Our perennial office Christmas party venue. To be fair they do take care of their existing corporate partnerships and you do know what you'll be getting into.

Went here last month coz I'm curious about their hotel, I've been to many hotels in the metro and haven't tried this so finally I did. It is located along ADB avenue in Ortigas. Parking was at the back of the building and it sucks. It's really hard to park , ang kitid.

The hotel is quite old. The lobby was nice but we hate that parking. They have giant Christmas tree and carousel where you can buy Christmas breads and goodies. They offer buy one take one on selected items and got these delicious blueberry cheesecake for a very affordable price.

Cheesecake here is really good and I hope they can renovate the parking

Had lunch here...don't know what to make of this hunk of pork on a bed of spaghetti. Very strange. The staff was accommodating, though and responded promptly to our request of Mang Tomas sauce, which helped a lot in the flavor department.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite. The rooms were clean, no dusty tables, clean towels and robes, complete set of toiletries, and good air conditioning. You get to see Ortigas CBD however the windows definitely need some cleaning. The breakfast buffet in Restaurant 5 has limited food selections. Staffs were courteous and accommodating. Checking out was fast as they checked the room immediately.

Too bad the hotel was overbooked so my aunt and uncle had to move to BSA Twin Towers... The staff looked tired actually... What we hated was the cockroach in the bathroom! Yikes!128701128298128296128297

Just visited my aunt and uncle who were visiting from Florida.

I used to work in this building but I've never been to the hotel part. Nothing impressive but I liked the staff. A little weird though because I went in and they inspected my bag but the second time around hindi na because I was with my aunt and uncle. So I just felt a little discriminated against. I know I shouldn't think that way but napansin ko lang 128516

Never got to try the facilities since we just talked in their room. They have a microwave, ref, and coffeemaker so that was a 128077

If I were rich I'd probably stay here once a month just to be pampered 128522

Discovery Suites' newly renovated One-Bedroom Serendipity Suite is fully furnished with a spacious receiving area with a comfortable couch, flat-screen TV and a component for your viewing and listening pleasure.

It has a nice fully equipped modern kitchen (tempting me to cook for the hubby) with a 4-seater dining table as well.

This suite also boasts of an elegantly appointed room with a king-size bed, work desk, cable television, in-room safe and a spacious cabinet with iron and ironing board. What more can one ask for?

The bathroom may be simple but has a separate shower stall (a must for me), tub and complete toiletries.

Discovery Suites is more than a hotel. It has the convenience of a hotel and the familiar comfort that your home provides with a high level of service.

Staying at Discovery Suites gives you so much benefits. It provides privacy and space when you are with family or friends, you can utilize the room’s kitchen to cook your own food (which can also actually help in lessening expenses) and the friendly atmosphere that the staff never fails to give out more than makes up for any busy or stressful day.

Stayed in a one bedroom suite with our friends. We had a christmas party and we played games and drank all night. I love the place since it is clean and has a small kitchen with all the things you need to hold a small party.

Hmmm... Not bad but not fabulous either... Room is clean. Bed is ok. Breakfast is ok but not so many choices. Pool is small. Staff are accommodating. You can still stay for a night or two. Just don't expect too much.

Love, love, love! This is one of my favorite places. We go here for late night coffee sessions. This is at the 22nd floor. It's perfect for family quality time or chill out time with friends!

Coffee - Just fine. But c'mon, the place, it's what you should go after. It's the perfect fancy escape from all the stress and worries.

Place - Unbeatable. It's a big lobby with:
*billiards - for free
*piano - damn this grand piano. I play it everytime we go there. It sounds so good people would think you're a pro. ;)
*function room I guess
*buffet corner
*couch - where you could have catnaps
Well, lights are dimmed but it's not a problem because it adds to the precious nocturnal feels.

Ultimate stress reliever, peaceful silence, never crowded that you could own the lovely place, extra fast wifi, and staffs wouldn't mind you feeling so at home.

If you're stressed out, just please, go here. You need this. :)

This hotel is a so so. I didnt like thier pool. they're all so dirty even my niece got sick. we even brought her to the hospital and the doctor said she got the bacteria from the jacuzzi (right beside the pool) so bleugh 128534 Some of their rooms there hac broken stuff (which btw turned me off) and some of the sheets aren't that clean. Alarm clock's broken and the ipod speakers are also broken. some of the floorings were also broken and danggg. everything was a disaster. they have good food though. 128523 This hotel is somehow overpriced because the facilities are not that nice.

U can feel the pagkasosyal when u enter its lobby. Looks really nice with the water wall and all. The room we had is like a condo- studio type kind of room which was well furnished, but personally not my style.

The food at the event area was delish! We had a buffet. Notable items were the vegetable cream pasta, risotto and the pistachio chocolate desert. :)

Had a room reserved here to avail of their Kiddie Halloween Party promo (last October '12), but was very disappointed because they overbooked the Halloween event and hotel guests were not even given priority over walk-ins (even when we reserved more than a week prior). I arrived right on time but my daughter and her cousins didn't get their Halloween loot bags because they ran out. (They refunded us for the loot bags but it did not at all make up for disappointed look I got from the kids). Food also ran out pretty quick and my entire bunch had to make do with left over stuff which were almost inedible. Not at all the kind of food you'd expect from a hotel event. The function hall they used was also very cramped for the number of guests they accommodated.

The room was its saving grace. It was at least decent for the rate we got it for, with twin beds, a 2 seater couch, another 1-seater and a decent bathroom with tub and shower enclosure.

Breakfast buffet was ok. Selection was minimal vs other hotel buffets I've tried.

The car park was also a turn off. Very narrow paths and parking slots.

Wouldn't go back unless it's for a complimentary stay.
