It does surprise me sometimes to find what I'm willing to do for food, I mean for a friend. When my friend, Richie, invited me to visit his resto few months ago, I couldn't say no. Straight from the office, I went to Cubao to sample some of the dishes of Dennis The Grill Boy.
Dennis The Grill Boy is a fast food chain. The food here are cheap without compromising the quality. And when i say quality, I mean they are delicious, from the barbecue, kare-kare bagnet (yes there is such a thing and it was amazing), to their different selection of sisig.
Did I ever tell you I love sisig? No? Well I do, it's one of my all-time favorite Filipino dishes. And I'm happy to inform you that you can find one of the best at Dennis The Grill Boy. I am specifically taken by the pork crunchy sisig. It is flavorful that I think I almost finished the entire plate for myself. Normally, I like my sisig moist and spicy but this one is an exception.
Try their crispy pork mango salad too. The mango balances the salty flavor of the pork, it was really awesome.
The food here, as I mentioned earlier is quite affordable, doesn't go beyond 200 pesos. So if you are on a budget but you still want to have great tasting food then Dennis The Grill Boy is your best bet.
Glad I made the long trip from Makati. The food was definitely worth it.

Not gonna be biased because I know the owner but I seriously love this place. 🏻
Their sisig is the bomb, crispy pork with green mango and tomatoes is really good and my personal favorites -- their pancit canton and grilled tuna belly. I am yet to try their chicken dishes and other meals.
Price is affordable (and I mean really budget-friendly)🏻 and UNLI RICE pa!! #kaninpamore
Service is commendable as well.
Would I go back? Definitely. Already planning my next visit coz the pancit canton is haunting me.

New resto on the 2nd floor of Spark place by Richie Z. Tried this because of the affordable meals being offered here! Tried their Sisig meal with java rice for only 99php! I really love sisig and have traveled to Angeles just for sisig, and their's didn't disappoint. Chunks of meat with crispy bits (pork rind pehaps) are well blended together to form this awesome goodness! For every order of a rice meal gets you unlimited rice, plus you get a glass of iced tea for free (limited time offer) with every meal (and complimentary soup). I added sunny side up egg for the whole sisig experience. Will be back to try their other offerings like the grilled liempo meal. :) service is great too!
