So I gave Taka Ramen at El Fresco Food Park another chance. But this time, I ordered their second best-seller, Tonkotsu Ramen. One of the dining staff said that I should order their best-seller, Miso Ramen.

I told him, "di ko trip best-seller nyo".

For only Php210 and other ramen choices being under Php230, one can easily be swayed into trying their food. The stall also looks more "inviting" over the other stalls at El Fresco.

After a 15-minute wait, my ramen was finally served. For the cheap price, I wasn't really expecting anything awesome about it. But compared to their Miso Ramen, this actually tasted better (and cheaper too!).

Although I wouldn't really recommend it to anyone. But it was enough to fulfill my "malamig-ang-panahon-gusto-ko-ng-mainit-na-sabaw" craving.

My friends tried Bratz Burger. I remember ordering one of their burgers that has extra stuff in it such as bacon and egg. I didn't like it though. But my friend said it was pretty good.

And we also got a bucket of SML and SMPP. For only Php280, not bad for a bucket of 6.

2nd food park with the parents. 1st one being Box Park (and it wasn't a pretty experience because it rained).

El Fresco is just a couple of blocks away from home. I was able to convince mom and dad to try it because I told them about the pizza being good.

Here's what we ordered:

1. Miso Ramen + Takoyaki from Taka Ramen
2. All-meat pizza + pepperoni pizza from Fastazee
3. Lychee and Buko ice-blended juice from Juan Pastry
4. Potato bacon balls from Bacon Club

The Miso Ramen (Php210) was just okay. Nothing special. Bad ramen I would say since the broth tasted like lutong bahay nilagang baboy + the pork was tough. But for the price, it was okay.

Don't even bother ordering their Takoyaki (Php55 for 4 pcs.) I was overwhelmed by the mayonnaise. It tasted like mayo balls actually.

Skip on the Lychee ice-blended juice. It was super sweet. I eat lychee from time to time but it wasn't supposed to be that sweet. Can't say anything for the buko because it was my mom's order.

Not so sure about the Potato Bacon Balls (Php99 for 4 pcs.) The bacon wasn't even tasty.

The only thing good that I've tried (and will always try) is the pizza. Fastazee has made an incredible recipe for their pizza. And it's pretty affordable too! For just Php180, we got a large All-meat Pizza which was good for 4-5 people. The cheese was ridiculuous.

Same goes for their small Pepperoni Pizza (Php120). I'm in awe.

Will I go back? Just for the pizza.... and their local beer. It starts at Php50. 127866

Overall, Fastazee saved this review. 128077
