Still good! Been coming here since about 2007 or 2008 and I'm happy to say that the quality (and I think even the price) hasn't changed! We got the lovers meal (2 big pieces of chicken, 2 sides, 2 drinks, 4 tortillas and 2 desserts) for 595, not bad right? We added our fave cheese macaroni soup, tostillas and another order of tortillas so total bill was around 700. Winner!
My take is, don't compare the place to more upscale restos like señor pollo or something, obviously the taste would not be the same. But if you've been having pollo loco since the 90s like way back in megamall, then this is a good trip down memory lane 128522 even the leche flan is good!

Chicken was a bit dry and not that flavorful.
I guess I just expected too much since I fell in love with Senior Pollo but sad to say El Pollo didnt meet my expectations.
Their service is fast though but probably won't be coming back

Everytime I come home from overseas, my BF ( now turned Hubby) and I always visit El Pollo for a filling lunch or dinner. We always order the Chicken alongside the Tortilla Wraps and Tomato Salsa. It never gets old! Sooo excited to come home and eat here again! :)

I had the 2-piece chicken meal that came with 2 tortillas, salsa and my choice of 2 sidings. Paid a little over Php200 for it and I thought it was worth it.

I like how the chicken here tastes healthier, maybe because there's no breading. Chicken from KFC is still good but the simplicity of Pollo Loco's chicken is a whole different ballgame.

It's sad that they only have very few branches despite having been in the country for yeaaarss.

This, I can honestly say, is one of my favorite restaurants in Manila.

Simple concept. Chicken and salsa on a tortilla, DIY style. Magic. ORGASMIC first bite. Seriously.

(I'm thinking about the leftovers we have and my mouth is still watering.)

We got the 12 piece set, for 4 people. Hahaha. Yes, I forced my mom to get that so we can have leftovers.

And the sides just make the world a better place. Spanish rice, corn, extra salsa.

Don't be afraid to overstuff your wrap creation. No one will judge you. This is a sacred space. I will destroy anyone who comes between me and my El Pollo Loco Chicken.

It was our simple christmas party. We are just a group of eight but we ordered their group of 6 meal for 1400php and just ordered additional drinks and spanish rice. We stayed there for like 4 hours yet we haven't received any bad stares from their staff. We all went home with a happy tummy and full of "kwento." It was really worth it. 128077

I've been eating at El Pollo Loco since I'm in first grade, so the taste is not new for me. I really love their spicy salsa and tortilla. Five stars for good food and friendly staffs. 1108811088110881108811088

disappointed with their chicken, it's not that good. nothing special at all when it comes to the taste. their so-called spanish rice is just rice colored with yellow. liked their iced tea though. we left the store unsatisfied.

Clearly this american branded store is losing its touch. This is my first time eating here and compared to all the chicken joints I have gone to, this really takes its place in the bottom 5 places. The chicken was so-so not really worth all the fuss, tortilla tastes like "Joy" tissue paper dipped in what they call "salsa" which is just water with some tomatoes mixed in it. The prices are a little high due to the fact the food really isn't that great plus the serving size is ordinary. our bill was 510pesos for "4" chickens which is actually just 2 chickens they just cut it in half so it would look like it was four. well anyway ending this review with. Never coming back again.:)

PS* giving the store 2 stars just because i'm a nice guy..... =p

Mabuti pa itong picture ko kasama ng players after the game, masaya. Itong pagkain...hindi

El Pollo y u go loco on me? 128036128037128035128020

After the game last Saturday we had late dinner here and to my demise they had no corn!

After so many years of eating here they always offered the corn which has already been chopped off the cob, but now they just give you cobs. For this visit they had nada corn! Sigh.

Thir Spanish rice tasted bland and the rice was a bit undercooked, I mean I like it soft but hey you guys should improve on this!

I got the regular salsa but ended up tasting spicy salsa in my 'regular' salsa. WHYYYYY???

Their fries were soggy also. 128078

Oh well, kung hind lang ako gutom di ko na talaga pinagtiyagaan ito.

Adios!

The chicken was so dry and was like an ordinary fried chicken. We ate there for mu birthday with friends but they disliked it too. Others like tortilla was fine with me.

Good clean family atmosphere. A great alternative to the fried chickens of KFC, ChickenJoy etc. Even better IMHO than Kenny Rogers (the latter just has better marketing and that damn muffin). Sorry Kenny Rogers, since it's the known place for grilled chicken, but i just had to compare.

Better ambiance than the old set up before Megamall itself renovated a fee years ago.

On a Sunday last Dec, this place was pretty full! Service was still good. Their staff are always very helpful, friendly and efficient.

Counter order. Suggest getting the 2 piece combo and get java rice (now unlimited!?! Whoa) and maybe fries (crunchy ala Tropical Hut and copied by Jollibee).

If you feel indulgent order the crunchy Taquitos! Two pieces of fried tortilla rolls with cheese in it.
