Enjoyed almost everything we ordered here only with a tad bit of preference but if not for that, I think most filipinos would enjoy the dishes here.

My only concern is that though the servers were nice enough they were as rude enough to clean up around us while we were still eating and even brought out the dessert in the middle of our meal. We kindly joked around them if they were rushing us, to our surprise, the server actually apologized but admitted they had to start cleaning up otherwise they would be fined by the building. 🙄. She even had the nerve to ask if we can pay the bill already. Seriously, right? Anyway, good thing the food was good and we weren't in the mood to make a fuss but they really need some briefing with their staff.

Liked their adobong pusit and sinigang na sugpo sa camias. Their puso ng saging kilawin was ok. Liked also their puto bumbong and bibingka.

the food was ok.

the bulalo was bland. I think it's the lack of oil.

the sisig could have been better if it was served on a sizzling plate

the tinapa rice was bland as well.

the adobo's serving was generous. not!!

the mug rootbeer was excellent.

This mezzanine island in the Promenade extension is begging to be explored. Bunch of new and exciting restaurants opened. Ebun is no different from the rest of them. Service is great but maybe its because when we tried it out, it wasn't that busy. (Wednesday afternoon). We ordered their sisig (which is wrapped in banana leaves) and other veggies. It was alright. Nothing special. Although I appreciate their modern take in Pinoy cuisine. Just needs a little more wow factor.

Went to Greenhills Shopping Center last Sunday with my fam because hubby is going to buy something then he treat us for lunch .

We usually go to the new Promenade 2, very classy, tried Ebun. It's a Kapampangan cuisine and served Filipino dishes. Ebun means "egg" in kapampangan . The resto was nice and elegant , the motif color was yellow.

We ordered their best seller rice, tinapa rice, it's really new to my pallets and glad we were able to try this kapampangan dish then the bulalo was outstanding ! I love bulalo here although there is a few beef and it cost around 400 plus good for four people then sisig ni mely , sisig is famous in Panpanga, I loved that it was made spicy here and then Gambas and a lot of extra rice.

We had a great meal that cost only around 1,700 pesos for four person, if you wanna try kapampangan dishes, try this one

Nothing special. Ordered bulalo. Pork sisig was wrapped in leaves not the typical sizzling plate. Laing. Waiter was accommodating and cheerful.

Had a chance to try out Ebun. I must say they have legit Filipino dishes. Ordered around 4 viands - Bulalo, Gambas, Gatang Langka, Crispy Lechon. We also ordered their tinapa rice. Food was delicious. Their coolers were also good. We took the samplers (330 mL each flavor)! Flavors were a fusion! Really good! It's pricey for the serving... But really, really worth it though! Will def take guests here for some Filipino realness!

Servings were small. Service was slow.
Guinatang kuhol - ok but snails were small
Adobo baka - too vinegary for my taste
Lechon - ok
