Customers who have been in this cafe never fail to come back for more. I for one is a proof of that. It's a very comfortable place to stay, although power outlets are not that abundant like other cafes, EACH got the coffee and meal that would make you stay even for the whole day.

They serve good coffee. Although in my opinion it's a fraction below branded ones, nonetheless, it's good enough! I like it because it's a developing third wave cafe.

128204 Flatwhite @140PhP
They use Paraiso single origin from Brazil. Although it's a little cheaer, serving is a little smaller. Latte art is average. At least they know how to. I still would order this if i'm around the area.

128204 Avocado Toast @180PhP
So yeah, here i go again with the avocado toast. But this time i think i found who's really better. This one got mashed avocados below a thin fillet of salmon. Don't forget to spread the sour cream (which was not that sour). So compared to the number1 toast, this is just to few for its serving. BUT i will still order this if i just want a light snack here.

Well, if i will be staying here for quite a long hours, i'd order their pork and beans big plate which costs 300PhP

It's a medium spaced cafe at the end of molito complex so don't miss this good place.

Ice cream anyone? Whether affogato (coffee) or aFAUXgato (chocolate), you're in for a treat! Creamy soft serve on EACH coffee (or vice versa), you can't go wrong!

For anything salmon, runny eggs, and coffee... come to EACH! And curry. And chicken masala. And their dope coffee shake.

Oh wow! I'm just happy I found cold brew that's really good and so near. Exchange Alley Coffee's Nitro Black is a one of a kind brew.

How it was prepared is out of my league. Seriously, I'd have to review my college chemistry just to appreciate the theory behind it.

It's cold brew that's all good and one that I would come back to often. It's sweet on its own. I didn't put sugar as I'm really not into sweet coffee, but yes, it is naturally sweet. It is also creamy and frothy (yes, it's that chemistry thing). Acidity is minimum, I usually gauge it by the number of burps, or that sour tummy feeling as I didn't have dinner before I had this brew, but no, I didn't feel any urge to burp nor did I feel any tummy acid.

Serving size is quite big, it's a tall glass actually, and I took some time to sip every bit of it with sheer pleasure.

Another 3rd wave coffee shop making wave in Molito Alabang. From Magnum Opus Jonathan Chio now open EACH in Molito. Expect great coffee when Jonathan Choi is mentioned in the coffee scene.

EACH interior is very spacious and got the raw vibe in it. Mainly highlighted by Yellow and White. With a lovely tiled counter and X mark around the area. 2nd floor got a bean roasting area.

Compared to Magnum Opus in here they serve more food and pastry choices. They also have some soft serve ice cream on their menu. But again I went for my delicious Flat White since we just had our ramen from a nearby famous ramen house. Love my coffee but can't wait to visit again to try out their food. Been hearing good feedback.

EACH or Exchange Alley Coffee House is another third wave right at Alabang's food hub. Well, whether you go to Town Center or just walk across Molito, they have different food offerings to satisfy your craving.

One fine Saturday morning, where thoughts and motivation needs to kick in I dropped by here for their Flat White which is 8 oz in serving, but with strong beans. One of the strongest if you ask me, but smooth and soothing. I paired it with their cheese toast which I think is brioche toast with three cheese, served with tomato paste like siding and sweet potato chips. I like the cheese toast nothing too greasy but cheesy. Though it's not like you can stretch it too long, but a really tasty one. And oh my, the tomato paste soothe my soul. I love how sour it is with taragon for additional flavor. Crispy, salty, cheesy fried sweet potatoes for the side is a great addition too!!

There were only two staff when I went. But service was fast enough. Unfortunately, they only accept cash so I was kinda caught off guard. Haha. Wifi is very functional! I was able to fulfill my purpose there thanks to their wifi. Around past lunch time, there are lots of people coming in so it can be a little noisy.

Overall, it was a great stay! Definitely coming back for some quiet time but I'll have to make sure I'll be early. They open at 7am until 11pm. So it's perfect. Located near Puzzles at the far end of Molito. For my fellow South people, give this a try!

Finally tried EACH! Funny cos I live literally 5 minutes away and it's taken me so long to go!
After dinner at yusho (which I won't review anymore because I've reviewed it a gazillion times already), walked over to EACH to check it out. The titos and titas in us immediately fell in love with the industrial interiors paired with primary colors. They utilized the space well by putting a loft and they even had their own bathroom.
Since it was nighttime already, I opted for their iced chocolate but I couldn't resist getting a slice of the Gouda Cheesecake too! Hubby and I shared the order to compensate for our guilt 128513 our friends tried their affogato.
Orders arrived quickly and because of their open setup, you can really see them working on your order. When we asked for the wifi password the server said 'of course'! Yun na pala yung password! Witty 128516
I liked the iced chocolate, not cloyingly sweet but you can still taste the bitterness of the chocolate. The Cheesecake was pretty heavy so I'm glad we shared! The Gouda shavings on top complemented the tartness of the cake. My friends also enjoyed their affogato and even let me try it, nice and creamy and it went really well with their coffee.
I appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the place, you can really enjoy catching up with friends I.e no noisy barkadas lol. When we extended our stay to the outdoor area, they even served us some more water.
Coffee prices are ok though some of the hot plates I find a bit pricey. Will definitely go back though!

I'm just so glad that we're catching up fast with the 3rd wave of coffee. Lots of really good coffee shops are popping up almost everywhere.

Exchange Alley makes really great coffee. I enjoyed watching them make my pour over over ice. You can really see how carefully they make it.

I got the single origin coffee from Honduras and I loved it. Perfect over ice. A balanced blend of dark and fruity notes.

I'm definitely coming back to try the other beans.

Yesterday my husband was craving for fried chicken so we decided to meet up with my sister in Molito. We tried Exchange Alley Coffee Shop and we ordered streak and frites and two orders of chick and chips.

They used thigh parts for the chick and chips which was nice. The steak was juicy, tender and flavorful, you don't even have to use a knife to cut it. I can't get enough of their frites as well, thank goodness it wasn't too salty.

We also ordered gouda cheesecake. It was the best cheesecake that i have tried recently, it got that nice texture, not too soft, not too hard. Just the right creaminess and sharpness of flavor. 10084

And another one! The steak & frites paired with their Dumerso coffee was just perfect. I've never had steak with coffee before. I've never had sous vide 21-day aged Black Angus ribeye before. In fact, i don't think i've had sous vide anything, ever. A lot of firsts here.

The meat was tender, compact, and flavorful. It almost felt like biting into bread! So that's sous vide... 128527 The char on the outside was perfect, giving it a sort of ultra thin burnt layer of crust (again with the bread reference).

The SO Dumerso coffee was as advertised, it had a sour strawberry-like finish. How awesome that they offer this as a duet (short capp and an espresso shot)!

Enjoying chimaek (chicken & beer) at EACH was a really good idea! The chicken has all the qualities you'd look for in a fried chicken: tender, crispy, and juicy. If the fries taste familiar... well its the kyuchimi fries from Bread & Botany! Come to think of it the chicken does remind me of B&B's too!

Beer is c/o their nitro stout. It has a bold and malty taste, but very smooth almost as if like a semi-milkshake of a beer. Goes down real easy and is perfect for the chicken!

Rating this review for their avocado toast that only costs 180PhP!!
How affordable is that! Right??
Choose either prosciutto or salmon for protein. The one featured is their salmon.
The avocado tastes light. Much of its work in the dish is all about the texture. I love the additional sour cream taste on top.
They only serve this avocado toast daily until 8pm only. So hurry.

Oh. They make sure they never ran out of avocados, they say. Good job!!

I have been meaning to try this cafe ever since I read review for this place. I am a fan of all things breakfast and EACH is a place I should not miss! So one Saturday after accompanying lola, I asked Ony if we can have our late lunch here.

🔸 FOOD (4/5) 🍽

3 - CHEESE TOAST (250).
- Ony's order. Served with potato chips that were too salty and oily but Ony was still able to finish everything! Tsk! 128517 Tried a small bite of the sandwich and it was good? Yes, good with a question mark. It was toasted perfectly, crunchy but still soft and not too hard to eat. It's just not as cheesy. The cheese was not enough? But it was still a pretty good sandwich. Just not good enough to be included in my yummy grilled cheese sandwich list. 128540

AVO TOAST w SALMON (180).
- My order and I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS TOAST. The best avo toast for me, so far. 128154 And for 180, it's super super super super sulit!! You have the option to either have it with egg, prosciutto, or salmon. Had mine w a generous amount of mashed avocado and smoked salmon on top. The bread was toasted perfectly, as well. It was not too toasted so it was not that hard eating and slicing it. The bread wasn't that thick, as well. Hay, ang sarap! I cannot wait to go back and have this w salmon + egg!!! 128154

EACH MOCHA (170). This was good but we still prefer Belgian Heartbreaker. 128541 Trivia: In case you want a different kind of coffee, you can customize it and ask them to create it for you. 128521

SERVICE was just okay. Since they all have the same owner, expect to see the same faces here in EACH, Magnum Opus, and Bread & Botany. Not as friendly and nice but not mean nor snob. Just okay. 128517

PLACE is really nice. I like the way they designed the place - chill and relaxing. They have sockets almost every corner (for your laptop or charge your phone! 128540) and a pretty fast wifi connection. Perfect place to have breakfast or brunch. Perfect for studying or doing some work, too. 128513

Thank God for South friends! Haha!

This caffeine overload session we had last Christmas was with Paolo S who introduced me to this new coffee corner in Molito.

We ordered 3 different kinds of coffee, what is coffee-hungry, LOL! And imagine |ooloo friends who eat together - flatlay game first!

Their signature drink - EACH Mocha, Nitro black and my personal usual, flat white were amongst our orders.
I specifically loved the brew for flat white with just the right amount of bittersweet. Slowly getting into the cold brew scene, their Nitro black was delicious too.

Of course, my company binged on the EACH Breakfast, which I only got to taste a few bits. Observing how he enjoyed it, it must have been good and very filling, LOL. Surely reminded me of a full English breakfast plate!

One of the highlights were the chocolate chip cookies! Not your typical soft-baked ones, these were made crunchy, far off from Famous Amos or Ben's Cookies from Singapore. Surprisingly a treat!

Lastly, the Avo Toast was a healthy filling dish as well, served generously with proscuitto.
But who wouldn't miss their desserts? We also tried the Apple Toast - although the ice cream was melted by the time we savoured it, it was still as delicious.

Certainly wouldn't mind going back here again.. and I hope, real soon! 9749

My new favorite coffee place! They've got the perfect combination of an awesome crew, hip ambience, and good food and fxxking great coffee. Jonathan and Kiks have done it again! These guys are on a roll, cheers to them!

Conveniently located in Molito for southerners. The vibe and playlist is really chill and makes for a great place to work or catchup with friends. I absolutely loved everything i've ordered so far from the plates to the desserts, and of course, the coffee.

Order the Nitro Black for something different. It looks just like, and is just as refreshing as a house-blend iced tea. But its not. Coz its coffee. And it tastes like plain coffee but the bitterness/plainess doesn't bother you at all because its as refreshing as an iced tea. 128514 Really hard to explain but i was just wow-ed by this one.

The EACH mocha kinda reminds me of Magnum Opus' belgian heartbreaker, but different. The chocolate tastes different so it must be from a different source. Nonetheless, this is also very, very good for a cafe mocha.

The food menu looks to be a nod to British influence. Chick & Chips, Bread & Butter pudding, Bangers & Mash, Pork & Beans, and a full on English breakfast they call the EACH breakfast. Actually all the &'s started making me miss Bread & Botany [&] all over again 128546 haha!

I swear, you cannot go wrong with their food. The pork & beans was far from the canned sort. It was literally pork in the form of a tender and flavorful grilled belly and beans in tomato sauce with crisp pieces of bacon. After finishing everything i mopped up the rest of the sauce with a slice of bread haha. If you're hungry go for the EACH breakfast. Anyone who's had a full English would know a good one when they see it. And this is IT!

EACH doesnt lack in the sweets department too. Watch out for the rum balls. They look innocent but have a really strong kick! Its like taking a shot of rum! The chocolate chip cookies are some of the best around. They use the same chocolate as the ones in their coffee, so eating this side by side with the EACH mocha would give you an idea.

There's another third wave cafe here in molito, alabang9757🏼

It's a quiet little cafe that could accommodate about 20 pax at their first floor and about 15 pax on their second floor. There's also an alfresco area outside that could accommodate around another 10 pax. EACH cafe is a coffee haven especially those that are working around the area. They have several single origin beans that suggests different tastes. That night i was in for one espresso shot.

128204128525 dumerso single origin @150PhP
Origin: dumerso washing station, gedeo zone, yirgacheffe, ethiopia
Suggests strawberries, ripe fruit, florals, cocao
It's placed in a cute demitasse. While drinking it pleasurably, i tasted cocoa with strawberries.
I remember my curator days. These tastes and calibration is all about imagination. You just taste it when you are acquainted with the flavor, each calibration differs from another weather they are the same beans.

128204128525 rum ball @35PhP
Oh wow. Small but terrible! One bite the rum quickly spreads in your tongue like you drank one. You can find raisins inside and it's rolled with desiccated coconut. Try this if you're an AA

Wait. They also offer small plates like toasts and salads. They got breakfast, steak and eggs for big plates. They also serve snacks and appetizers so EACH cafe got you covered if you stay here the whole day. They open weekdays 7am weekends 12pm and closes 11pm. Barista ladies here are kind and young.

There's a clean CR at the first floor and the wifi is fast. It plays a chill acoustic music. Place is good for meetings, studying or for just hanging out. They also offer teas and chocolate for the non coffee drinkers 128521

20 peso parking get here as well!!
