I knew about this place through my cousin who lives in San Mateo, Rizal. She was raving about how delicious their tapa is, especially when paired with their monster hot chili garlic. After months of hearing about this place, and me being a fan of tapsilog we decided to try it out. Also, I've been looking for a new tapsilog place aside from Tapa King and Rodic's which has become mainstream. The place has no signage and disguises as a sari-sari store/carinderia in one, so don't expect much in terms of amenities. The place is said to be well-known among bike riders because it's located near the trails that they frequent. I ordered of course their tapsilog (as seen in the photo) which is 65 pesos. The tapa is garlicky and has just the right chewiness to it. In short, masarap ang timpla. But it gets even better with their chili. The serving may not seem big but you'll be surprised that you'd need another serving of rice for this. Arguably one of the best tapas I've tasted.
