I am not a fan of shabu-shabu (anything cooked in that broth tastes the same - bland!) but I just might change my mind. David's has an option for you to have two kinds of broth - the regular broth and sate (combination of spicy and peanut flavor). It's a foolproof way to ensure that you will at least enjoy one kind of broth. The trick to ensure the best taste of each ingredient is the cooking time. Fish balls must be left in the boiling soup for a longer period to allow them to soften. Beef and other veggies must be eaten immediately to retain their flavors. Enjoy!

Tasteful Chinese decor, value for money, quick service. Definitely must return, but the main reason you should try this place is the food.

Dimsum Platter - baby-fist size, authentic taste, tender and not soggy
Hototay Soup - huge serving enough for 10 people, has lots of seafood and veggies, light and tasty
Spareribs w/ Pork Sauce - very tender, not too sweet or salty, really yummy
Pineapple Fried Rice - not greasy and very filling
Mango Shake - really smooth and just the right sweetness
Almond Jelly - sweet and refreshing

The ff tasted OK but left much to be desired:
Crispy Chicken - soggy and had a bit too many spices
Sweet & Sour Lapu-lapu - had some aquarium-like after taste
