Our last stop in taal was the Don Juan boodle house. Almost adjacent to the church, it is near the palengke where you can buy tablea, tapa, balisongs etc.
It's a boodle house because they offer different kinds of boodle (meat, seafood, mixed, etc) that can feed around 8-12 people. But we were still so stuffed from our breakfast at balay so we just tried their specialty which is the bbq. Also tried their dynamite fingers and pancit (not in picture).
The BBQ was really good! They claim to have the best bbq in taal and I concur! The dynamite fingers were too spicy for me but hubby and my sister enjoyed it.
Service was ok, we went at a really odd time around 4PM so weren't really a lot of diners. Malangaw though maybe because it's near the market.
You can also buy their home made tapa and other products inside the resto

Good ol' grilled food (meat and seafood) in different boodle sets for the whole family or barkada. After dining, you can visit the Taal Basilica, stroll in the park or explore more Batangenyo delicacies in the public market! Good place right in the heart of the heritage town of Taal!

We ordered the Inihaw Boodle which consists of Inihaw na liempo, tilapia, chicken and pork bbq, tahong, seafood in season (Pusit), inihaw na talong and 7 cups of java rice.
The seafood were fresh. The food was tasty and the price was reasonable. Staff were extra friendly and attentive of our needs.
I highly recommend this resto.
