First time to try crickets. Definitely one for the books. It was crunchy, tastes like chicken liver. Price of their food is a bit steep, i must say. Oh, and the tsokolate was also good, choc-nut flavor, though not as thick as other local tsokolates.

It was really just "okay." Yes the food was good - their Kare Kare was the best one from our pool of viands (cause everything is okay when you're really hungry) but I wouldn't go all the way to Pampanga from Manila to eat here. 128514 #sorrynotsorry

Can you say Cricket?? 128563

Only ate one piece (1 cricket lol) and not sure what to think of it. I'm not exactly a fan of exotic dishes. I barely savored it, I gulped it down with water like I would to pills. But two of my officemates loved it, even munched them down like chicharon!

We had a working lunch here in Pampanga, hosted by its very owner Poch. He picked out the dishes for us and I must say, I was impressed by 1) melt-in-the-mouth tapa, 2) Murcon (According to Poch, Kris Aquino's ultimate favorite), 3) Sisig, 4) crispy hito wrapped in mustard leaves, and last but not the least 5) the super rich and creamy hot tsokolate he served us to end the meal.

Definitely a must visit in Pampanga!

The only place my family go to when in Pampanga. The food has not changed. The warm smiles and service makes it perfect. Everybody is happy at Everybody's cafe!

Everybody's Cafe came highly recommended in online forums so we made sure to drop by when we were in Pampanga.

The place is known for their morcon and an assortment of... well uncommon food like frogs and some kulisap. The food is presented turo-turo style which automatically turned me off. Maybe it's just me, but seeing the morcon that I am about to order near a stuffed frog is a little too yuckie for my taste.

That said, we did try the morcon and it was pretty good. It just has this lingering aftertaste that makes you want to vomit.

So of you are a little adventurous, go ahead and try this place. Personally, i'd rather go to Jollibee than eat here again.

Never have I imagined to eat more than a piece of this Camaro or Crickets. A hard to find delicacy that can be found in Everybody's Cafe. A Filipino restaurant that showcases the best of Kapampangan cuisine at a reasonable price. From our appetizer Crickets to our main dishes like Lechon Kawali, Kalderetang Kambing, Chili Garlic Prawns, Morcon to our Nathaniel's buko pandan, I found peace. The peace and comfort of relaxing my mouth with colorful flavors kept me eating more than a cup of rice, not the usual me.

Oh I'm definitely going back for more!!

Pray, Eat and Love.

Cheers,

The morcon is really delicious. It was definitely worth the weeklong diet I had to do just to be able to pigout this Saturday for our DIY Pampanga food trip. 128556128077

Also try the pritong hito with burong hipon and mustasa. I looooove the burong hipon. 128556

Didnt have guts to try their other specialty - adobong camaron (crickets). Looks too much like roaches for me. Hahaha. 128561

We had our annual 'Bisita Iglesia' as a family in Pampanga. This place have such beautiful churches which the people have proudly maintained in good condition. We are not really a fasting type of family during the Holy Week and reading about this place in looloo got me excited as this where we really planned to have our lunch. It was pretty late when we gad our lunch so walang masyadong tao. First thing I noticed was that it looked like a 'karenderia' as seen on the photo where you could see all their available items in the counter then they would just reheat it for you before serving it to your table. Once our food arrived all at once we got eating and everything tasted great. We had their famous MURCON which may I add cost 450php a pop thats approx. 6-7 slices and it was more like embutido than the morcon we are used to. I highly recommend the DINUGUAN (they use very tender pig intestines), KARE-KARE and SALAD whic look like seaweed. We also had the bulalo, adobong pusit and adobong itik. The staff are very very nice! The ambiance not so good but they could accommodate large groups; the food is worth the stay they also serve palaka and crickets!

We had murcon and ocampo lansang's sanzrival for take out. It's my 2nd time here at everybody's cafe, the murcon is a bit expensive. 450 per piece, it had ground pork, duck egg, longganisa, quezo de bola (Edam) and cooked for 6 hours. 'Twas delicious as always and the sanzrival was divine! It had the right amount of sweetness and it's very light. Can't wait to eat here again!

in my humble opinion, this place is meant for foodies. everybody's has been around since the time of the japanese occupation. it was called such because the owners wanted it to be a place for, well, everybody: filipinos, japanese, americans and other races who were then in the area. this cafeteria/turo-turo style resto serves the best morcon and chicharon bulaklak it was my 4th time in everybody's today but my first time to try their fried dalag with buro (fermented rice) wrapped in mustasa leaf and boy, was i glad i did. delish ! the adobong camaru (crickets) did not have any taste or odor that could be off putting. it was 'malinamnan' but i would not order it again. just not my thing. service was attentive and friendly. everybody's has branches in san fernando, angeles city and a stall in the salcedo weekend market. order the morcon, with duck egg, queso de bola, atchuete oil, el rey chorizos, and you definitely will be hooked. don't forget to mix the yellow morcon drippings with your steamed rice and you'd be in food haven. 128156128156128156
