I was walking around Molito Complex and saw EACH, decided to wait and hang out before the lunch Event at a nearby restaurant. Ordered the Flat White for 140pesos. Staff was knowledgeable and very precise. On the menu, if you want to help out one of the owner perhaps with his trip to Sweden or was it another European country, you can do so by paying 350pesos towards his Fund. Cute. Place was clean and cozy. Food items are pricey, will try them next time but for now Coffee was good. Service water was proactively served which i appreciated. Recommended.

Of course no foodtrip would be complete without coffee and dessert!!! So we went straight here right after our Sunny Side Cafe visit! Yayyyy!!! 128055

AFFOGATO (160php).

First time trying this so I was kind of excited and scared at the same time. Excited because something new. Scared because baka hindi masarap and sayang pera! Hahahahahaha!!! 128123

But yay because our first affogato experience was a pretty good one.

The soft serve ice cream was yummy! Loved that it wasn’t too sweet. The espresso added was just enough. It paired well with the milky/creamy soft serve ice cream. For 160php, though pricey, I think this is pretty sulit because it’s good and you get the best of both worlds - ice cream + coffee. 128521

EACH MOCHA (170php).

Can I just say that the latte art is sooo pretty!! Galing!!! 128525 Mocha latte was good. Just the right level of sweetness and bitterness. Not the best mocha for me but still a pretty good coffee drink.

SERVICE was just okay. Not the friendliest and warmest baristas but oh wellz. Hahaha! 128123

PLACE is clean, nice, and bright. And they have wifi! 🤗🤗

Just last January to February, Bun Appetit decided to make a series of pop ups around Makati and BF Homes. I missed the Magnum Opus pop up so I made (extra) sure to visit them during the EACH pop up.

What makes this pop up with EACH different from the other places is that they do “collab dishes”. In Magnum Opus, they made Lobster Mac n Cheese. This time, they’re making Shrimp Avo Toast. Upon seeing the photos online, my avo-loving heart got really excited!! 128154128154128154 I love Each’s avotoast.. it’s pretty simple yet so good. But with Bun Appetit’s shrimp???? OMG!!!! I cannot wait!!! 🤗🤗128525128525

The regular avotoast costs 200php but this collab dish was priced at around 350 pesos. Not bad considering you get really yummy tasting shrimps with an already yummy avotoast. 128521128077🏼

🦐🥑127838 SHRIMP AVO TOAST = shrimp + avocado + roasted tomato + roasted corn + garlic oil + sourdough.

As for the taste... let’s just say I cannot wait for another pop up and collab dish!!!!!!!!!!! 128521💯

And oh, I also got to try the GARLIC NOODLES which was pretty good as well. It’s like pancit canton but better. Simple pero kakaiba!!! Enjoyed eating this w some lemon. 127819

For mommy, she tried Each’s CHICK AND CHIPS. Mommy said this was just okay. Nothing special. Di niya naubos huhu. 🤐

SERVICE was pretty good. The staffs were all nice and accommodating. 128077🏼

This place is for people who love stroooong coffee. If you need to stay awake for an extended period of time, you should pay a visit here.

However, I find their sandwiches a bit pricey. I ordered one, I forgot what it is called, but it is so-so... Nothing spectacular.

Anyway, service is good. I love how attentive their servers are.

Finally tried their soft serve! Have always been hesitant cos I find it a bit pricey at ₱160. Although my friend swears it's super similar to her fave ice cream from Hokkaido.
Sadly it's just ok for me. It's good and creamy no doubt but parang mas type ko yung cheese soft serve at Lawson lol.
Also tried their (decaf) iced mocha, mej bitter ill stick with the iced chocolate next time.
It was a Friday night and it was packed and noisy! Well it's a good thing I guess, people are continually supporting places in molito128522

My friend called me up last week and asked if I wanted to have dinner in Molito, alas I was already eating dinner so I said I'd just follow after for drinks or coffee. Met up about half an hour later and we decided to hang out at Each. It's only my second time but I really love the chill vibe combined with the bright colors here.
Since it was after dinner already, I just got their iced chocolate again (which is beginning to be my fave) and my friend got their nitro. Took a sip of it and it was pretty strong! Creamy AND strong so a great combination. Sat outside to enjoy the cool breeze. They also sell ₱20 parking stubs (for 3hrs) so you just pay ₱20 instead of ₱40.
Great service and the server /barista even complimented my friends' pineapple print pants 127821127821127821
Another friend of our arrived a little later and she ordered this chicken platter for us to share. Took a while but it was worth it cos the chicken skin was sooo crispy! The fries were unique too and didn't taste oily at all.
Really love this little nook in molito, hope to try their coffee soon!

It was one hot day yet I still opted for a hot drink. It was a much needed caffeine jolt for me too. And I got it from their Cappuccino (PP130). My friend liked her Iced Latte as well which looked very pretty with its layers. No wonder the coffee is good here as this cafe is a partner venture with the owner of Magnum Opus. Any coffee choice here would surely be a hit to aficionados out there.

Upon first bite of their Chicken Rice Masala (P280), I regretted choosing a hot drink. Their Chicken Rice Masala was indeed very spicy. And it’s the kind that’s just pure heat. I wish I could’ve tasted the other spices in the dish but all I felt was heat on heat. My friend’s dish (Salmon Rice Curry (P280)) was better though spicy as well.

Though their dishes was so-so for me, I heard that their other meals are okay. My friend had their Each Breakfast which was a win for her. But I guess the main focus here is their coffee. Its best to grab a sumptuous lunch/dinner elsewhere, and end it with a cuppa joe at this cafe.

Customers who have been in this cafe never fail to come back for more. I for one is a proof of that. It's a very comfortable place to stay, although power outlets are not that abundant like other cafes, EACH got the coffee and meal that would make you stay even for the whole day.

They serve good coffee. Although in my opinion it's a fraction below branded ones, nonetheless, it's good enough! I like it because it's a developing third wave cafe.

128204 Flatwhite @140PhP
They use Paraiso single origin from Brazil. Although it's a little cheaer, serving is a little smaller. Latte art is average. At least they know how to. I still would order this if i'm around the area.

128204 Avocado Toast @180PhP
So yeah, here i go again with the avocado toast. But this time i think i found who's really better. This one got mashed avocados below a thin fillet of salmon. Don't forget to spread the sour cream (which was not that sour). So compared to the number1 toast, this is just to few for its serving. BUT i will still order this if i just want a light snack here.

Well, if i will be staying here for quite a long hours, i'd order their pork and beans big plate which costs 300PhP

It's a medium spaced cafe at the end of molito complex so don't miss this good place.

Oh wow! I'm just happy I found cold brew that's really good and so near. Exchange Alley Coffee's Nitro Black is a one of a kind brew.

How it was prepared is out of my league. Seriously, I'd have to review my college chemistry just to appreciate the theory behind it.

It's cold brew that's all good and one that I would come back to often. It's sweet on its own. I didn't put sugar as I'm really not into sweet coffee, but yes, it is naturally sweet. It is also creamy and frothy (yes, it's that chemistry thing). Acidity is minimum, I usually gauge it by the number of burps, or that sour tummy feeling as I didn't have dinner before I had this brew, but no, I didn't feel any urge to burp nor did I feel any tummy acid.

Serving size is quite big, it's a tall glass actually, and I took some time to sip every bit of it with sheer pleasure.

Another 3rd wave coffee shop making wave in Molito Alabang. From Magnum Opus Jonathan Chio now open EACH in Molito. Expect great coffee when Jonathan Choi is mentioned in the coffee scene.

EACH interior is very spacious and got the raw vibe in it. Mainly highlighted by Yellow and White. With a lovely tiled counter and X mark around the area. 2nd floor got a bean roasting area.

Compared to Magnum Opus in here they serve more food and pastry choices. They also have some soft serve ice cream on their menu. But again I went for my delicious Flat White since we just had our ramen from a nearby famous ramen house. Love my coffee but can't wait to visit again to try out their food. Been hearing good feedback.

EACH or Exchange Alley Coffee House is another third wave right at Alabang's food hub. Well, whether you go to Town Center or just walk across Molito, they have different food offerings to satisfy your craving.

One fine Saturday morning, where thoughts and motivation needs to kick in I dropped by here for their Flat White which is 8 oz in serving, but with strong beans. One of the strongest if you ask me, but smooth and soothing. I paired it with their cheese toast which I think is brioche toast with three cheese, served with tomato paste like siding and sweet potato chips. I like the cheese toast nothing too greasy but cheesy. Though it's not like you can stretch it too long, but a really tasty one. And oh my, the tomato paste soothe my soul. I love how sour it is with taragon for additional flavor. Crispy, salty, cheesy fried sweet potatoes for the side is a great addition too!!

There were only two staff when I went. But service was fast enough. Unfortunately, they only accept cash so I was kinda caught off guard. Haha. Wifi is very functional! I was able to fulfill my purpose there thanks to their wifi. Around past lunch time, there are lots of people coming in so it can be a little noisy.

Overall, it was a great stay! Definitely coming back for some quiet time but I'll have to make sure I'll be early. They open at 7am until 11pm. So it's perfect. Located near Puzzles at the far end of Molito. For my fellow South people, give this a try!

Finally tried EACH! Funny cos I live literally 5 minutes away and it's taken me so long to go!
After dinner at yusho (which I won't review anymore because I've reviewed it a gazillion times already), walked over to EACH to check it out. The titos and titas in us immediately fell in love with the industrial interiors paired with primary colors. They utilized the space well by putting a loft and they even had their own bathroom.
Since it was nighttime already, I opted for their iced chocolate but I couldn't resist getting a slice of the Gouda Cheesecake too! Hubby and I shared the order to compensate for our guilt 128513 our friends tried their affogato.
Orders arrived quickly and because of their open setup, you can really see them working on your order. When we asked for the wifi password the server said 'of course'! Yun na pala yung password! Witty 128516
I liked the iced chocolate, not cloyingly sweet but you can still taste the bitterness of the chocolate. The Cheesecake was pretty heavy so I'm glad we shared! The Gouda shavings on top complemented the tartness of the cake. My friends also enjoyed their affogato and even let me try it, nice and creamy and it went really well with their coffee.
I appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the place, you can really enjoy catching up with friends I.e no noisy barkadas lol. When we extended our stay to the outdoor area, they even served us some more water.
Coffee prices are ok though some of the hot plates I find a bit pricey. Will definitely go back though!

I'm just so glad that we're catching up fast with the 3rd wave of coffee. Lots of really good coffee shops are popping up almost everywhere.

Exchange Alley makes really great coffee. I enjoyed watching them make my pour over over ice. You can really see how carefully they make it.

I got the single origin coffee from Honduras and I loved it. Perfect over ice. A balanced blend of dark and fruity notes.

I'm definitely coming back to try the other beans.

Yesterday my husband was craving for fried chicken so we decided to meet up with my sister in Molito. We tried Exchange Alley Coffee Shop and we ordered streak and frites and two orders of chick and chips.

They used thigh parts for the chick and chips which was nice. The steak was juicy, tender and flavorful, you don't even have to use a knife to cut it. I can't get enough of their frites as well, thank goodness it wasn't too salty.

We also ordered gouda cheesecake. It was the best cheesecake that i have tried recently, it got that nice texture, not too soft, not too hard. Just the right creaminess and sharpness of flavor. 10084

And another one! The steak & frites paired with their Dumerso coffee was just perfect. I've never had steak with coffee before. I've never had sous vide 21-day aged Black Angus ribeye before. In fact, i don't think i've had sous vide anything, ever. A lot of firsts here.

The meat was tender, compact, and flavorful. It almost felt like biting into bread! So that's sous vide... 128527 The char on the outside was perfect, giving it a sort of ultra thin burnt layer of crust (again with the bread reference).

The SO Dumerso coffee was as advertised, it had a sour strawberry-like finish. How awesome that they offer this as a duet (short capp and an espresso shot)!

Enjoying chimaek (chicken & beer) at EACH was a really good idea! The chicken has all the qualities you'd look for in a fried chicken: tender, crispy, and juicy. If the fries taste familiar... well its the kyuchimi fries from Bread & Botany! Come to think of it the chicken does remind me of B&B's too!

Beer is c/o their nitro stout. It has a bold and malty taste, but very smooth almost as if like a semi-milkshake of a beer. Goes down real easy and is perfect for the chicken!

Rating this review for their avocado toast that only costs 180PhP!!
How affordable is that! Right??
Choose either prosciutto or salmon for protein. The one featured is their salmon.
The avocado tastes light. Much of its work in the dish is all about the texture. I love the additional sour cream taste on top.
They only serve this avocado toast daily until 8pm only. So hurry.

Oh. They make sure they never ran out of avocados, they say. Good job!!
