After a heavy meal, I usually like heading someplace else for dessert. Since we were in the area, we thought we should give Farmacy a shot.

The place looked upscale (like most restaurants here in BGC). The have a bar table for those who prefer it and group tables for customers who like to have a cozy atmosphere. The servers were polite and professional 128084

Hazelnut • Vanilla • Coffee ice cream • Toffee nut • Espresso • Whipped Cream • Chocolate Coin

When I first read the description, I thought there was only coffee ice cream 128514 But I was wrong. There's three scoop of different flavors - hazelnut, vanilla, and coffee. The espresso pertains to a real shot of pure espresso 9749️ that you pour over the sundae. I liked how the bitterness of the espresso balances the sweetness coming from other elements of the dessert. If you're someone who prefers something that isn't too sweet, then I think you'll like this. It's also perfect for someone who needs to stay up late since it does have a shot of pure espresso (and ice cream for that sugar rush effect).

The Sundae is actually quite big. It's perfect for two people to share 128109 For liquor lovers, Farmacy also offers ice cream sandwiches and alcohol infused desserts. 128077🏻

Heaven for MrSweetTooth! A scoop of Mint Choco Chip and Orange Chocolate. My newest favorite ice cream combination. Light mint flavor mixed with cruchy choco chips and mild orange blended with milky chocolate. Great palate cleanser after a heavy meal at nearby Locavore. Highly recommended! 128521🖒12851312807410084

#JLJustLanded 🔛 Farmacy

*cringe* seriously cannot recall what we ordered but I'm pretty sure this has something with affogato.

Your sweet tooth will thank you for this. And your caffeine induced system, too.
Trust me.

JLTip: find a mate to share with as their sweetness comes with a price. Worth it anyways 128076

After a year of putting this on my must-visits, I finally got the chance to enlighten myself with this ice cream place! Upon entering the restaurant, I was already smiling because of how on-point the whole place is. It was like I was visiting an era were ice cream parlors were still situated like this. Their staff were very friendly, and suggested we have a free taste of their ice cream first before we decide on which flavors we will be having.

I went for the triple scoop sundae which fares for 210php. The flavors that caught my attention when I was allowed free-taste were salted caramel, vanilla bean, moonshine, and banana + salted caramel. In the end, I went for cookie dough, strawberry, and salted caramel. I honestly wish I just went for the vanilla bean instead of the salted caramel because it tasted so different when it was served under two huge scoops of ice cream! I think the flavors mixed. The strawberry is so-so, I still like haägen dazs' version! The cookie dough had too much cookie dough in it and was probably too crunchy for my liking, so ben & jerry's still has my heart.

I've also read that the hazelnut flavor is a must-try, so I sampled my friend's order of it. I didnt like it. Too hazelnut-ty, loacker wafers taste better. I don't know if everyone was too full to enjoy their sundaes? Because my friends didnt finish their orders, only I did. Nonetheless, I'm still disappointed because despite the lovely interior design, the ice cream isn't anything special, even if it's cheaper than baskin n robbin's 2 scoop ice cream that fares for 195++. Price is quite right, but it still depends on the customer's preferences.

AC was on full-blast too! So naturally we were shivering while talking over ice creams. And! Also'd like to mention that they don't have their own washrooms, you have to go to wildflour to be able to use one. Not convenient! Despite all that, I have the staff to commend for their quality service, and the Farmacy being a nice place to catch up!

Been on my list for a while now so after a late dinner, went straight here for an ice cream fix, took advantage when its not yet raining, quite a walk but the place seems nice, at 11pm it still had quite a handful of people.

So i dont know what to order here, ice cream on a bread is not my thing while having it on sandwich on cookies looks not worth the price 128522 sorry kuripot. 128522

So i order 2 scoops but i got to try several flavors before ordering. Overall, ice cream here are quite neutral, meaning it doesnt had strong taste as the likes of 101, somehow theres no flavor that you wont like but at the same time theres no flavor that will make you come back for more. Whats good here is that theyre open till midnight and the place evokes the old american ice cream parlor shop.

Buttered pecan, gianduja, and matcha green tea scoops with a shot of espresso (Pick Me Up, only with customized ice cream flavors).

Great ambience. Attentive servers. Good ice cream. Yum!

My daughter and I love Farmacy for their ice cream and we go here almost every week! She has tried a lot of flavors already even daring to get black sesame! Today, we went and she got her usual dose of double scoop and I opted to get their Green Tea Latte.

I had high hopes for this GTL simply because I liked their Matcha ice cream. BUT it was such a let down! It was too milky with a very subtle matcha flavor. I told them about it and they listened and offered to make a new one. I told them that it needs more matcha coz it tasted like plain milk! I got a new cup of GTL, with a lighter hue of green, but unfortunately it tasted the same 128545128545128545

The server asked me how it was and I told him honestly that nothing changed - still lacking in matcha flavor. He told me that it was their standard mix. FINE. NOT WASTING MY MONEY ON THIS DRINK EVER AGAIN.

If you're looking for the best place to satisfy your sweet tooth, then this is the place for you!

Farmacy offers the best tasting ice creams flavors (with an extensive variety). The first time I went there, I ordered a Verve coffee milkshake. Tip: Have your milkshakes "for here" since they give you the extra shake they saved from the blending which is equivalent to one full glass! They don't do that for takeouts. My friend says that their Mint Chocolate Chip milkshake was the best she ever tasted!

Yep, the milkshakes are a bit pricey but worth it 128077🏻

Well, i heard this place few months ago when I called my brother to ask where he was, then he said "farmacy". I thought it was Pharmacy and didn't mind until he told me he had a good scoop of ice cream there. So i decided to go and give it a try. But, it's not what I expected since I hoped for more about their ice cream. Nothing new, nothing wow. Haha.

Good ice cream tho. But i guess, there's a place out there with better products?

Late post!

My family and I were driving past Net Lima when we suddenly decided to stop for ice cream at Farmacy. As in literally just order scoops to-go and adios! Haha. I didn't order anything since I was deadset on trying Freezer Burn so I just shared with my sisters.

One of my sisters got the Cookie Dough, which actually wasn't as sweet as I expected it to be. Really good!

Another sister of mine tried the Banana Salted Caramel. One of the reasons why I hesitate with fruit-flavored desserts is 'cause I dislike it when the taste is so artificial. But this ice cream is so good, I had to stop myself from finishing it all. Haha. The banana id front and center and the salted caramel taste comes after. Really good.

My mom got the Avocado one, which I didn't try since avocado and I are just not meant for each other. Haha. But my mom enjoyed it and said it wasn't sweet.

Planning to go back soon to try the other flavors. Thinking of getting buttered pecan, candied bacon, or coffee almond fudge. Any suggestions? :)

Something is taking all of my money and it's also adding a few inches on my belly. Ladies and gents I need an intervention, because I have grown an addiction to Farmacy.

First, I love their interiors, that old vintage feel, dark-stained tables, brass nameplates for the ice cream flavors, that menu over the bar, they would all make you feel like you've stepped back in time.

Second I love the location, Net Lima building in BGC, which is my current place of work.

Third, the ice cream. So far I've tasted 3 flavors (salted caramel, cheese, matcha) and they all won me over! The ice cream has the consistency of a thick butter, kinda like the ones at DQ. But it slides down smoothly to the tongue, the flavor lingering even after it's gone. It's PHP 150 per scoop. Yes, it's expensive, but I am quite taken by it that I go there completing ignoring my inner voice who is nagging me for spending too much for a damn ice cream.

Last time I tried the salted caramel milkshake and I thought I died and gone to heaven. This is definitely better than sex, or at least it comes close teehee...

Farmacy has definitely set up the bar for all the other ice creams that I would try after it. And now, I wonder which flavor I should try next. Care to suggest?

Yes we went straight to Farmacy after having a scoop at Casa Italia 128517

I had one scoop of Matcha ice cream. It tasted fine but it wasnt what I was looking for in a matcha ice cream. It was too creamy and I felt like the matcha was overpowered by the cream. My sister, on the other hand, had Mint Chocolate. It was the sooo good I think I could finish a pint. We had them in sugar cones but they could also be served in cups. I'm actually not a fan of cones because it gets messy but this was an exception since the cones themselves were delicious!
