I've stayed here when i was in my teens, where every year storms ravage our country. At that time, it really needed improvement. The TVs were old, the bed and almost everything else. It was only lately that the management decided to renovate the hotel, color scheme wise. I couldn't say much about there rooms anymore because that was a long time ago. I could recall that their twin beds though are good for filipinos or typical asians but then when you place westerners or european in their twin bed, seriously, they won't fit. Until now i believe that they haven't changed their single beds but i've heard that they're working on new beds that could fit any nationality. It is famous though that their staff are very much hospitable. Let say that even though they are tired, they still try to keep calm or even smile a bit even though they look harassed. There are just those times when they don't feel that good. They say it like "na saktohan ka lang". With regards to internet, they still suck since it is slow but not that slow; It's just slow. Don't worry about it though because like the beds, they're working on expanding their connection and made changes with regards to internet distribution. As for a 3 star hotel, i promise you who ever is running this hotel sure is listening to their customers/guests. During the day, it may seem that it looks too dull but malaye is know for their night side, its beauty rises from the darkness of the night.
