Cheese lover? This one should definitely be in your list should you visit Cebu! It’s just your typical chicken wings, korean noodles and back ribs but with LOTS of cheese being grilled in front of you! I would recommend to order their 3 main menu!!! 🤪

Tip: we went here at 5:45pm (they open at 5:30 for their aftie sched) and a plenty of seats were already taken. 10minutes after we arrived we saw their waiting list and it’s already almost full. The place is a little small so expect long queue when you arrived. If you don’t want to wait in queue, you might want to be at the resto before 5:30 in the afternoon :)

I’ve been following Cebuano food bloggers and one day, I saw @lamikaayo post about a new restaurant along A.S. Fortuna, Banilad. I’ve always liked this area because all the foodie places to go to. This sure is an awesome add-on to the list. “Just look for the res door.” they said on their IG account. The photo got my attention so much because it basically showed meat on melty cheese. I was sold, and so I went for a visit.

The place was very small and could only accommodate a few people dining, and was still on soft opening. When we came around 7:30 PM, there was a line outside. Their reception lady happily received us and asked if we were willing to wait even as we were 4th in line. There were ample seats outside for waiting, but they don’t have al fresco dining because they’re right on A. S. Fortuna street. We didn’t mind waiting. It took us about an hour of waiting, but you know what, their food was very well worth it. And for me to actually recognize that is something because I never like waiting for food.

Their menu is very simple and on the affordable side especially for the portion sizes. They have 3 main things on their menu and we chose 2 out of the three. Everything they serve is good for about 2 to 3 persons.

1.) Cheesy Chix (Soy Garlic)
I sooooo loved this! The chicken itself was already delicious! It was tender and very flavorful, and with the cheese, OMEGED it was the absolute bomb! 128163128163128163 I could go on and on about it, but basically it was just fantastic! 128571

2.) Spicy Noodles
This was delicious too! I'm not a big fan of Korean instant noodles, but apparently when you add quality grade melty cheese, some veggies, seaweed, sesame seeds and Spam (yes, you read that right, I said Spam! 128569) then it elevates the dish to a whole new level! Ansarap po, nakakaiyak. 128571

3.) Kimchi Fried Rice
This dish was delicious too! It's actually good enough to be an entree. To be honest, I don't really like kimchi itself. But I think after recent visits to Korean restaurants with friends, I've been officially converted. 128568

I'm excited to share about this restaurant to Cebuanos! I know there are a lot of places in Manila already serving cheesy Korean dishes, but I haven't been able to visit them anyway. My experience in Fat Dois was a wonderful first! And again, I can't stress enough that the wait was absolutely worth it. Seriously, makahappy ang ilahang food! 128571

I look forward to coming back! 10084
