Honestly, I would not have come to this branch if the Greenbelt 5 branch weren't undergoing renovations. The staff from GB5 joined the G2 branch, but seem to have left their skills at the old branch. Dashing Diva is more expensive than most nail spas, but I did not mind (at least before with the GB5 branch) because you really get good service. These last two visits to this branch has left me very much unsatisfied in everything save for their politeness. I think it's time to find a new nail spa. :-(

You certainly will feel like a Diva here.

First off, the nail techs are friendly and they give out smiles readily. Then they ask for your preferred service and give recommendations. You will then be asked to proceed to the high platformed seats. Indeed, a diva! Hahaha!

I was finally able to use the gift certificate given by my former boss for a mani-pedi package. Apparently, it included a footspa! Yey!

The nail tech (Ate Lhot) assured me the items they used for the footspa were disposable and used only once. Nice! She soaked my feet in warm water and went on from there. Another nail tech (Ate Malou) handled my hands.

Likes: I like their nail techs. Very gentle on the nails and even explained what they were doing and applying on my hands and feet. Asked me for my preferences on whether I wanted my nails cut or filed, squared or not, etc. Plus, they were lavish in compliments and gave recommendations on nail care. They were also gently doing sales talk, selling the oil they used to soften the skin. In fairness, it did soften my hands for more than 24 hours. Haha!

Disappointing: Application of nail polish was not as polished nor clean upon closer inspection. Plus, I was used to having a base coat applied first before the actual color then a top coat.

Anyhow, it wasn't bad and they did ask me to come back and try their other services. We'll have to see.
