Happy to be back here!128516

I love this place, which showcases that simple ingredients make for big taste... It's ironic how the simplest of things are the most difficult to master sometimes...

I just ordered the salad with dessert... The meal included a serving of kamote fries and a glass of Bayani Brew iced tea. My cousin ordered the same thing... The salad is made of veggies from the GK farms... The coconut macaroons and ice cream are made from scratch in their kitchen... All very simple but fresh and delicious dishes with a very affordable price tag... I took some pics of other products for sale-- salad dressings, Bayani Brew iced tea, cookies, chocolates and other produce coming straight from the GK farms... Socializing doesn't feel more responsible than this!128077128516128076

As a soon to be nutritionist, I find their foods very healthy. It's organic, new for my taste buds and tastes good. They've proved that eating healthy is not eating bland foods.

128077128077128077128077Love their camote fries and its dip!! Would prefer this over frenchfries and ketchup
128077128077128077 Vegetable burger (or the patty was made with vegetable and meat) doesn't taste vegetable at all! It tastes like a real burger patty
128077128077128077128077 Salad was perfect with their calamansi vinaigrette!
128077128077128077128077128077 Juice made out of tanglad made the whole eating experience perfect
128077128077128077 Utensils used would make you feel you're really eating organic

I was a but surprised that when we got there, we are their only customer until we left to think that they serve good foods.

Everything is "malinamnam" and worth a try! 128076

One of the best restos I've ever been to. They use organic ingredients from the Enchanted Farm, Bulacan. They serve meals from appetizers upto desserts. It also comes with a drink of your choice. 128077128077128077128077

💯💯💯💯💯💯💯❗️❗️❗️ 700th review!!! Man, we really are matakaw!!!128540

Anyway, I'm glad that this resto falls on #700... I really wonder why this resto isn't more popular...
1) It's very accessible, just along Commonwealth Ave; 128077
2) it has a huge Human Nature store with lots of goodies on the first floor; 128522
3) the next door neighbor is a pretty cheap salon; 128513
4) very affordable and well-balanced food; 128516
5) it's a very socially responsible restaurant, featuring locally made products and getting cheap but quality ingredients from the GK farms... 128079128079128079

Again, it's a very simple place... It has air conditioning, with comfortable tables and chairs which can be right out of your own home... It has a simple organic feel to the store, nothing fancy and very homey (not the designer kind of homey)... Other than they food they have on their menu, they sell other products which are proudly Philippine made-- e.g. Bayani brew and Theo and Philo chocolates... You can also get their Calamansi salad vinaigrette to go!128077 all in the name of social entrepreneurship, in order to help local farmers for a mutually beneficial relationship!128079

Please take note that this is not a vegetarian or vegan resto... They do have organic ingredients from the GK farms and they do try to serve well-balanced and healthy meals... They just don't serve a purely vegan menu, nor do they claim such...

My cousin and I enjoyed a very simple dinner while at this place... I ordered the pesto with chicken, which came with a small side of salad... I upgraded the meal to include a dessert, which was ube ice cream127847 with coconut macaroons... My cousin (the boy) stuck to a salad with a side of kamote fries and dessert as well... I've read about the malunggay and Choco-chili ice cream, though sadly they weren't available during our visit... Seriously, the food was also very simple, but good!128077 and very very affordable... It was such a pleasant place, which hopefully will get more foot traffic!128522

Let's eat to give back!!!128516 support local products and entrepreneurs guys!10084️

Service with love and compassion.

It's been a while since I last reviewed sonething an it's because of school. Damn that semester! HAHA! Anyway, I tried out Enchanted Garden Cafe because it's the first store that comes out whenever I search Looloo for a place to eat that's near me. Finally, I did it.

I tried their Pinoy Pesto with Lemongrass Chicken (Php170) and added Php50 for a drink and dessert! I admit that it was pricey but in the end it was worth it.

They're a business that gets their ingredients from local farmers and are linked to Gawad Kalinga. They assure you of natural ingredients that's good for you and your country.

The lasta was served with two pieces of toasted bread, small but hefty amounts of chicken and white cheese! I think that was goat cheese or something. It was good kahit di ako gaano kagutom which means it really is good!

They served me Bayani Brew, a drink that's locally and naturally made. It's iced tea made of lemon grass and something but it looked very promising. I don't really like lemongrass so I wasn't fond of that but I bet my parents would've enjoyed that! HAHAHA

Last but certainly not the least, dessert. They asked me whether I would like to have Malunggay ice cream of Chocochilli ice cream. I wanted to play it safe, although I'm not sure if there was really a "safe" choice, so I got Chocochilli ice cream for fun!

The first bite I took, I said to myself, "wala namang chilli to ah..." and then I swallowed it, then BOOM!!! There it is. Grabe! HAHAHA It kept doing that! I tried to make the ice cream linger on my tongue to see if it will kick in on my tongue but it didn't! It only kicked in once I swallow. It was pretty cool. Also, they served it with a piece of chocolate chip cookie!

I aim to go back there this time with someone to talk to and maybe when my phone decides not to die on me (hence the pictureless review) because it ambience is really relaxing and fun! Human Nature is right below it so yahknow! It's fun in that building! HAHAHA!

I've been wanting to visit this place for so long since i have long been a fan of Human Nature cosmetics. Gawad Kalinga has really done a great job in putting up a simple cafe! Not to mention a skip away from our house.

Contrary to what others perceived of this little cafe, it's not really a "vegan" place. i suggest those people should read about GK Enchanted Farm first before making their review, or might as well just review vegan restos! I mean, this quaint cafe deserves more than just two stars (in my opinion).

ANYWAY... I ordered their Vegetarian Burger (patty made of banana hearts). It comes with a small side salad of kamote tops and cucumbers and kamote fries with what seems to be a garlic aioli. Really yummy. i just had to ask extra pesto mayonnaise cause the burger doesn't come with any dressing. You can also order a meal set that comes with a drink and dessert for only P180. Their menu is concise, simple and very familiar to diners.

About the place, very maaliwalas, clean and has good air conditioning. Staff were also accommodating and courteous 128077128077128077

One more thing, i really love their Bayani Brew, only P45 per bottle with only less than 39 calories! 10084

I love this place and will definitely go back and bring family and friends 128079128079128079

Based on its name, I assumed Enchanted Farm offered vegetarian dishes. Unfortunately there was only two vegetarian dishes, only one of which is vegan and not very good. If you love pork, then you might like this place.

From outside, it looks simple, cozy. But inside, it was just small and cramped.

Not going back because there's no reason for me to do that.

Place: A bit small and can accommodate probably less than 25 people, but the interiors were nice and the ac is ok.

Food:
Pesto 128077128077128077128077
The chicken was tender and the sauce was delicious.
Salad 128077128077128077
The veggies were fresh but the dressing was too sweet for me. (or maybe I just poured too many)
Tea 128077128077128077128077
Very refreshing
Malunggay Ice cream 128077128077
Malunggay and Ice cream? Not a good combo 128540

Price: My friend paid P200 for the whole set

Even if you're not a social entrepreneur, you would love hanging out in this cafe. Apart from the good food, it's also a source of inspiration for those whose curious on what lies ahead or where best to invest one's time and resources. The cafe carries special products and meals that were prepared or innovated in the Enchanted farm in Bulacan that promotes sustainability and poverty reduction through agricultural productivity, among others. The dining experience is also an opportunity to create impact for Gawad Kalinga or GK communities. The pan de sal sandwiches are good for merienda. You could combine it with the famous 'Golden' salted eggs. Mix those eggs with tomatoes, greens and kesong puti, and you will have a sumptuous salad. The bayani brew/purple drink is a perfect partner to your meal. My personal favorites: the all heart burger, kesong puti sticks, pesto pasta, vegetable salad in vinaigrette dressing, and bbq chicken rice. oh and on some days, you'll be lucky to try their uniquely flavored ice cream. :)

Healthy and cheap. Salad tastes a little bitter. Burger is a little spicy. Gotta love the kamote fries and Bayani Brew!

I loved everything we ordered, which was almost everything! The Enchanted Burger (20% meat, 80% veggie) with fresh salad and kamote fries (and bagoong mayo dip) is something I'll definitely keep coming back to! :x
