So last night, i'm so craving for Greek Food & decided to try Cyma at Eastwood, been always passby this place and always packed on weekend, and this round since not much people, it's a chance to try ha!

So flipping the menu, and I really need to read everything in details because everything are kinda new for me & the name of dish are all in Greek ha! So I need to read all description & to decide what to order, and really just read the description make you hungry & want to order all.. 128518

I tell you, I need to flip 3x back and forth to the front page because all are just so good, can't decide, really, but well, tummy can't wait,

So finally I'm ordered,

🧀 For Appetizer (Hot Mezedes) -
Spinach Artichoke Fondue (melting cheese with sundried tomatoes & feta) come with flat bread & garlic bread
// 128247 1st picture

🍽 Main dish - Moschari (beef) -
Moussaka; Greece's national dish (layered beef & pork with eggplants) come with side dish and I choosed,

Spanakorizo: Greece's spinach rice
// 128247 3rd & Last pictures

🍽 Main dish - Moschari (beef) -
Short Ribs Stifado; Greece's beef stew come with side dish & I choosed,

Yemista: Rice-stuffed greenbell (with pine nuts & potatoes)
// 128247 2nd & 4th Picture

Soooooooo the food comes and....

128561 The portion are huge 128518128518 We don't know it's gonna be so huge & it's only two of us, but it's alright, because..

🔸The flavor of each dish, it's so bursting in my mouth (that kind of sensation) each dish have an unique flavors, the herbs.. the sauces.. the cheese.. all are just blend so well, each dish are so rich,

🔸Portion is huge & we just take out for the remaining, it can be eat for another round of meal haha~ really worth for the price,

So if you passby Cyma, dropby and taste the food, i will try their other food next time, it's just so many options & the portion so huge, perhaps next time i will just order one dish and one appetizer and gonna visit more to try others on the menu,

Worth it & delicious!! Go try guys 128536 OPA!!

Reliably good. Also consistently packed so expect a bit of a wait especially on weekends. The waiters have been there forever, particularly the guy with the mullet so if you ask for his recommendation he will tell you the truth. The food sometimes runs out quickly because of the volume so if you have a favorite order, ask them first if it's available before sitting down.

We all have our favorites but here are ours:
1) mahi-mahi w/ a side of roasted potatoes
2) cyma chopped salad (my brother will order a topping of octopus for additional flavor)
3) souvaki - chicken or beef
4) lamb gyro
5) mussels (the one in a bowl w lemon butter garlic and garlic bread)

I love how they serve a flaming dish. However, they only offer wine bottles. My husband and I preferred just a glass or two for that night and not a bottle to consume. However, the food was great and will be sure to come back anytime soon :)

Catching up with friends is always a good idea especially if your friends love to eat. Since I was to meet friends I met in Eastwood City, we decided to go back to that place and reminisce. Cyma was the restaurant of choice that night just because. It was a little late for dinner so we got ourselves settled right away. We weren't really monster hungry that night since we had some pre-meet-up meet-up elsewhere. We decided to take it slow.

We started the chickahan night with some entertainment c/o the Cyma crew. It was easy - just order their Cyma Original Saganaki! This flaming cheese was served with waiters doing some dancing and shouting OPA while firing up the cheese! You'll get a serving of mozzarella and parmesan with evoo. It was gooey, salty and tasty. So simple yet so good.

Then we also got their much talked about Spinach and Artichoke Fondue served with an assortment of bread. Oh come on, how can you go wrong with cheese? Imagine a serving if melted cheese with feta, sun dried tomatoes, spinach and artichoke! The cheese was so good you'll forget that you have veggies in there too!

Then the Paella - chicken, mussels, shrimps, clams, lamb sausage, tomato base sauce and cheese. It's pre-dominantly sour but has a strong flavor of herbs.

Overall, we loved the food but service is quite slow. It took them forever to serve water and we had to call the attention of 3 different waiters. Gah!

"Opa!" That's what you'll hear when your flaming dish arrived! This means celebration in Greek and indeed, there is really something to celebrate when your at Cyma! Their foods are really sent from heaven! The flavors are rich and the servings are enough to feed a big tummy! For salad, thr watermelon and lamb is the best! Pastisado is also a must try as well as their souvlaki, where you can choose from chicken, lamb, beef, pork or vegetarian! If you're looking for the best value for your money, and you want to impress someone, then this is the place to be!

We loved the souvlaki and the garlic pasta. The hummus was excellent too. The Moussaka is not for everybody but I personally liked the crunchy top and the mushy bottom. I'm sure it's supposed to be like that but I find the food to be on the oily side. Great experience overall.

I really love Cyma, but my last visit was just okay.

Ordered the Roka Salata which is always excellent. A perfect blend of sweetness and tanginess accented by the candied walnuts and the shavings of cheese.

I ordered the lamb souvlaki instead of the grilled lamb chop this time. The ground lamb itself was a bit salty but put some tomato on it and dip it in the tzaziki then it's alright, I just wish there were more of the tzaziki to last the entire meal. Alternately, the dish might be good if you split it and another dish with someone else.

I was also able to taste some of their spanakopita and moussaka. The former was rich in spinach and cheese but the pastry could've been a little less soggy. The later was a balanced dish that was easy to eat despite my dislike of eggplant.

The Eastwood branch is quite small so don't expect to get seated inside if you're eating during peak hours but the service was excellent.

Was craving for Lamb that night only to be served with a part that's almost 3 quarters fat and the rest of the meat a bit tough.

Sent it back to the kitchen then was offered another part of the Lamb, only to get it half-cooked.

Ended up not eating it at all.

Good thing their salad's good.

Sort of sick of this place already because we eat here so often. But that doesn't change how good the food is!

I love both their Chicken and/or Beef Souvlaki, Gyro, and for dessert of course, GREEK YOGURT. Not everyone likes yogurt, more so the very sour Greek Yogurt so don't try it if you're not a yogurt fan. This isn't FroYo; this is the real deal.

Okay so I have to apologize in advance because I'm pretty sure I can't remember what the dishes were called so I'll just be describing them. My bad!

So I usually order the fillet mignon with feta cheese.. Every single time. I love it. This was sd out though when we went with Kal K & his brothers & their wives. Since I had no idea what to order I just let Khalil's brothers take care of it and ate from everyone.

This was like a month and a half ago so I'm not even sure if I'll remember everything we tried.

We had some sort of pasta/risotto type thing with tomato sauce and a bunch of difference seafood. This was so yummy, I could taste lemon as well in the dish and really enjoyed it.

We also had lamb, chicken and beef kebabs (at least I think they were kebabs), I devoured these. The lamb is so good and all the different kinds were so tender and juicy.

We also tried a bunch of clams which were super good.

Basically everything I tried I loved. This was a great lesson for me, I usually only order what I'm comfortable with and have been missing out for so long!

Oppa!128079

My college friend has been inviting the old gang for her birthday dinner for the longest time... We were already a month late for her birthday, but schedules were always conflicting. So, even if only 3 out of 4 awesome gals were available last week, we just decided to push thru with our catch up session and celebration rolled into one!127881127882127880

My friend wanted Cyma, so we all just met there... Obviously, the waitress needed to be patient with 3 noisy, chatty girls who haven't seen each other in ages!128522 pasensya na ate!128523

The birthday celebrant is notorious at not liking salads! So no Roka Salata for us!128561 but I did get to try the Spinach and Artichoke fondue, which was made of spinach, feta cheese and sun dried tomatoes, served with garlic and pita bread... It was surprisingly spicy but very good!128077 hello, it's spinach and cheese! Yumyumyum! I get Popeye's love for spinach now, more than I did when I was a kid... 128170

We each got a different entree, which we did not think about. Somehow, the initial hunger and excitement made us forget about the huge serving sizes of Cyma!128513 I got the steak souvlaki, like a shish kebab... Skewered steak with veggies, with a yogurt sauce and served with a simple salad and pita... 127842127860 Cyma is just great when it comes to anything grilled! Yes, anything! Obviously, I loved my steak souvlaki!100841008410084️ I love how generous they are with the feta cheese, as always... Cheese kung cheese diba?!128516 the veggies were fresh and the steak was perfectly tender and juicy!128079 busog!128077 my friends were also very satisfied with their orders, which I didn't taste anymore! So many leftovers for the next day by the way!128516

Cyma is always a great place for family dining and for any celebration! I've never been let down in any store so far...128513 I hope they will maintain the high quality of food and service for years to come!128516128077128522

The wife and I had dinner in Cyma for the nth time tonight. Had our usual order of roca salata and clam spaghetti and I still enjoyed it. What caught my attention though were the servings. While most restos would have smaller servings of their food nowadays, I was pleasantly surprised that servings in Cyma became bigger. I don't know if it was a mistake on their part but when I double checked, it seemed that they got everything right. Thanks Cyma! See you in the near future.

Went here awhile ago for dinner. And again, it was biglaan and I was late! HAHAHA. Still thankful that my family still loves me even though I've been always late to our dinner-outs these past few days. 128514

We ordered a lot. Kulang pa yung photos sa collage because my phone died kanina! HAHAH. I forgot their orders, but I ordered Moussaka. It's my favorite. 9786128077 I just think the one I used to order at a Greek resto at Tagaytay tastes better. Hehe. I wasn't able to finish it. Their salad and other appetizers made me full already.

I love the warm welcome of staff! AHHH. 10084

Pricey, haha. But of course it wasn't a problem to me because my parents were the one who paid. 128514 lol Can't believe my parents still spoil us at this age... Especially me! HAHAHA. But I swear I will give back on my first, second, third and more and more salary! 128069 #GraduatePromises #WorkingDaughterPromises 128517

ADDITIONAL KWENTO: On the table next to us was Billy Crawford and Colleen Garcia. 128518 Yun oh.
