When I was a little girl, I remember Ferinos as my family's favorite midnight snack aside from Burger Machine hehe. It used to be as delicious as Manila Hotel's bibingka but now it is not as good as before. Maybe because they scrimp on itlog na pula and cheese and they don't use galapong.

This is our all-time favorite Bibingka Extra Super (pure galapong mixed with 2 fresh eggs, topped with salted eggs and kesong-puti) that's why its called extra super because its loaded extra super ingredients that combines the flavor really well with the coconut meat on the side 128076 And its PhP125 only!

Bibingka stalls/stores really make me happy. No need to wait for -ber months and go to churches for bibingka! 9786

PS. Anyone aware of the calories of one plate-sized bibingka? Hahahaah. If wala kasi akong kasama, feeling ko ubos ko yung isang buo! 128514128584

No need to wait for Christmas and attend Simbang-gabi just to eat bibingka and puto-bumbong. Ferino's are selling them all year round. Very popular for balikbayans also. 128516

Puto Bumbong (Php 55)
Four pieces glutinous rice rolls topped with butter, muscovado sugar, and coconut meat. This was good and I did like the woody weird scent the damp banana leaf cover emitted.

What I like best about their bibingka and puto bumbong is that its not the commercial kind that tasted like a pancake and suman respectively. They used real malagkit flour and didn't scrimp on ingredients. Well, comparing to the commercial ones, these goodies are a bit pricier.
