It was a Saturday night and we're looking for a place where we could eat and just chit-chat afterwards. As we found it really hard to decide, we just went in the resto closest to us, Engine 46.

Upon entering, the simple, casual vibes of the place looked accommodating especially for group of friends and classmates, officemates and colleagues.

As a group of 4, we were offered their barkada packages wherein we had a variety of items to choose from --- pizza, pasta, chicken. We got the P799 barkada meal with a choice of 1 pizza, 1 pasta and a basket of chicken with 1 pitcher of iced tea or Pepsi.

We got the Engine Special Pizza which was an all meat with veggie pizza combo. Its thin, crunchy crust tasted really yummy with the pepperoni, beef, onions, bell pepper, etc. It was made even yummier with some hot sauce drizzled on it.

The Sausage Pasta in Red Sauce tasted delicious too. It was a bit spicy though. The pasta was cooked al dente and the sausage toppings were sumptuous too!

The basket of fried chicken was good for sharing. The chicken slices weren't that big, good thing they were crispy and tender, not too oily and greasy. It came with some gravy that made it yummier.

In all fairness, their package was a good choice for a group that's not too hungry. You can order some extra rice too to compliment with the chicken.

We found ourselves in Katipunan letting time pass as we were waiting for our time slot at Breakout Katipunan (review to come soon!) so we decided to eat first.

After walking around a bit, we decided to have dinner at this establishment. The place looks pretty simple with a brick wall holding a television on one side and plain wooden tables and chairs. Their menu includes appetizers such as mozzarella sticks and chicken wings, soups, salads, and their three main offerings: pizza, pasta and steak. Prices are from ₱100-200 while their pizzas are from about ₱200-600, depending on the size.

I decided on their T-bone steak which was served with a cup of rice, gravy and a side of mixed vegetables for around ₱200. I had the steak cooked medium. The steak was not that tender, although I did kind of like seasoning and overall flavor of the meat. It was cheap, yes. But I've had better steaks for the same price elsewhere.

After our Maginhawa foodtrip at caffera , we went straight to Katipunan. We end up at Engine 46 Pizza Pasta & Steak! Located at the ground floor of Katips bldg. Finally na try din because before they don't accept credit cards and this time they accept na!128179

The place is like a diner and hubby likes it coz it has a tv where we nearly seated and was able to watch nba.

Hubby ordered pasta, cajun spice chicken pasta for
210 pesos, then my daughter Adelheid L got chicken wrapped in bacon with few serving, she is disappointed bitin sya sa konti and the lucky is my son Latrell Joshua L and i who got US blade steak meal. Around 200 pesos the steak was so tender and taste good. Sulit talaga. Not like other steak house na parang rubber band sa tigas. Fast service too

Since my friends were depressed, we decided to eat and we wnd up at Engine 46. At first, we thought that the foods here are bad since it seems that there were almost no customers, but we took chances, we were hungry anyway.

We ordered the Engine 46 Special Pizza and All Meat Pizza, both are thin crust pizza, which is on promo (buy 1 take 1). Then we had Tutu Mare Pasta.

The pizza are good, but it's quite expensive if there were no promo, as the 12" is priced at 399. The pasta, on the other hand is just so-so. The red sauce is quite ordinary were we feel that we can easily replicate it.

Thankfully, the staff (cashier and waiter in one), is very accomodating and nice.

Food was definitely so-so but a little pricey for its taste. They have steak meals and pasta as well as pizza too! Small parking space yet pretty cool ambiance

Ate their Heavyweight steak, coz they said it was their best seller. Honestly, I was disappointed, since I'm a steak fan I know how my steak should be cooked. I told them I want mine medium, they gave me a rare. The steak was just normal, nothing special. I need to add some spice just for the steak to taste something. One of these would cost you 260php, and it's not worth it.
