Last night, I was at Maginhawa, strolling with my GFF. We were walking on the streets, amazed by how the establishments tripled in just a span of months. We were amazed with the variety of restos in the area where foodies can rejoice.
We were walking towards Artsy Cafe when we saw the restaurant beside it, Felicidad. It serves Mexican and Italian food altogether so it got us.
Upon entering, the place had this homey, casual feels inside a home's garden. There were plants, decors and green interiors that made the place livelier and fresher. The wooden furnitures matched well with the resto's green feels.
We ordered their Chimichangas (120php) and their Buffalo Wings (6 pcs. for 180php) and in fairness, we were full with these orders.
The Chimichangas were plain, had beef only. I liked the crunchiness of the wrap, just a bit bothered with its oiliness but the sour cream dip was really good.
The Wings were crispy and delicious! I liked the taste of the butter and the hot sauce altogether and I enjoyed eating them even without rice. I just wish they can make the wing pieces bigger next time?
Felicidad is a nice place to check out. With their cheap prices and simple menu, you might be able to find something you'll love.

Interesting place. If you want a decent meal with affordability, you can drop by at Felicidad Maginhawa. They offer meals at less than Php200 and that's with iced tea already . It was my first time to try chimichanga and it was good . It's like crispy lumpia with just meat inside. Imagine the taco meat by Pancake house in a fried flour pastry. Sarap! ️ You should try it. Serving size is decent for the price as well. We also got a free pitcher of iced tea (probably because we technically opened the store since we were already there before its gate was opened. Haha.) I also ate eggplant parmigiana. It's a good way to eat an eggplant but it makes me quite praning because it's oily. I'm hoping that it's olive oil. If it is, then eat your heart away . Generally, this is a good restaurant. 🏻🏻🏻

Discovered this new restaurant along Maginhawa St. that serves Pasta and Mexican food. The place seemed like a newly renovated house. We were seated outside and somehow It felt like there is still an ongoing renovation inside the house, probably for the expansion of the restaurant. Please correct me if I'm wrong, Felicidad.
I ordered half eggplant parmigiana and half pesto for around 140bucks . I like the serving size of their pasta considering the amount that I'm paying. The pasta was al dente but the sauce did not pass as the high quality type. I also tried their chimichanga which is perfecto, crispy and sinfully fried!
I loved my stay there coz the crews were friendly, and the chef/cook came up to us and told us that he is open for suggestions and opinions about the menu.
I will definitely try this again to see how they will improve in a few months.
