Empire Fashion Cafe has been in the business for a long while now as located in Lilac Street at Marikina City and it was just this September when I finally got the chance to visit it with my cousins.

We went there on a Saturday night at around 9PM and there weren't much people during that time. It's located at the same building where URBN Street Food and Nicandro's are located. It's found at the second floor of the building and it was indeed a huge area for a fashion store along with a cafe.

Upon reaching the second level, we saw the establishment and how casual, cool and welcoming the vibes were. From the outside, some tables and chairs were scattered for those who wanna hang-out and smoke while enjoying the drinks and pastries they got from the cafe.

Upon entering the shop, it's as if we were transported to shopping areas in Tiendesitas, 168 Mall and other similar bazaars where you would not know where to start looking at. From left to right, the place was filled with items for whatever needs and wants you have in life. Good thing the lighting was nice enough to highlight the displays in the racks. The ventilation was also good too so you do not have to worry if there are a lot of people in the area because you won't get sweaty while shopping.

There were so much items to choose from. For girls, get to choose a variety of tops from cropped, long sleeves, shirts, polos, etc. They have a variety of dresses from maxi, jumpsuits, off-shoulders, casual and formal ones. They have a variety of bottoms like pants, shorts, skorts, leggings, skinny jeans, etc. They also have swimwear for all body types. Accessories, footwear, hair stuff, body healthcare stuff and a whole lot more are there for your appreciation.

For boys, a lot of shirts, shorts, caps, bags, shoes and some accessories were there may it be for casual day-to-day outfits, sports activities, formal events, and a whole lot more.

You will definitely get to buy something for yourself here because they almost have it all!

Aside from the shopping side, you won't get hungry as they have a mini cafe that serves different kinds of pastries and sweet drinks like coffee, juices and frappuccinos that will surely ease your after shopping tiredness away.

So, what are you waiting for? Need an outfit? Head to Empire Fashion Cafe and shop until you drop!

Honestly, we only remembered about this place when we were already about to finish our lunch (also along Lilac st.) I saw their freak shakes from their instagram page and I just can't make the day pass without having a sip of it.

So after lunch, we went to Empire Fashion Cafe to have my dessert: their freak shake. The place was nice. I wasn't really interested in any of the shops there, but when I saw the place, it fell in love with it.

There are four freak shake flavors: the milo dinosaur (upper left), the nutella (upper right), the strawberry (lower left) and the matcha (lower right). Each freak shake costs P240. It's kinda pricey for me!

After ordering and taking some photos, I roamed around the shop. There were a lot of interesting finds in here. I even found some things that I liked (but I didn't buy since I already had a lot of expenses on food xD).

This place can be a good tambayan for barkadas since there's food, seats and aircon xD My shake took quite some time to be prepared. We then chose a spot outside the store (since there were no more available seats inside), sat down and waited for the shake.

When my shake came, I took a sip, and it was okay. It wasn't too sweet and thus not too "umay". The shake was topped with some sort of chocopie: soft and chewy choco cookies with whipped cream in between. We also started removing all the chocolate pieces attached to the mason jar. I liked it because it was a good thirst quencher for me for the hot weather that time.

I will come back to try their nutella freak shake, and hopefully, to shop for some items as well.

Empire Fashion Cafe is one of the joints along Lilac.  This is not an avant garde x John Galliano x Viktor and Rolf themed cafe,  it is a store with a built-in cafe inside.

Customers can buy stuff while waiting for their food.  Some of the brands they carry are local ones.   They have a wide array of cosmetics - even Kylie and Colourpop.

I insisted on swinging by for sweets.  I saw an IG post a couple of weeks back...cant remember the details but it is green.  I go by one principle when green is involved.  If it's green,  it must be matcha.

| Matcha Milkshake (php 155).   It is sacrilegious to call this a matcha infused drink.   I dont taste matcha,  not an iota of it.   It is an ice blended drink with some artificial food coloring.   All i taste is milk and sugar,  to make things worst - even the ice is not thoroughly blended.   I let out a sad sigh and thought of Murphy's Law.  This drink is probably is NOT designed for Matcha Lovers.   I guess there's this one person who has never heard of matcha would one day visit Empire and will claim that the milkshake is good.  I shall patiently wait for that moment.

Too much negativity,  my bad.  Before writing this,  i even convinced myself that it is not so bad.  Then i remembered,  i shelled out php 155 for a matcha wannabee.  I would've got my money's worth in Starbucks.   It bothers me that they had the audacity to charge customers this amount for a sad looking liquid.

Will i go back?  Yes,  i will...not for food though,  but for Colourpop and Kylie.

Mother and daughter shopping with Adelheid L at our favorite fashion boutique and cafe at Lilac St Marikina.

After dinner at Mogu , my daughter and I bought some clothes here at Empire, what I love here is that they have the best trends of clothing , bags, shoes , accessories and many more.

Prices are so affordable, air conditioned and not crowded. Nice place for shopping

A fashion boutique + cafe in one = Empire Fashion Cafe

Went here last Sunday evening after mass. I was looking for a dress but end up buying a red velvet cupcake. I love red velvet of any kind plus I'm a cupcake lover. This cost only 65 pesos. The red velvet tasted good 9786128077

Pink sleeveless top for 500 something. Thanks to Empire!! I love their concept though not spacious to shop for food, it's not inviting for me. + I don't like the idea of not putting my item to paperbag with string/handle. 128078 Everything's worth it though I didn't had a chance to try their sweets. Will check this out again for my next adventure soon! 127800

An everyday bazaar where you can shop, drink and eat. I've never really tried chilling here yet but i might try to sit and have coffee here the next time i visit. The place is quite big, so it's fun to make ikot and check everything out. Pricing is average, some are expensive (especially the orginal branded ones) and some are affordable. Left side is where girl stuff are and the right side is for boys! I love love love going to that place. If you haven't been to this place yet and you live nearby, you should swing by! 128149128147

For our 5th stop of our family long weekend activity last Friday, done with a lot of food trip so it's time to shop before going home.

After dinner at Brad Pit Ribshack at Lilac St. Marikina, we drop by at Empire Fashion Cafe located at 10 Lilac Street. I've been here many times. A fashion boutique + cafe in one! You can see your favorite Instagram shop have their own boutique here. From clothing, to shoes, accessories , etc. named it , they have it. It's nice to shop here since it was air conditioned .

I went here to buy my favorite brand for ombré high waist short , Vanilla Breeze clothing. They are known for their stylish and quality ombré shorts. My daughter and I has been a vbc baby after meeting the gorgeous and pretty owner of vanilla breeze clothing. You can follow her @heyitsjoejoe and vanilla breeze clothing on Instagram.

Many celebrities have been wearing this amazing shorts. VBC even shifts worldwide.

I loved this #washedoutdistressed short that I bought from vanilla breeze clothing, they're not only selling shorts but also tops etc.

Visit them at Empire Fashion Cafe and you may check other vbc location on Instagram.

Staffs are friendly here and always ready to assist you128522128077128090128087127933128092128093128089128132

I went here because one of the owners is a friend in Instagram. So, I decided to visit them on their opening week, I bought several organic items like shampoo, hair treatment, toners, some kikay items for my scrap booking, and tried their coffee.

To begin with, the business idea is amazing; a cafe that is serving coffee and pastries with a shopping boutique that sells imported and local products.

Men will love this for sure because they can sip coffee while waiting for their gf/wife shopping.

But if you love Expresso made by pressing freshly ground coffee beans, this is not the coffee shop for you, because they are only using espresso bouillon like nescafe for home use.

Though their cakes looks yummy, I didn't try coz I'm full that time, but definitely will go back here to try their cakes and shop of course!

There were some restos in the lower ground that is set to open (by now its open already) that I love to try which gives me valid reason to go back to this place.

The next part of my review for Empire Fashion Cafe. As mentioned on my first review, this is a separate review. Done with cafe review, now time to review their fashion boutique128096128092128087

Again it is located at the second floor of the building of 10 Lilac St. Marikina. It is a fashion boutique plus cafe in one!

I'm a fashionista and shopaholic. They sell the latest trends of bags, shoes, dress , swimsuits , socks , kicks even accessories and many more. Ig brands like my favorite vanilla breeze clothing was there too, no need to wait for bazaars , it's all right here.

I noticed that the items price was cheaper here compare to Greenhills. The styles of dress and shoes are the latest.

Bought my daughter Adelheid L and I'm a spoiled mom, my son Latrell Joshua L supposed to buy me sandals but sabi nya, Ma parang Birkenstock na naman yung style ng gusto mong sandals e merun kn, watch nlng then I saw a fashion watch, there was a label " who cares" and it's color white so I immediately like it, white is my fave color , sabay dukot sa wallet ang son ko , thank you son 12852212807710084

Definitely I will be a regular customer here. #AhappyMomIsAhappylife128540128105

Fashion boutique 128096128087128092 + Cafe 9749127856 = Fashion Cafe! Another reason for you to visit Marikina. Located at 10 Lilac St. Empire Fashion Cafe just recently opened. It is on the second level of that building and there were 3 new restaurants on the ground floor.

I will make a separate review. I will make a review first about the cafe. Aside from boutique , there was a cafe inside Empire Fashion cafe. There were few nice table and chairs that looks like your just in a backyard. The cafe is offering cakes, cupcakes, cookies and drinks.

I had their chocolate campfire127856 it really looks like hubby's favorite chocolate cake from cafe lidia. Cost 145 pesos and it taste good. Too bad we were busy shopping some items so I just took a small bite and had it take out na. Staffs were accommodating.

I believe that the guys who has a shopaholic wife will just sit and eat here while the wife is busy doing the shopping.

I believe Empire had just opened a few days prior to our visit so I would understand that the staff still havent memorized their price list, system, menu, and that the pace would not be fast. Their warmth and accomodating staff made up for it though. Also, we didnt mind the wait as we were window shopping. :)

We tried their cakes, we liked it, though nothing overly spectacular; same with the coffee, though I've heard that my mom already came back a few more times! Ambiance was youthful and laid back though a bit cramped; if both small tables inside for the coffee drinkers are occupied, there is not much room to see the third part of the shop (menswear). There are, however, a few more tables outside but it was raining when we arrived, so that left us no choice.

The shops were mostly women's clothing, some accessories, beauty products (I bought my cateye shades here, and shout out to Sooper Beute for their effective brightening product!), but there's also a handful of menswear and accessories. I believe these are pop-up shops from Instagram. Their displays were very inviting and the shop assistants ready to answer questions and assist.

Overall a unique and exciting shopping and eating experience.
