If you’re looking for a great place to catch up with friends, head over to Chimes Square at Congressional Avenue Extension. On the second floor, you will find a small dessert parlor that offers delicately hand-crafted homemade desserts.

Though small, Délice Patisserie is clean, well-ventilated and has a beautiful interior. They also have glass windows with a view of Congressional Avenue Extension. It truly has the perfect environment making sure you’ll enjoy your coffee and sweets.

It’s also an ideal place for people who need to do a little work done. You can set up your laptop on any of the tables. They have round wooden tables inside as well as a bar-type one near the windows.

Besides that, Délice Patisserie is also perfect for catching up with friends. Since we can get a little noisy, we opted for their outdoor seating which wasn’t bad at all. It’s clean and has an ample space.

Now onto their selection of sweet treats. Délice Patisserie’s offerings are made from scratch using only the finest, natural ingredients. They have traditional French Macaroons, sansrival, silvanas, novelty cupcakes and cakes.

We able to try the following: Maltesers, Oreos & Cream, Ferrero Nutella, Nestle Crunch, and New York Cheesecake.

Everything tastes good but the New York Cheesecake stood out for us. It’s rich, creamy and delicious. Definitely the perfect dessert to cap off the night. But you’ll also need some drinks to go with those lovely desserts.

Délice Patisserie offers coffee and milkshakes but we opted for a warm cup of their Green Tea and Hot Chocolate. Ready to catch up and enjoy some sweet treats? Délice Patisserie is a good place.

I was craving for a pastrami then. But too bad the menu i had was outdated. I asked if they sell sandwiches before, the server said yes. Confirmed. No sandwiches. 128553
So I revisited after having a dine in at chunky sam's.

Chocolate cupcake that has absolutely not sweet. The taste is like having no taste at all 128517 but the focus is on the Nutella fudge in the cupcake extending to the top of it. And there the ferrero chocolate (halved) sitting on the nutella. A good creation. There's also twix, maltesers and other good flavors of the cupcake.

Tastes ordinary, more on the milky side rather on the dark side.

The place has a good wifi connection i was able to watch an episode of once upon a time thru phone. There's no CR so you have to go outside pa. It's a good hangout place since not much people go here. 128521

I liked the ferrero one the most! It was delicious and moist 128077 the red velvet was ok and so was the Tiramisu one but the ferrero one is the winner for me 128513

The price is reasonable and the cupcakes size is just right 128522

Honestly can't tell the difference between one cupcake place and another. There are standouts like the flourless chocolate one from Cupcakes by Sonja and the Chili Chocolate from Gigi's. (Shameless name drop. Sorry, not sorry.)

Red Velvet. Tiramisu. Ferrero Rocher.

Tasted exactly as advertised Everything was good but nothing stood out as mind-blowing. They all must be following the same recipe.

ordered a raspberry milkshake. it tasted good but it was weird that there wasn't much crushed ice, instead it was really just cold liquid. i'll visit again at an earlier time, maybe they just ran out of ice since it was late already... the cupcakes looked interesting, mostly flavors based on famous chocolate brands...

This is a tiny cafe in the newly built Chimes Square along Congressional Ext. They serve pastries like cupcakes and macarons as well as a steak or sausage platter. They also serve milkshakes and some foreign beer (the randomness also confused me a bit).

I ordered the peaches and cream waffle and peach tea. They have Dilmah as their tea brand and they served it in an all Dilmah branded tea pot and cups. The waffles were huge and it was just ₱150. It's shareable. Wish there were more peaches though!

Late post...

My friend and I wanted to explore the newly opened Chimes complex, just outside of their subdivision... There were stores that seemed interesting for us and we were already planning to visit those restaurants soon...128077

For our visit, we went to Delice for dessert... It's such a nice place, with dark woods that helped the cupcakes pop... Their earthy, brown palate was carried over to the cupcakes... But that doesn't mean that the cupcakes were boring, quite the opposite actually... They looked very adult, elegant and classy... My friend got the Tiramisu and the banana milk chocolate cupcakes, which I think were good choices... I liked the banana variant in particular... But she likes super sweet, diabetes inducing kind of cupcakes, so she just thought they were okay... I, on the other hand, tried the Twix... It was waaaaay too sweet for me and just right for my friend... Haha!128540 I think it was just a matter of wrong choices for this visit... Each cupcake is about P50...

They also serve coffee and liquor, with some delicious sounding steaks and entrees... They seem pricey and I don't know if it's worth it... But it looks interesting...128522
