if you crave for crabs and other seafoods the best place to be is in dampa sa libis. Food is superb and the place is big and clean.

Occasionally, we all suffer from a sudden food binge attack. My last one involved a platter of black tiger prawn tempura! 127844127844127844

I pass by this place a couple of times alreafy. But the one in Pasay is really the nearest to our abode.

My first time here last Sunday with my family. I think they overestimate how much food we could consume. We were all six at puro babae pa! We ended up busog na kahit andami pang natira. 128514 waaahhh...puro takaw mata! Lahat nka Soda or Buko juice pa so busog to the max talaga! Thanks so much to you Sophia Haydee Anne A 128536

There were Tempura, Buttered Prawns, Baked Tahong, Sinigang na Tuna, Inihaw na Liempo, at Stuffed Pusit! Some of the dishes were served late na. Parang busog na kami at naumay na. It was a Sunday Lunch kasi and so ang daming tao. Orders were expected to arrive after a while kasi cook to order ang style but since the airconditioned area was jampacked unlike in Dampa sa Macapagal where they have different restos to serve, here isa lang in general and yung sa outside area yung walang a/c. Yay, ang init eh sobra...you wouldn't enjoy eating outside na mainit ang panahon!

I love seafood but it really depends on how it's gonna be cooked. We ordered crabs, oysters, shrimp (sugpo) and mussels and they were cooked with either butter or baked with cheese, and fried as tempura and as a sinigang soup. They all taste good though I won't give it my 100% because the one in Seaside Macapagal are far more delish than in here. But if you truly are craving for seafood "paluto" and your too far away from Pasay then this can be a good place to satisfy your taste buds.

If one needs a seafood fix this is the place to be. Ordered the scallops, lapu-lapu, buttered chicken and broccoli. Service immensely needs improvement especially in the Blue Marlin room. Had to ask for water, glass and tissue. Countless follow ups were needed just to ask our two missing orders. The secret in having a delectable meal is knowing your tastebuds request for the dishes. Example: yours truly loves scallops but if cooked butter garlic style it is pure nirvana! We had our Lapu-Lapu steamed Chinese style coupled with its yummy sauce. Overall the place is spacious and don't expect a lush ambiance. We were lucky to have gotten huge portions of scallops.128076🏻

I like the fact that you have a lot of variety of dish to choose from. I'm not a big fan of fish..but i ate alot that day. My mom and uncle went there first and choose some fish, and what dish to cook and then told the staff that they'll come bck at around 7:30 with the whole family. I think thats a good idea specially if you'll be bringing children since kids dont like waiting. So when we got there we didnt have to wait for them to cook it,they just serve it to us. I was surprised to know that there's a fee in cooking the dish, i thought it was included once you choose the fish. But over all it was good. :)

Usually every Valentine's Day, boyfie and I would love to spend our Vday in Buffet. Our staple would be Spiral (because Spiral, is Spiral) or Heat because it's closer to our location. 128517 But then again, this time, I craved for Buttered Shrimp. The ones we had in Boracay back then. Boyfie wouldn't believe either that I am willing to choose that one over the buffets. Without further ado, we choose Dampa sa Libis since it's close to our location and we don't want to get stuck in Weekend Payday/Valentines Day traffic. 128534

• THE PLACE
- The place can cater 700-800 pax. Nothing really fancy on this. They have an airconditioned room or you might prefer to stay outside for bigger space. We went there around 11 am and in less than an hour, the airconditioned room is packed! 128552

• THE SERVICE
- No formal service since what you need to do is go to the wet market where you will weigh your desired seafoods + the service you will pay for the cooking. The cooking time of our foods was fast. 128522

• THE FOOD AND PRICE
We had the following seafoods: 1/4 Tiger Prawn for Tempura, 1/4 Tiger Prawn for Sinigang, 1 Huge Crab for Szechuan, 1/2 of Suahe for Buttered Shrimp, 1/2 Baked Tahong, Garlic Rice, Fresh Buko and Leche flan all for less than 2000 pesos. (Paluto + Seafoods price combined)

128525 Buttered Shrimp - We went gaga on this one. They didn't skimp on butter sauce plus the fresh suahe that we bought. Urgh!! This is one order that you shouldn't miss on Dampa!

128525 Szechuan Crab - This a battle between the Buttered Shrimp for our number 1 spot. Both were equally good! The huge fat crab with lots of aligue plus the schechuan sauce. It's not too spicy that we really enjoyed!

128522 Baked Tahong- Mussels topped with garlic and lots of melted cheese all for me! Since boyfie is not even a fan! Mwahah! A bit disappointed because there's no hint of butter on their version, but nevertheless, it's still good!

128556 Tempura - This is okay. Don't expect the high level tempura style though. The batter was too thick for my liking. I can pass on this the next time.

128524 Sinigang na Sugpo- It may not be too sour just like what we want it to be, but hey, you can't go wrong with sinigang na sugpo!

128525 Leche Flan - I've read somewhere that you MUST try their leche flan. As in a MUST! Quite curious because it seems ordinary to me. A 1 whole lanera costs 110 pesos, and boy, it's the greatest leche flan I ever tried! It really melts in your mouth!!!!

• VERDICT
- This place is surely gives justice to your money. The food we ordered is good for 4-6. Hahah. But we had tons of takehome after. I just can't wait for pur next food trip here!!

We had our dinner here today 128522
The placed was packed and at the market, there wasn't a lot of seafoods to choose from.

We had: calamari, sizzling chili squid and fish sinigang sa miso.

Taste was okay, nothing special.
Service was kinda slow tonight.
Overall experience was so-so

Last hoorah dinner with my balikbayan titas before they go back to LA. Of course, what better way to binge than with seafood.

You get your money's worth when your a lot. For 4k, 10 people were really stuffed and we had two plastic bags of extra food. Wild. Loved their:
✔️ tempura
✔️ fresh talaba 128077
✔️ pork liempo
✔️ grilled squid
✔️ chop seuy (although I felt the betchin)
✔️ sinigang na tanguige
✔️ scallops 128077128077

All in all it was good. Food was good and fresh. Ample parking and ample space to dine (whether in aircon or alfresco).

Warning: be ready to have seafood smell on your clothes. Sticks to the clothes talaga 128561

Here, before you dine in, you will buy raw seafood from their market and let them cook just the way you like it. We are so sure of the freshness of what we're going to eat!
This place is good for families or large group since everything you buy is by kilo.
Their version of camaron, steamed fish and calamares are quite good.
Sad to say, the menus are limited and there's no other choices available unlike their Dampa along Macapagal wherein you can choose from their wide selection of seafood.

Selections were not fresh. But I was terribly in need of feeding my lobster cravings so I went here. And to my disappointment, there were no lobsters 128532 Imagine the pain in my heart.

After picking out your choice of seafood, you go line up in the very long line of the cashier with a very non-accommodating and lazy-ass staff behind the counter. The price of the seafood you picked will be based on how you want it to be cooked.

After ordering 1 kg of shrimp (SHRIMP ha, NOT prawns), 1 pc of crab, and 1 pc of hito for the beau, we payed 2,000++. That didn't even include the rice. I got bloated, yes but I didn't enjoy it. Sobrang gutom lang.

Had a family dinner. Not much choices of fresh seafood. They ran out of mussels already. Nevertheless, the food were great. The buttered shrimps were okay, it wasn't tasty enough unlike how they cook it in MOA seaside. Liempo was a hit. Sinigang sa miso was sour and yummy. We were seated in the covered area which had air conditioning but there were still a lot of mosquitos.

Service sucks since it took an hour to prepare simple grilled foods while all the others who arrived got to enjoy their meals ahead of us. To the management of Dampa Libis you lost us, hopefully you improve your service before you lose more customers.

200th review baby! 127775127867💯💯

Really reserved dampa for my big 200th review. How can you go wrong with seafood, seafood, and more seafood. And did I mention seafood?

When we want to binge (and binge we did), this is where we go. And I know a lot of people would say "Jp, the one in Macapagal is better". Yeah, I tried it too and it's good. But I'm from Rizal yo! Nasisira experience sa traffic. And if your busog and riding through Edsa traffic, gusto mo na lang mag-hibernate.

So dampa sa Libis is the perfect mix of "bababoy ako leche" and "steady hits sa lapit sa house".

This was the last team lunch before the Christmas break and team lunch nga... TEAM-BA TEAM-BA Ang kinain namin 128514128514128514

Thanks boss for the awesome lunch 128077

Well I'm an avid fan of Dampa sa Libis. During the past years this us our favorite food trip destination but when I started my food adventures we stopped going here and because the fad stop and their prices become overpriced.

So just this Saturday Dec 24, after we went to Eastwood, our last stop was Dampa sa Libis, want some seafoods for our noche buena.

Compare before the parking was almost full, wala kang maupuan, haba ng pila sa paluto but now pwede ka pang magtatakbo sa luwag!

First I bought seafoods at their market which I find neat, bought barbecue, male crabs, suahe shrimps , and squids .

Then after that proceed to cashier then I just paid 2,000 plus for all of it and it was so cheap compare the past years that we went here. We paid around 3-5 k but we have a lot of orders naman that time but still I find it cheap pa rin tlga and was so happy.

Then our seafoods was brought to Cely's then we seated on the near table to wait for our take out orders.

They still have a tiangge stalls there and wifi but I wasn't able to use it coz naka 3G naman ako .

I love their buttered garlic crabs and shrimps and calamares!

I love seafoods128077127877127876127860
