My room accommodation at Java Hotel has a complimentary breakfast at Eagle's Nest Restaurant. The design of the restaurant is same with the hotel, which is Balinese-Moroccan inspired. There's filipino and american breakfast to choose from with free coffee or pineapple juice.

I had fried daing na bangus with garlic rice, sunny-side up egg and brewed coffee served with atchara. Ordered freshly squeezed orange juice and its delicious for P180/glass, good price already.

I chose a table in an open space dining area to feel the warm sunlight and maview na rin ang other part ng hotel.
The food is good but nothing is special in it but the service is excellent, warm smiles and accommodating.

I had a glimpse of this restaurant during night and it looks cozy, dark area with sparkling lights, many diners too so I believe there's something to it. I almost get in but decided not to coz I don't drink alcohol and I am really full, maybe next time.

I ate with my family (we were 16!) here. My table of 10 ordered grilled tuna belly, grilled squid, sizzling sisig, sizzling mushrooms, broccoli, and Chef's salad. I highly recommend the tuna and squid - very fresh and cooked to perfection! The sizzling stuff tasted more like margarine than anything else, and the salad, according to my cousin, was just bad.

Clean bathrooms and suuuper good service though! So yay!

Nice place for a night cap before catching some zzzs in your hotel room. They serve sub-zero beer, the food is great. The bihon-dinuguan is a must-try!
