My sister and I just love danishes so we gave Eric Kayser a shot! 128077 Tho I already tasted one of their Eclairs it was somehow pricey for a Php120 but yeah its darn good!!! 128149 Okay what we had on our visit was their Cinnamon and Chocolate Danish which was really goood!! 128539 For less than a hundred I think it was worth trying!! 128522

Ambience was great very homey and comfortable service was okay too!! 🆗 I'll be back to try their sandwiches and the like.

125 pesos for a big salted caramel eclair.

Tasted pretty good but for me it was really pricey!

Their dark chocolate cookies are so rich and their almond croissant is so good and flaky!! Will definitely come back and try more of their pastries! 128523

Creme Brûlée, Salted Caramel Eclair, Chocolate Eclair all too sweet for me so it's a NO. Cafe Americano was okay though. I'd still go for Paul on Eclairs and Creme Brûlée IMO.128522

Ultimate fail. The tomato sauce used was so sour. It was weird sour like almost eating those baby cherry tomato sour kind of tomato.

Had higher expectations. My shrimp and apple croissant was cold, I expected it to be hot or room temperature. Overall, it was just ok.

Eric Kayser is perfect place for a iwide selection of bread and pastries that will be a surely satisfying treat. No wonder that this cafe is part of the top new restaurants in the metro.

Their cookies they don't scrimp on the ingredients. Though they're very rich, you can't help but finish one in a single sitting. chocolatey to the core and sooo gooey but was not that sweet.

Dislike because:
1: The tray they gave me was dirty, yuck!
2. They gave me raw sugar for my ICED latte. Coffee shops cheaper than them serve sugar syrup.. What a total turn off!
3. The manager entertained this lady behind me in full make up and shades.. Talk about crab mentality!

Last week, I had a mini date with myself and before I watched a movie, I decided to have late lunch in this new cafe resto due to the its ambiance.

I ordered their Croque Monsieur. It tasted just like the one in Wildflour except this is cheaper by 200php. So it's a ✔️ for me. The bread that was used was not too hard. It was yummy to the fact that you would want to order again. But I was full already since it's actually a heavy meal. I also loved the fact that they decided to put mini salad on the side para mawala yung pampaumay effect ng croque monsieur sa palate mo.

Note : The difference between Croque Monsieur and Croque Madame is that Croque Madame has an egg on top of the sandwich while the Croque Monsieur doesn't have.

All in all, I would recommend this place due to :
- ambiance (if you love posting in IG hehe)
- food
- price (cheaper than Wildflour's !)

* Although I will have to try their coffee next 128522

I haven't been to promenade for a few months, I thought it will be nice to check out this new cafe. Opened last June or July 2014.

Capping the night with some coffee and pistachio Macarons. It was small and no magic that would want you to order and try other flavors. Haha 50 pesos each.

Until my next Macarons hunt.

Your fellow food lover,
Princess

Kouign Amann - the best!

Grilled Chicken Avocado on Curcuma - where's the avocado?!? Definitely did not taste like a best-seller.

Poor service! Staff was unaccomodating, hot-headed and quite rude. Never saw the waitress (not sure if she's the manager though) smile and she keeps on rolling her eyes at everyone.

Lemon Bichon: good
Americano: good

Service: not very attentive, staff are busy chatting up their colleagues. my pastry which was already available on display took 20 mins to arrive on our table.

We went here for coffee and of course for their eclair. My personal favorite is their salted caramel eclair but we decided to try the vanilla eclair for a change. I find the salted caramel way better. :)

Eric Kayser in Greenhills Promenade has been in my food radar for quite sometime. I tried out their chocolate croissant. It was not bad. Taste was slightly sweet but it was very difficult to eat since it was hard to the touch. A fork didn’t help either because it was just falling apart into small pieces of paper-thin like croissants. I saw their decorative selection of coffee but I couldn’t since I just had Starbucks before coming in. The servers were very friendly and helpful. I would totally go back to try out some of their other baked creations.
