Probably the best champorado I've tasted 128077🏼 No doubt their yin yang champorado is one of their bestsellers.

The brown is made from tablea so it has a hint of bitterness inti it... hmm, tastes like dark chocolate. While the white one is sweet and tastes like well, white chocolate. 128514 (how bad is my description? lol) Anyway, I ate it separately just to taste the difference of the two. When I combined it, it was HEAVENLY. Never thought I'd like champorado that much.

It comes with a side which is dried dilis. It would be better if they didn't put sugar in it. 128529 The saltiness should've complemented the sweetness of the champorado. Please no more sugar on the dilis! 128514

Anyway, the place is very nice. Like their other branches, the interiors were very pretty. I really like the swing-like benches hehe! I actually thought it would sway but it was just a design.

Staff were polite and attentive. We asked a lot of questions regarding events (scouting for baby's 1st birthday 127881) and they tried to answer them all... Although, some were unanswered, she was honest enough to say that it's their first time to hold an event and have very little info pa and they asked for our contact details so thwy will just reach for us. Understandable naman because this branch is still quite new.

Who doesn’t love breakfast food? I guess, not a lot of people. Typically, pinoys would eat breakfast in the morning, for lunch or even for dinner. That is how much we love breakfast or food in general. That’s another reason why there are a lot of All-day breakfast places popping in the neighbourhood. For Southerners like me, good food or restaurants are not a thing of the past, we are becoming very competitive when it comes to restaurant offerings, yes, you may need to endure a little drive to the countryside but Solenad (and even Tagaytay) definitely has a lot to offer 128521

Last Saturday, I was lucky to attend a Flatlay styling workshop with Martine de Luna. The venue is none other than -- Early Bird Breakfast Club in Solenad 3, Nuvali.

You know how some places are just Instagram-worthy wherever your look, well, EBBC is one of these places. You’ll get transported to a heartwarming, bright and lively interior. There’s a big peacock wall that is such lovely sight to behold. Now, dining al fresco will also give you the same visual appeal. Chairs and tables are strewn outside while the natural light would illuminate your table. It was any foodie or instagrammers desire to have such a perfect lighting!

This branch is located at the Solenad 3, Nuvali where all the up and coming, hip and delicious restaurants abound. Now this EBBC branch has the largest seating capacity among all of its branches. Cool, right?

Well, any beautiful restaurants will be ruined without any good service. Fortunately, EBBC has both. We were welcomed by the host and showed to our seats. Since we are attending an event, we were given a set menu where we could choose the main dish and drinks. The set menu also includes a dessert (more on that later).

As you may see, we did a flatlay styling workshop and that means using props after props. Posing the food and taking lots of pictures. At the end of it all, we were able to enjoy the sumptuous feast. Every now and then, the host would check on us to see how we are doing and if we need anything else. I guess, not a lot of restaurants would go the extra mile but EBBC does and it is just so heartwarming to be fussed and fawned upon (Mind you, not because we are attendees of the event because simultaneously there are also lots of people dining and they too got the same treatment as we have.)

Remember how we did a lot of flatlaying and styling, the food was already cold when we started eating, so this may not be an accurate review. I was able to taste the Fried Chicken & Waffles as well as the Bacon & Egg Nest. I loved the latter; it was sinfully good, the bacon and eggs was compensated with greens to make the meal whole. The waffles were also great, would have been better if it was warm but still good.

The star of the show would be the Yin & Yang Champorado. This dish is made using Belgian chocolate. The side of dilis makes a perfect pair for this sweet treat! Ahhh, I was able to finish the whole bowl of goodness.

As for the drinks, I chose the Calamansi and Hazelnut Iced Tea. It was surprisingly refreshing.

EBBC really makes beautiful breakfasts! From the service to the food, and for price point, it ranges from the affordable to the expensive. So you wouldn’t have any problem choosing a dish based on your budget.

Every now and then, it is okay to venture into a far flung location and see what it offers. You’ll never know what you’re going to find but that’s the adventure of it! 9786️128521

Day off for the hubby and me! Went to solenad 3 cos we really love the vibe there. However, since it was a Friday, took as an hour from Alabang 128529 anyways, the weather was great and we started looking for early bird. We've seen it once and the mall is a bit confusing so finally asked directions from a guard 128517
Arrived there around 630 and we were the only diners. Love love love the interiors! Tropical chic? There were murals of plants and peacocks beautifully matched with pastel colors, faux greens and wooden accents. Especially loved the chevron accents on the ceiling 128525
Studied the menu and we got the best seller which is the grilled cheese with roasted tomato soup. Also got the Cuban sandwich which is a collab dish with patty laurel. On the side to share we got the sausage skillet.
Servers were attentive and polite. They readily refilled our water without us asking 128522
Food arrived in about ten mins. The grilled cheese arrived first and it was towering! You really have to take a picture! The Cuban arrived next and then the sausage.
Taste wise, we surprisingly enjoyed the sausage the most! If you like 'tutong' stuff, this is a combination of chorizo and banger tutong to perfection! The grilled cheese sandwich was also good and went well with the soup. The Cuban though was just meh. No pizzazz at all for me. A Cuban should be bursting with cheese and meat but in this case, it didn't deliver.
Nevertheless, will still go back cos there is a ton of stuff on their menu that I'm excited to try! 128522

Ambiance is okay. Food is "IG worthy" but average. Price is expensive. 128528

Loved their grilled cheese with tomato soup! The bread was filled with so much cheese that it actually oozed. I dipped the sandwich in the tomato soup and it was such a perfect combination! I either dipped the sandwich in it or I just sipped on it separately. A real comfort food especially during the cold weather.

The Butterbeer was nice however it wasn't how I imagined it to be. It has a sort of bubblegum taste that I didn't like so much. Plus, it's expensive at 155 a glass... That's really expensive if you're a student and not dining with family!

Will come back here again to try their other dishes. I'm not a morning person but EBBC inspires me to be one with their nice interiors and homey vibe.

The food was great.

The one in the picture is a Yin-Yang Champorado. We also ordered the spicy tuyo and the grilled cheese sandwich.

New restaurants are opening its doors in the south with the completion of Solenad 3's extension. One of them is Early Bird Breakfast Club.

I've tried their first branch in BGC and it didn't disappoint so it was a no brainer when I visited their newest location for another try. It was an evening and I was looking for something classic. The Ultimate grilled cheese with roasted tomato soup is just what I needed.

The bread was crusty to my liking and the combination of cheddar, parmesan and gruyere had a light taste on my palate. Dipping it in the tomato soup was heaven. One of the things I'll think of if I'll have a bad hangover. It's perfect for that situation.
