

The small shop is located beside the famous Italian hole-in-the-wall, Va Bene, and my favorite General's Lechon, at the 2nd floor of Petron Station in Edsa corner Pasay Road (just beside the main gate of Dasmariñas Village). The owner of this Petron Station, indeed, has good taste in food!

The most perfect mango torte in my side of the town 128077128077128077

Imagine this: mirangue like crust, imbedded with cashew bits, light cream topped with generous scoops of ripe mangos 127819 sigh. Baking tradition well-preserved in every bite. How I wish I could meet the Cuervas.

They also have other cakes which I'm sure are scrumptious too! At a very affordable price. I think my birthday cake this year will come from this yummy bakeshop 128525

For me, its mango torte is hands down the best dessert in the metro! 128077128077128077

My favorite dessert place when I need to bring something to a potluck dinner. Never fails to turn everyone into a convert. Best eaten frozen.

Located at Petron Station Edsa just outside Das Marinas Village Main Gate.
