Since it is their last day of giving free coffee to everyone who eat here, I, well, get that opportunity. 9996

Different pasta this time; I tried their arrabbiata Because as far as I remember, this is my friend's fave pasta. Pasta on oil with tuna and olives and garlic bread. 128523 Paired with hot brewed coffee, it is such a good meal.

Generous serving of pasta as always, and courteous staff. 128077

I had another free! Free taste of their brownies! Yehey128588

It's been a while since I had pesto, so I checked on |ooloo where is the affordable place where I can get a pesto pasta....Figaro 128588

Even if I find their pesto lacking of flavor, I still had it. Coffee is good naman. 128077

Good thing they have this ongoing promo of FREE coffee when you dine here, because they are newly opened on the 5th floor. 127881

Better place than their previous place on the 3rd floor, this is now on the edge and beside Cravings. 128077

Might go here again since the coffee is still Free. 128514

Wanted to grab a cup of tea after lunch sadly they were out of tea at the moment. So my cousins and I gladly chose from their list of coffees. We ordered white chocolate mocha, caramel machiatto, hot chocolate, etc. The white chocolate mocha I ordered was perfect for my taste. The caramel machiatto my cousin ordered was far too sweet.

There was a time when I used to eat 3x a week at Figaro. Back when the Tuna and Cheese sandwich was only P110. Now its P170 and its still very good. I love the pandesal bread. It took it out and it comes with a side salad. Fresh and crunchy veggies with just the right amount of dressing. I wonder why no potato chips. The barako coffee is also good pinoy pa! They still have the Pasta a la Carlo in their menu and that is worth coming back for.

For lunch, I ordered their carbonara. I think their carbonara lack that taste. There was little to no sauce on my plate. The slices of ham were soft but it was mostly "taba"/fat. Garlic bread was on the side and it didn't taste like one. It was like plain bread with butter on the top center.

Also ordered their Oreo Cheesecake Cookie as pasalubong. Since there's "cheesecake" on its name, I thought I'll be having a soft and chewy cookie but no, it was hard and crunchy. The appearance looks good (it tricked me) but the taste was a disappointment.

I enjoy their corned beef breakfast -everytime. If you want a quiet place to have a corned beef breakfast, id pick this place. Price is relatively affordable. Not the typical corned beef breakfast that you u usually order from jollibee thats too oily and full of extenders. At P160 with brewed coffee i think it aint bad at all. Plus you get a very courteous and friendly staff.

Figaro's Ham and Cheese Bakes. Savory, creamy, cheesy goodness in each bite of these shmuckers!

Four crunchy melba toasts loaded with a melted gooey creamy mixture of cheese, bechamel, and chopped ham. Surprisingly savory and hearty. I loved the taste. Not quite like your ordinary ham and cheese toast but something richer and yummier. The toppings were generous in serving and nicely creamy without the overwhelming umay taste. Perfect texture between the crunchy bread base and the creamy toppings. Affordable cheesy snack for only Php 130. Not bad indeed! I'm definitely getting this again (and perhaps try the other flavors--cheese pimiento, cheese and mushroom, and plain cheese) when I get a craving for some quick and affordable savory snack.

Highly recommended to foodies who enjoy cheesy /creamy bites!

I was tagged along by a very good friend of mine, to a food tasting event at Figaro Coffee (Shangrila Plaza). There we're treated to try on their new products before they are officially launch.

So for starter, we tried the Basil Penne Insalata (P150) a delicious healthy meal made of sun dried tomatoes, black olives, feta cheese, square ham & basil pesto penne. Next is the Tilapia en Papillote (P239) a meal made of tilapia fillet with lemon, capers & herbs with pasta on the side. For their merienda treat, Pancit Luglug (P155) a classic filipino merienda dish. A meal wouldn't be complete without a dessert, so we are also served with their new cake creations namely the Tablea Blackout Cake (P115) and the Blue Velvet Cake (P110). And of course what is a coffee shop without coffee? Hence the new must try Kape Indochine, barako coffee traditionally brewed in vietnamese style with condensed milk (available hot or cold). Just when i thought that its over. We are given a chance to taste the 4 flavors; Four Seasons, Lychee Cucumber, Banana Choconut & Mango Caramel, of their summer fusion smoothies (P125) and the delicious Oreo Cheesecake Cookie (P59).

It has been a delightful experience yet again to be part of a food tasting event. Thanks to the officers and R&D personnel of Figaro Coffee, especially to Chef Gary Gutierrez.

Red velvet cake is not that soft already but still ok. Better ask when the cakes arrived bec it is better eaten fresh.

If you're looking for a place to work outside of office, this place should be in your list. Enough outlets available. Friendly staff. They have free wifi but I find it slow at times. I don't mind though, I bring my own Internet connection with me.
