We were treating one of our officemates to lunch for his birthday. 127874 It's a tradition we do, the birthday celebrant chooses where to eat and everyone in the group will share the bill. 128077🏼

That's how we ended up in Cyma.

127807 ROKA SALATA • Php 595 (sharing)
For our salad, we got Roka Salata which had arugula, romaine, sun-dried tomatoes, candied walnuts, Parmigiano Regianno with a traditional Greek vinaigrette. I liked the candied walnuts the best!

127842 SOUVLAKI • beef Php 550 • lamb Php 580
Skewered meat with grilled tomatoes, peppers and onions with their homemade pita and garlic yogurt. We got the beef and lamb and they warned us that the lamb might be a bit tough. For me, both were quite good and it wasn't super tough. I liked the beef more than the lamb though.

127837 SOLOMOS • Php 820 (sharing)
Pasta in Greek is called Makaronia! Cute. 128514 We ordered 2 of this angel hair pasta with salmon, tomatoes, lime, feta, Parmigiano Regianno and a basil cream sauce. The basil cream sauce is actually a tomato cream sauce which I also really like. The angel hair pasta was alright since it wasn't mushy but it wasn't that perfect al dente either.

127814 MOUSSAKA • Php 450
A meal in a Greek restaurant isn't complete without Moussaka! It's Greece's national dish which is composed of layers of ground pork and beef, roasted eggplants and Greek béchamel sauce. It's like lasagna without the pasta? 128514 We got 2 orders of this with some roasted potatoes as the side. They have tons of other sides available. 128077🏼 I really like moussaka and the first one that arrived was served piping hot, the second however wasn't as hot 128549 The eggplants were cool, the ground meat was lukewarm. 128533 Weird.

For those who are into spicy food, or want a kick in their food, they have a really good chili oil! Just ask the servers for one. It went well with the Roka Salata and the Solomos. 128077🏼

Service was quite good, they were attentive and they kept refilling our glasses with water. They also gave us a feedback form after which you finish filling it up, they'll give you a "Treats Card" which is their Christmas promo card. The concept is 12 days of Christmas wherein each visit, you get something free for a minimum bill of Php 1,500. The waiter also told us that the card was transferrable so you can lend it to anyone and they can collect the treat. 128077🏼

I've been craving for Roka Salata and Garides Mi Feta for quite some time now and it was only yesterday that I got to get my craving 128513

We had then Hummus, Roka Salata and Garides Mi Feta 10084️The total bill cost around 1700+ (including service charge and a bottomless iced tea). Do note that we had the Roka Salata sharing size so that made it a bit pricier.

The hummus had some sun-dried tomatoes in it, which made it tastier! But it didn't wow me too much.

The Roka Salata is a crowd favorite, I saw a number of tables order this salad too! I don't know how to describe the taste but I just really love it 128517

The Garides Mi Feta is my favorite or go-to order in Cyma. The prawns are big and the Feta cheese goes well with the tomato-based pasta!

The food in Cyma doesn't disappoint! It's pricey, for sure, but their solo orders can be good for sharing 128513

Will definitely keep going back here again 10084️

They also have a new loyalty card! If you get to spend 1000 and above per visit, you get free stuff! I took a photo of the loyalty card for you to check out 9786️

I think a trip to greenbelt always calls for Cyma 128522 after doing some errands in gb4, my sister, hubby and I headed to Cyma for dinner. So excited cos this is really one of our faves! Got the Roka salad to share, angel hair solomos pasta (solo), chicken souvlaki, a side of moussaka and cheese saganaki.
Food all came out within 10 minutes and of course the flaming cheese was presented flamboyantly! 128293
The salad had generous servings of cheese and the veggies were nice and crisp. The solomos pasta was yummy as usual with big chunks of salmon and feta. Didn't try the moussaka but it was good daw and the saganaki was a good start to our meal.
Service was good and the ambience is more casual than before.
Azar Lang ung isang table suuuuper ingay nung 4 Na babae as in 128563 I mean i understand you guys are having a good time pero konting control dba? Evil stare from me 128518
Really hope they'd open in the south again! Plssssss!

I was here last year and loved it. Now I had dinner in this restaurant with two of my friends last week. I have been craving for Greek food after spending a week holiday there last year. Unfortunately, I got disappointed. It was not as good as I would have hoped it to be. First of all our server seems confused even though there are not many costumers. He manages to give us first wrong drinks and later on also wrong food. Our Mezedes sampler felt bland and boring. The same with or main courses. Nothing special and especially not for the prize we are paying. We will not go back here. This place is not the same as I remembered it. Is the Chef really the same?

The food changed. I remember Cyma years ago when they served big meals and worth of the price. The servers are nice and okay but the place and ambiance changed so much. I ate in other branches also since I'm into greek foods, and the Cyma before is really different with Cyma now. But I still love this place anyway, this made me love the greek salad and pitas. I started liking greek foods cause of this resto. The place is neat and tidy, service is cool.

Dinner last night with my girlfriends and shout out to the nice waiters and kitchen who waited for us even after the last call. We really wanted to dine at Cyma earlier but we had a two-hour delayed flight to Manila. They were so nice!!! So we had:

Roka Salata (P595 for share). Really good and generous serving of Parmigiano, walnuts and the Greek Vinaigrette is really good 128076🏼 Chicken Gyro with Fries (P330) really good the fries were crunchy but a bit salty. Watercress Pasta (P300) al dente, and the goat cheese is superb 128076🏼 will try to imitate this at home hehe. And lastly 3 Mezedes Tis Oras (P695) with scallops, shrimps, and baby octopus. Soooo good!!! Excellent food and service 11088️11088️11088️11088️11088️

Been going to Cyma since 2007 or 2008 so I can really say it's one of my favorite restaurants! Super crayola ako when the ATC branch closed!
My friend and I met in greenbelt and decided to have dinner at Cyma since we both miss it so much 128522
Their menu has changed and more dishes have been added but we still stick to our faves - pork souvlaki, chicken souvlaki, Roka salad and angel hair solomos pasta.
So so good talaga! They changed their pita too but I didn't eat much of it.
Less one star cos the souvlaki chunks became a little smaller but still delish nevertheless 128077🏼

My boss and I were supposed to try Maisen the other week but it was full and we didn't want to sit outside, so we decided to just move to Cyma.

She asked me if I wanted to share an order of Roka Salata. Well, of course I'd love too! 128523 I suggested we order porkchops and just split it since portion was too big. She gladly agreed. Serving time for the chops took about 30 minutes. We were almost finished with our salad when it arrived. It was still yum but overcooked. Would've preferred it grilled medium. 128521

I won't mind having a salad everyday if it's as good as Cyma's Roma Salata. 10084️ My parents and I wiped out the whole plate in no time. I wish we can add more candied walnuts! 128523

We also had two orders of Grilled Porkchops with crispy fries and mashed potato. It was obviously better than what they served us when we ate here on Mother's Day. These thick-cut beauties were perfectly grilled, and the meat remained tender and oozing with juicy flavor. 128076🏼

Dedicating my 300th post to my future sister-in-law Mitzie L happy happy birthday!!! 127882127881127880 Went to Cyma around 8pm and the place is not as crowded as it used to.

Had their Roka Salata salad which is an all time favorite and a staple order every time we visit Cyma veggies are really fresh and with the generous amount of cheese and walnuts everything is just paired well with one another soooo good. Family sharing cost P800. Got to try their greek roasted lamb leg and I am wowed with my first bite. It is really tender and not malansa plus the juiciness is just perfect you can really taste the lamb and not seasonings. A bit pricey for P4,600 for the leg but it is so worth it.

Service is also superb since the one who is attending to us is the manager himself so good job for that and service is quick and smooth. 128522128074🏻

Mother's Day lunch with the whole family! 128513 We chose Cyma because when my mom was asking for suggestions, I cannot think of any new restos to try in Greenbelt, plus it's been a while since the last time we ate here.

My sister ordered the Saganaki (Flaming Cheese) for starters. She liked it so I just gave her my share. My parents found it so-so. I wanted the porkchops but I know I won't be able to finish it so I offered the other piece to my sister. Two thick, juicy slabs of pork grilled medium well... so yum! I noticed though that mine was not as tender as my sister's. She had it with Crispy Fries while I paired mine with Roka Salata. Ahh still my fave salad! Parents loved it too. 10084️ Mom ordered Short Ribs Stifado (Greek Beef Stew) with cauliflower rice and an extra order of garlic noodles. Beef had more "litid" than meat and the cauliflower rice was undercooked. My dad obviously didn't like it. 128533

They seem to be panicking already to serve all the orders right away so they weren't able to check the quality of food coming out of the kitchen. Saw a customer return her plate of porkchops because it wasn't cooked properly. 128566

They handed a P500 GC to my mom before we left as a Mother's Day gift. 128556

Cyma continues to be one of my favourite restaurants. The staff are always friendly, polite, and quick on their feet. I've been going there regularly since they opened and I love that some of the waiters remember me and my preferences.

I always order the roka salata when I go to Cyma and it has never been a disappointment. The lettuce is always fresh and crisp. The salad dressing always tastes the same and they put just the right amount to coat the salad ingredients (I hate it when other restaurants put too much dressing that the lettuce are drowning in them). Overall, the roka salata is a simple salad but flavourful enough that I never feel like I'm on a diet or that I'm missing out on a delicious meal.

Food is superb here. Well, it's of good quality is what I mean. Kirby G was craving for a salad and the salads here I could eat without throwing it up. It's fresh and unique and not as sinful.

Pasta with Greek clams was my choice and here comes Kirbs suggesting pork chops. Duuuuuude, yea! The answer is yes, he chose the cauliflower rice as a side dish. If I were to choose meat, pork chop would not come to mind but these were thick slabs, tender, juicy and flavorful. I enjoyed the cauliflower rice the most! It was crunchy and packed with taste - a garlicky one and one that I did not mind. Next time I'm considering this with a salad! 128525128525128525128525 Before I forget, the pasta was excellent, too. It did not have this swimming in oil taste.

I may have discovered Cyma quite late, but stoked that it still serves quality dishes. 128522

That Greek Clams pasta was so good! Filled with many clams, I still can't believe how tasty this simple dish is. You can taste the clam in every bite. Their other dishes are good too but I always come back for this. 128523
