Lunch at Megamall for the big V-day! and guess what? mall was sooooo full. as in we never tried lining up sa ibang resto.

We ended up at Eri Curry. Nice and Warm naman yung ambience, our table was under a cherry blossom tree! lakas din ng dating nung Dragon Ball Z na pinapalabas sa LCD screen nila. hahaha!

We also noticed na yung mga server, mejo casual lang. Female servers doesn't even wear ponytails, rebonded kasi cguro ung buhok. One of them has her phone pa sa backpocket ng jeans.

Food: We had their Creamy Chicken Omelette Curry Rice. The creaminess was soooo good. And the rice was good as well. Oh speaking of rice, bf saw HAIR on his rice. He got Fried Shrimp Curry and yup, we just didn't complain kasi we know how it works (we work frm a resto before) And anyways, we also ordered extra Fried Fish (which is unevenly cooked) and it was a bit dry.

The whole experience was so-so. The price is kinda high so any one would expect more. I just hope they can look into the downside 'coz they have good concept, sayang naman. 128556

Bag O' Shrimps was the first choice. On my way there, I saw Eri Curry offering 50% off on all curry plates and ramen. This curry battle is not too mainstream like Tonkatsu and Ramen and it was just the perfect opportunity to stack rank. I tried the best sellers of Izumi and Coco Ichibanya, so I went with Eri Curry's best, Katsu Omelette Curry. I got the most spicy curry sauce but IMO, spice level was just okay 128516. The curry was really good! I enjoyed the the mix of egg and tonkatsu. They offered the Cheese ramen and I thought it was something new to try and it wouldnt hurt much because it's half the price. The broth was good and cheesy but it will never go against the mainstream reamen. The service was what I liked the most. The staffs were knowledgeable and can confidently recommend.

Katsu lovers, you might wanna try and eat here. Eri Curry's one of our fave dining place when we're in Megamall. 128077

Step 1. Choose your curry plate. Step 2. Choose your rice quantity (200g, 300g, 400g). Step 3. Choose your level of spiciness (Just Right, Spicy, Fiery).. Step 4. Customize your curry.

We usually order their Katsu Curry. Since I'm more of a rice, than a viand person, One Katsu order would be enough for 1 1/2 rice? Haha! Btw, they serve Japanese Rice, not just the ordinary/local rice. The Katsu's crunchy, and really tasty128522 and the Curry complements the Katsu's taste. It's mouth-watering good! The curry sauce also has mozzarella cheese(i think it's mozzarella but i'm not quite sure. lol), so when you put curry sauce in your spoon, and lift it, it'll sometimes look like the cheese in pizza commercials. (I hope you get what I mean, I'm not good at describing stuff, I apologize. lol128539) And oh, We've also tried their Banana Split, and we also loved it. 128077

The place also looks good, they have artifical Sakura trees inside the resto which makes customers feel the Japanese vibe.

Kudos, Eri Curry! 5 stars for you. 128077128522128513 We got #curriedaway

I always order the fried chicken whenever I dine here, it's my fave! The mozarella in the curry is also a win for me! And the price is pretty affordable. Lastly, I love that you get to customize the level of spice & the serving of rice of your curry!

Delicious curry dishes here! Got the vegtable curry with extra pork cutlet, had it in the spiciest form but it was not that spicy but it was still good. Rice serving for the standard is not as much rice comapred to ichibanya's standard serving. Bitin din sa curry sauce. Service was so-so. Black series Gyudon was mediocre. Kakiage is too starchy, shrimp salad is very watery.

I went there twice, and once during their soft opening. The curry is a bit runnier than I'm used to, but still delicious. You can choose the spice level you want, and the max level is very spicy! Staff are friendly, nice atmosphere, and it's in the Atrium, so not that many people. If you have a hankering for A LOT of Japanese curry and rice, this is the place to go!

Fried Shrimp Curry with Spinach, Corn and Bacon:
Anything with greens and corn is good. Anything with shrimp is even better. But anything with bacon is just heaven!

The shrimp on this dish was beautifully cooked. Even if the breading was crispy, it retained the softness of the shrimp. The combination of spinach, corn and bacon made my dish more flavorful.

Don’t forget to add Eshi Mono (pickled relish). Its slight sweetness helps remove any cloying factor you might have after a few spoonfuls. Either you put it every time you eat or just simply mix it. The “just right” spice level was perfect. If you want more heat, just sprinkle some of the chili powder depending on your liking. I only opted to get the “small” serving of rice since I am not a heavy rice eater.

Customization is the thrust of this curry house. First, you choose which curry plate to get (e.g., tonkatsu, ebi, beef, etc.) Second, you choose how much rice to eat (200g, 300g, or 400g). Third, choose the level of curry's spiciness (just right, spicy, fiery). Lastly, choose which toppings to add (optional).

What i ordered:
Katsu Curry, 300g of rice, spicy.

Rice = good!
Curry sauce = love it! No burning sensation but I perspired a lot while eating. I recommend 'spicy' for those who love the kick in their mouth. :)
Tonkatsu = needs improvement. Mine was a bit tough

A new take on curry! My friends and I decided to try this for a change. My friend and I ordered the tonkatsu omelette for Php350, which is for sharing. The flavor's great. It gives the normal friend jap favorites a new twist. My friends ordered the fish and quail egg and they said it was ok as well. Nice experience!

Katsu with a twist! I got one of their best sellers called Katsu Omelette with 'just right' curry spice for Php350. Although with a bit slow service and confused servers (mistakenly giving us another table's order), I enjoyed my meal! I also like the fact that you can choose the intensity of the curry spice. 128076

Loved the beef with rice omelette. The katsu was nothing compared to yabu. So if you are going to dine here, go for the thing sliced beef. Loved the taste of the curry, the cheese, the egg and also the crispy chicken kiddie meal (was able to try my son's food)

Would go back if i craved for Japanese curry.

Yummy, filling and reasonably-priced curry! You can customize your dish by choosing from a variety of meat, seafood and veggie options, so there's definitely something for all curry fans. The serving size is rather large - even the small option for rice is still a lot, so go on an empty stomach. I'm looking forward to trying more combinations!

I'm not really a fan of curry dishes, but after tasting their currylicious meal, it's different. We ordered Tuna salad and California maki for our appetizer. I got to choose from their different combination, mine was Fried shrimp curry. Small amount of rice and just right spiciness. You can also add additional toppings if you want. Plus points for their comfortable seats, well-lighted dining area and Cherry Blossom flowers.. 128515128523128077

For a person who loves Japanese curry, it was just okay for me 128584

Not the best curry.. Izumi curry is way way better!
They are not even on my top 5 jap curry list.

Their curry sauce was a bit bland for me.. And I did not like it with mozzarella cheese, it distracted me from the main thing which is the curry sauce..

Lousy service, we came in and nobody greeted us or gave us the menu until we called their attention.

The menu is ideal though, with a step be step process and they let you customize your own plate 128513

It just didn't hit the spot. 128532

Switching to multi sport really takes a toll on one's life. The schedule, the social life and most specially the diet.
So when the girlfriend wanted to go Megamall after swim training from the nearby sports arena we decided to fill ourselves with this nice meal from the "land of the rising sun".
Eri Curry, I thought I already did a review on them but couldn't find it so decided to give the place their dues.
The Katsu Curry, their specialty, beats Yabu's; hand down. Imagine curry sauce with mozzarella; nice huh?! :)
They even went out of their way and did the "have it your own way" take in meal personalization. You can choose from your preferred spiciness to the amount of rice you can down to the extra toppings you would like added to your meal. Now that's having your own way!
Haven't tried their Katsu Omelette and would probably ask for it from their courteous staff, they even remembered me after only 2 visits!
If they could lower price by 15-20% then I'm forever sold to this place.

Met up with my friend, Shayne B today. I wanted to eat at this fairly new place at the Atrium because one of my schoolmates works here.

Eri Curry is a japanese resto that serves everything curry. Katsu, Beef, Pork, Tempura and so on.

You have a choice of how large your order will be and how spicy your curry will be.

It's pretty affordable for the size of the serving ranging from P200-300.

The Curry was good. But don't follow the examples they have on video by mixing it with the rice. Mauumay ka. Swear. I love the mozzarella in the curry though. 128525

Good thing it was my schoolmate's lunch break. We were able to catch up and talk about college stuff. My friend was quite entertained while we talked about beerhouses. 128514128514128514128514

So, Shayne B, what's your take on the "friend" introduction? Hahaha.

Hahah do I suck because I did not order curry at this curry place? 128514128584

I ordered their Eri Crazy Maki yesterday instead because I was still full. I liked it, was a bit conscious eating it tho. 128584 Hahaha.

Will come back here and try curry next time. 9996️ Anyway, thanks Justin J for bringing me here. 9786️ Oops one gut closer to eatup! 128513

Eri Curry has two of my favorite Japanese dishes: omurice and curry! So of course when I saw this it made me want to try it out! It did not disappoint.

The omelette was thin and fluffy. Cooked to perfection. The curry... I chose their Spicy variant (level 2) and boy was it SPICY!! 128561

Overall, it was a good experience. The meat that goes with the curry is okay and not that spectacular but I guess that's fine since the curry is the hero.
