Before the wedding we took a stop for Chinese. David’s serves decent food but not up there. He best one they serve- Hakao. The place can also use some re decorating.

Food was fine, as one could expect from any David's tea house. Ordered the following, all satisfactory but nothing to write home about:
1. Crispy Noodles with Mixed Meat
2. Lemon Chicken
3. Eggplant with Minced Meat - Rice Toppings
4. Shrimp Siomai
5. Beancurd Skin Roll
6. Almond Jelly Drink

The only thing keeping this review from being 4 stars is the ambiance. The restaurant is old and it feels and smells old. Chairs and table are tired, stained and in dire need of a reupholstering, or better yet, replacement. The place smells strongly of some type of cleaner, as if to mask its real smell. I hope they renovate soon.

The only dish that we love here is their sweet and sour pork. Other dishes were kind of salty. But they do have good service.

I'm a big fan of their soy milk. In fact, I went there despite the traffic and rain for a cold glass of milk.

I brought my step cousin with me and just ordered random dimsums, siopao and machang. The food was good, service was great, the place was welcoming and the view - it was breathtaking!

When we got the bill we were amazed that it rounded off to P350! We were stuffed and satisfied to our heart's content. What more could you ask for?

Definitely worth another trip.
